1Genetic analysis and gene mapping of a dominant presenescing leaf gene PSL3 in rice (Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘Leaf senescence as an active process is essential for plant survival and reproduction.However,premature senility is harmful to agricultural production.In this study,a rice mutant,named as psl3 (presescing leaf 3) isolated from EMS-treated Jinhui 10,displays obvious premature senility features both in morphological and physiological level.Genetic analysis showed that mutant trait was controlled by a single dominant gene (PSL3),which was located on rice chromosome 7 between SSR marker c7sr1 and InDel marker ID10 with an interval of 53.5 kb.The result may be useful for the isolation of the PSL3 gene.FANG LiKui LI YunFeng GONG XiaoPing SANG XianChun LING YingHua WANG XiaoWen CONG YunFei HE GuangHua 2010Chinese Science Bulletin2010,55,23:20
2Ultrathin flexible electrospun carbon nanofibers reinforced graphene microgasbags films with three-dimensional conductive network toward synergetic enhanced electromagnetic interference shielding显示文摘In recent years,graphene-based composite films have been greatly developed in the field of electromagnetic shielding interference(EMI).However,it is still a huge challenge to prepare graphene-based composite films with excellent mechanical properties,conductivity and electromagnetic shielding properties.In this work,we adopted a facile and effective method by annealing the alkali-treated polyacrylonitrile(aPAN)nanofibers reinforced graphene oxide(GO)composite films at 2000°C to obtain graphene-carbon nanofibers composite films(GCFs).Microscopically,carbon nanofibers(CNFs)were intercalated into the graphene sheets,and microgasbags structure was formed during the heat treatment process.The special structure makes GCFs have superior tensile strength(10.4 MPa)at 5%strain.After repeated folding over1000 times,the films still demonstrate excellent structural integrity and flexibility performance.Interestingly,the graphene-based composite films with 10 wt%a PAN nanofibers exhibit an extremely low density of about 0.678 g/cm^(3)and excellent electrical conductivity of 1.72×10^(5)S/m.Further,an outstanding electromagnetic shielding effectiveness(SE)of 55–57 d B was achieved,and the corresponding value of the specific SE/thickness can reach 67,601–70,059 d B·cm^(2)/g,which is the highest among reported graphenebased shielding materials.The significant electromagnetic shielding performance is due to the synergistic enhancement effect brought by the excellent conductivity of carbon nanofibers and graphene,the formed effective conductive network and the microgasbags structure.Electromagnetism simulation further clarified that the underlying mechanism should be mainly attributed to the conduction loss and multiple reflections caused by the special structure of GCFs.This work will provide new solutions for low density,high flexibility and excellent electromagnetic shielding properties materials in the next generation of foldable and wearable electronics.Likui Zhang Yao Chen Qian Liu Wenting Deng Yaoqun Yue Fanbin Meng 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,16:8
3Piecewise model and experiment of power chuck's gripping force loss during high speed turning显示文摘High speed power chucks are important function units in high speed turning.The gripping force loss is the primary factor limiting the rotational speed of high-speed power chucks.This paper proposes a piecewise model considering the difference of wedge transmission's radial deformation between low-speed stage and medium-to-high-speed stage,the friction forces of chuck transmission,and the compressibility of hydraulic oil in rotary hydraulic cylinders.A corrected model of gripping force loss is also established for power chucks with asymmetric stiffness.The model is verified by experiment results.It is helpful to use the piecewise model to explain the experimental phenomenon that the overall loss coefficient of gripping force increases with the rotational speed increasing at medium and high speed stages.Besides,the loss coefficients of gripping force at each stage during speeding up and the critical rotational speed between two adjacent stages are discussed.For wedge power chucks with small wedge angel(α<20°) and ordinary lubrication(μ0>0.06),the local loss coefficient of gripping force at the low speed stage is about 70% of that at the medium to high speed stage.For wedge power chucks with larger wedge angel(α>20°) or low friction coefficient(μ0<0.06),the wedge transmissions cannot self-lock at high speed stage,and the gripping force loss at the high speed stage is related to the hydraulic lock and hydraulic oil in the rotary hydraulic cylinder;the local loss coefficients of gripping force at the third stage is about 1.75 to 2.13 times that at the second stage.This work is helpful to understand the mechanism of the gripping force loss thoroughly and to optimize power chucks.ZHOU Cheng YANG HuaYong YANG LiKui QING Rong 2011Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,4:7

