2MimicCloudSim:An Environment for Modeling and Simulation of Mimic Cloud Service显示文摘In recent years,an increasing number of application services are deployed in the cloud.However,the cloud platform faces unknown security threats brought by its unknown vulnerabilities and backdoors.Many researchers have studied the Cyber Mimic Defense(CMD)technologies of the cloud services.However,there is a shortage of tools that enable researchers to evaluate their newly proposed cloud service CMD mechanisms,such as scheduling and decision mechanisms.To fill this gap,we propose MimicCloudSim as a mimic cloud service simulation system based on the basic functionalities of CloudSim.MimicCloudSim supports the simulation of dynamic heterogeneous redundancy(DHR)structure which is the core architecture of CMD technology,and provides an extensible interface to help researchers implement new scheduling and decision mechanisms.In this paper,we firstly describes the architecture and implementation of MimicCloudSim,and then discusses the simulation process.Finally,we demonstrate the capabilities of MimicCloudSim by using a decision mechanism.In addition,we tested the performance of MimicCloudSim,the conclusion shows that MimicCloudSim is highly scalable.Liming Pu Jiangxing Wu Hailong Ma Yuhang Zhu Yingle Li 2021China Communications2021,18,1:2
3Screening of Anti-tumor Effective Extracts from Sedum bulbiferum Makino and HPLC Determination of Quercetin and Kaempferol in This Herbal Medicine显示文摘[Objectives] To investigate the anti-tumor activity of Sedum bulbiferum Makino in vitro,and establish a HPLC method for determination of quercetin and kaempferol in S. bulbiferum. [Methods] The inhibitory activities of different extracts and total flavonoids of S. bulbiferum on proliferation of three kinds of cancer cells( Hep G2,EC109,SW480) were tested by MTT assay. HPLC method for determination of quercetin and kaempferol in S. bulbiferum was established. [Results]The growth and proliferation of the three kinds of cancer cells were all significantly inhibited by ethyl acetate fraction and total flavonoids isolated from S. bulbiferum. With each extraction concentration increasing,stronger anti-tumor activity was found. The linear ranges of quercetin and kaempferol were 0. 03-0. 36 μg( R = 0. 999 9) and0. 08-0. 96 μg( R = 0. 999 9),and the average recoveries were 98. 90%( RSD = 1. 15%) and 98. 27%( RSD = 1. 70%),respectively.[Conclusions]S. bulbiferum has significant anti-tumor activity in vitro. 13Review of Recent Progress in Robotic Knee Prosthesis Related Techniques:Structure,Actuation and Control显示文摘As the essential technology of human-robotics interactive wearable devices,the robotic knee prosthesis can provide above-knee amputations with functional knee compensations to realize their physical and psychological social regression.With the development of mechanical and mechatronic science and technology,the fully active knee prosthesis that can provide subjects with actuating torques has demonstrated a better wearing performance in slope walking and stair ascent when compared with the passive and the semi-active ones.Additionally,with intelligent human-robotics control strategies and algorithms,the wearing effect of the knee prosthesis has been greatly enhanced in terms of stance stability and swing mobility.Therefore,to help readers to obtain an overview of recent progress in robotic knee prosthesis,this paper systematically categorized knee prostheses according to their integrated functions and introduced related research in the past ten years(2010−2020)regarding(1)mechanical design,including uniaxial,four-bar,and multi-bar knee structures,(2)actuating technology,including rigid and elastic actuation,and(3)control method,including mode identification,motion prediction,and automatic control.Quantitative and qualitative analysis and comparison of robotic knee prosthesis-related techniques are conducted.The development trends are concluded as follows:(1)bionic and lightweight structures with better mechanical performance,(2)bionic elastic actuation with energy-saving effect,(3)artificial intelligence-based bionic prosthetic control.Besides,challenges and innovative insights of customized lightweight bionic knee joint structure,highly efficient compact bionic actuation,and personalized daily multi-mode gait adaptation are also discussed in-depth to facilitate the future development of the robotic knee prosthesis.Yuanxi Sun Hao Tang Yuntao Tang Jia Zheng Dianbiao Dong Xiaohong Chen Fuqiang Liu Long Bai Wenjie Ge Liming Xin Huayan Pu Yan Peng Jun Luo 2021Journal of Bionic Engineering2021,18,4:1

15Risk Factors for Prognosis after the Maze Ⅳ Procedure in Patients with Atrial Fibrillation Undergoing valve Surgery显示文摘The present study evaluated risk factors related to persistent atrial fibrillation(AF)at discharge(AF-d)and recurrent atrial fibrillation(rAF)and all-cause death after the maze IV procedure.Two hundred nineteen patients(63 female,aged 52.5±8.8 years)with valve disease and persistent AF undergoing valve surgery and the maze IV procedure in our center between 2015 and 2016 were included.Baseline demographic and clinical data were obtained by review of medical records.The median follow-up period was 27 months(interquartile range 21-34 months)in our patient cohort.The primary end point was all-cause death.The secondary end point was AF-d or rAF.rAF is defined as AF recurrence at 3 months or later after the procedure.Twenty-eight patients(12.8%)died during follow-up.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that thrombocytopenia,elevated serum total bilirubin level,a larger right atrium,AF-d,and rAF were independent determinants for all-cause death after the maze IV procedure after adjustment for age,sex,and clinical covariates,including New York Heart Association class III/IV disease,hypertension,and aortic regurgitation,while valvular disease duration and left atrial diameter greater than 80.5 mm were independent determinants for AF-d,and thrombocytopenia,elevated serum total bilirubin level,higher mean pulmonary artery pressure,and AF-d were independent predictors for rAF.In conclusion,thrombocytopenia,elevated serum total bilirubin level,an enlarged right atrium,AF-d,and rAF are independent predictors of all-cause death in patients undergoing the maze IV procedure.Hui Yang Pu Zou Yuhu He Lingzhi Huang Xinmin Zhou Liming Liu Zhenjiang Liu Shenghua Zhou 2022Cardiovascular Innovations and Applications2022,,1:0
16THz Wave Detection of Gap Defects Based on a Convolutional Neural Network Improved by a Residual Shrinkage Network显示文摘Internal air gap is a serious type of defect in the insulation equipment,which threatens the safe operation of the power grid.In order to diagnose the position and thickness of the internal air gap,this paper proposes a terahertz wave detection method based on wavelet analysis and a CNN(convolution neural network)model.According to the time-frequency characteristics of the wavelet cluster,the calculation method of air gap depth is proposed.To determine the thickness of the internal air gap,the performances of several classification methods,such as waveform feature analysis,Bayes,MLP(Multi-layer Perceptron),SVM(Support Vector Machine)and CNN are compared.The results show that the CNN modified by a residual shrinkage network and SVM(CNN-RSN-SVM)has the best performance.By adjusting the parameters,the classification accuracy of the CNN-RSN-SVM model can be elevated to 98.91%.Furthermore,the 3D imaging method of air gap defect based on wavelet analysis and CNNRSN-SVM classification model is formed.Zhonghao Zhang Guozheng Peng Yuanpeng Tan Tianjiao Pu Liming Wang 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,3:0
