| 2 | Study on the pipe friction resistance in long-distance rock pipe jacking engineering显示文摘Previous studies on pipe friction resistance are mainly concentrated in the soil layer,whereas the study on that in the rock stratum is limited.To estimate the pipe friction resistance in the rock stratum,the calculation models of pipe friction resistance and their applica-tion conditions were compared first.Then the friction resistance calculation model for pipe jacking in the rock stratum was established and simplified.Lastly,the measured(FM)and the computed(FN)pipe friction resistance was compared to validate the simplified friction resistance calculation model.The following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The existing calculation methods of pipe friction resistance can be well verified in the soil layer but cannot be applied in the rock stratum.(2)Sediment,pipe–rock friction coefficient and mud buoyancy are the main factors affecting the pipe friction resistance in long-distance rock pipe jacking engineering.(3)The simplified calculation model established by Deng et al.can estimate the pipe friction resistance in different rock strata at different jacking stages with satisfac-tory outcomes.Further research on the pipe-rock friction coefficient in different rock strata with different pipe–rock contact conditions merits further investigation to better predict the pipe friction resistance in the rock stratum.The research results have certain practica-bility and can provide a reference for similar projects. | Peng Chen Xinrong Liu Zhiyun Deng Ninghui Liang Libing Du Han Du Yedi Huang Lingyun Deng Gaoyang Yang | 2023 | Underground Space2023，，2： | 1 |

| 6 | MBD2 promotes Th2 differentiation in ovalbumin-induced CD4+T cells显示文摘Introduction:Allergen-specific CD4+T cells play a central role in autoimmune disorders,allergies and asthma,with Th2-type immunity being the typical functional response of CD4+T cells.This study aimed to investigate the role of MBD2 in regulating Th2 cell differentiation.Methods:Splenic mononuclear cells were extracted from C57BL/6 mice,and CD4+T cells were isolated using magnetic beads and confirmed through flow cytometry.Lentivirus was employed to construct MBD2-silenced CD4+T cells.In vitro experiments were performed to treat splenogenic mononuclear cells and CD4+T cells with Ovalbumin(OVA),and Th2 cell ratios and IL-4 levels were assessed using flow cytometry and ELISA.Results:The purity of the isolated CD4+T cells was 95.73%,confirming successful isolation of primary CD4+T cells.Compared to the control group,the Th2 cell ratio exhibited an increase in the Th2-induced group.Treatment with 5-Aza(concentrations,1-100μM)promoted Th2 cell differentiation and increased IL-4 levels.Notably,when combined with Th2 induction and 10μM 5-Aza treatment,silencing MBD2 further amplified Th2 cell ratios and elevated IL-4 levels in cell supernatants.Furthermore,OVA(concentration,200μg/mL)induced the differentiation of CD4+T cells into Th2 cells and increased IL-4 secretion.Interestingly,silencing MBD2 significantly increased the Th2 cell ratio and IL-4 levels in OVA-treated CD4+T cells.Conclusion:In summary,OVA promoted CD4+T cell differentiation into Th2 cells and enhanced IL-4 levels.MBD2 was identified as a mediator of Th2 cell differentiation in splenic-derived CD4+T cells,influenced by OVA or 5-Aza treatment. | QILU PAN YAN JIANG LINQIAO LI XIAOJING DU QIAN HAN FEIXIANG LING ROU LI SHUYUAN CHU LIN MAI JIANWEI HUANG LIBING MA | 2023 | BIOCELL2023，47，11： | 0 |
| 7 | A semi-infinite beam theoretical model on predicting rock slope subsidence induced by underground mining显示文摘When the mining goaf is close to the cliff,rock slope subsidence induced by underground mining is significantly affected by its boundary conditions.In this study,an analytical method is proposed by considering the key strata as a semi-infinite Euler-Bernoulli beam rested on a Winkler foundation with a local subsidence area.The analytical solutions of deflection are derived by analyzing the boundary and continuity conditions of the cliff.Then,the analytical solutions are verified by the results from experimental tests,FEM and InSAR,respectively.After that,the influence of changing parameters on deflections is studied with sensitivity analysis.The results show that the distance between goaf and cliff significantly affects the deflection of semi-infinite beam.The response of semi-infinite beam is obviously determined by the length of goaf and the bending stiffness of beam.The comparisons between semi-infinite beam and infinite beam illustrate the ascendancy of the improved model in such problems. | LIU Xinrong WANG Nanyun ZHONG Zuliang DU Libing LIANG Erwei | 2024 | Journal of Mountain Science2024，21，2： | 0 |