5Influence of Pre-oxidation on the Hot Corrosion of DZ68 Superalloy in the Mixture of Na_2SO_4-NaCl显示文摘DZ68 alloy is a new Ni-base directionally solidified superalloy for the blade of advanced turbine engine with high ratio of thrust-mass.In order to investigate the influence of pre-oxidation on the hot corrosion resistance of DZ68 alloy,pre-oxidation treatment was conducted at 950℃ in air for 20 h.A mixture of 75% Na2SO4 +25% NaCl (in mass fraction) was used for hot corrosion study at 900℃.The microstructure of specimens was investigated by using a scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with an energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS).The compositions of the corroded specimens were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD).After preoxidation at 950℃ in air for 20 h,a protective scale consisting of Cr2O3,Al2O3,NiO,NiCr2O4,and Ni2Ti4O formed on the DZ68 superalloy surface.The pre-oxidation treatment improved the initial incubation stage of the alloy in the mixture of 75% Na2SO4 +25% NaCl melts at 900℃.The oxide layer degraded gradually with increasing the time of hot corrosion.Once the oxide layer was damaged,the corrosion rate would increase rapidly,accompanied by obvious spallation of the corrosion products.At 900℃,the pre-oxidation treatment could not inhibit the accelerated hot corrosion of DZ68 in the mixture of 75% Na2SO4 +25% NaCl melts,with a high corrosion rate.Enze Liu Zhi Zheng Xiurong Cuan Jian Tong Likui Ning Yongsi Yu 2010Journal of Materials Science & Technology2010,26,10:4
6Chromosomal microarray analysis vs.karyotyping for fetal ventriculomegaly:a meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Chromosomal abnormalities are important causes of ventriculomegaly(VM).In mild and isolated cases of fetal VM,obstetricians rarely give clear indications for pregnancy termination.We aimed to calculate the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities and incremental yield of chromosomal microarray analysis(CMA)in VM,providing more information on genetic counseling and prognostic evaluation for fetuses with VM.Methods:The Chinese language databases Wanfang Data,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,and China Biomedical Literature Database(from January 1,1991 to April 29,2020)and English language databases PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library(from January 1,1945 to April 29,2020)were systematically searched for articles on fetal VM.Diagnostic criteria were based on ultrasonographic or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)assessment of lateral ventricular atrium width:≥10 to<15 mm for mild VM,and≥15 mm for severe VM.Isolated VM was defined by the absence of structural abnormalities other than VM detected by ultrasonography or MRI.R software was used for the meta-analysis to determine the incidence of chromosomal abnormalities and incremental yield of CMA in VM,and the combined rate and 95%confidence interval(CI)were calculated.Results:Twenty-three articles involving 1635 patients were included.The incidence of chromosomal abnormalities in VM was 9%(95%CI:5%-12%)and incremental yield of CMA in VM was 11%(95%CI:7%-16%).The incidences of chromosomal abnormalities in mild,severe,isolated,and non-isolated VM were 9%(95%CI:4%-16%),5%(95%CI:1%-11%),3%(95%CI:1%-6%),and 13%(95%CI:4%-25%),respectively.Conclusions:Applying CMA in VM improved the detection rate of abnormalities.When VM is confirmed by ultrasound or MRI,obstetricians should recommend fetal karyotype analysis to exclude chromosomal abnormalities.Moreover,CMA should be recommended preferentially in pregnant women with fetal VM who are undergoing invasive prenatal diagnosis.CMA cannot completely replace chromosome karyotype analysis.Yan Sun Weiyuan Zhang Zhiwen Wang Likui Guo Shaowen Shi 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,,3:3

9Phase evolution of(K,Na)NbO_3 powder prepared by high temperature mixing under hydrothermal conditions显示文摘(Na,K)NbO3(KNN)powders were successfully prepared by high temperature mixing method(HTMM) under hydrothermal conditions to study the effect of reaction time on the formation of KNN for three K+/(K++Na+)ratios of 0.6,0.7 and 0.8.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and selected area electron diffraction(SAED),to show the change of phase and morphology of the as-prepared particles with the K+/(K++Na+)molar ratio in the solution.Pure Na-rich KNN monoclinic phase and pure K-rich KNN orthorhombic phase could be obtained quickly after mixing the solutions at high temperature when the K+/(K++Na+)molar ratio was either 0.6 or 0.8.When the K+/(K++Na+)molar ratio was 0.7,however,the K-rich KNN orthorhombic phase grain formed first,followed by the Na-rich KNN monoclinic phase grain,with the two phases coexisting in the final product.Lin Bai Kongjun Zhu Jinhao Qiu Hongli Ji Likui Su 2010Particuology2010,8,5:1
