2Recent development of nanomaterials for carbon dioxide electroreduction显示文摘Electrochemical CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)to produce value‐added products has received tremendous research attention in recent years.With research efforts across the globe,remarkable advancement has been achieved,including the improvement of selectivity for the reduction products,the realization of efficient reduction beyond two electrons,and the delivery of industrially relevant current densities.In this review,we introduce the recent development of nanomaterials for CO_(2)RR,including the zero‐dimensional graphene quantum dots,two‐dimensional materials such as metal chalcogenides and metal/covalent organic framework,singleatom catalysts,and nanostructured metal catalysts.The engineering of materials into three‐dimensional structure will also be discussed.Finally,we will provide a summary of the catalytic performance and perspectives on future development.Jianjun Su Yong Liu Yun Song Libei Huang Weihua Guo Xiaohu Cao Yubing Dou Le Cheng Geng Li Qiushi Hu Ruquan Ye 2022SmartMat2022,3,1:1
3A targeted QTL analysis for fiber length using a genetic population between two introgressed backcrossed inbred lines in upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)显示文摘Cotton fiber is the most important natural raw material for the textile industry, and fiber length(FL) is one of the most important traits in cotton.Quantitative trait locus(QTL)mapping based on high-density genetic maps is an efficient approach to identify genetic regions for FL.In our study, two backcrossed inbred lines(BILs) were chosen as parents to construct a high-density genetic map in F2 which was used to fine map FL QTL in F2:3 population.The genetic map had a total size of 3462.8 cM, containing 9182 singlenucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) based on genotyping-by-sequencing.Two FL related stable QTL were identified on two chromosomes(qFL-A08–1 on A08 and qFL-D03–1 on D03),and qFL-A08–1 was confirmed by a meta-analysis.Utilizing previously obtained RNA-seq data for the two BILs and qRT-PCR analysis, two candidate genes annotated as cytochrome b5(CB5, Gh_A08 G1729) and microtubule end-binding 1 C(EB1C, Gh_D03 G0232) that may regulate FL during the fiber elongation stage were identified.In addition, nine recombination hotspots in this population were found.The results of this study will provide an important foundation for further studies on the molecular and genetic regulation of fiber elongation.Guoyuan Liua Wenfeng Pei Dan Li Jianjiang Ma Yupeng Cui Nuohan Wang Jikun Song Man Wu Libei Li Xinshan Zang Shuxun Yu Jinfa Zhang Jiwen Yu 2019The Crop Journal2019,7,3:0
4Research on Spatial Pattern of Urban Landscape in Pingle Ancient Town显示文摘Protection and development of historical and cultural ancient town have always been the hot topic.With the continuous deepening of the study of ancient town and the rise of the landscape design subject,systematic,professional information and drawings about the landscape of ancient town are relatively scarce.To make up for the blank,Pingle Ancient Town in Chengdu was taken as the research object,and systemic research on the spatial pattern of urban landscape was conducted.In this paper,landscape features were studied in the scale of the space enclosed by urban boundaries.According to the spatial structure,the landscape features were divided into fi ve aspects:boundary,axis,skeleton,group domain and base,and detailed study was conducted in the changes of time axis.The preliminary research methods were mainly literature and site survey and mapping,and the history,environment and style of Pingle Ancient Town were discussed by referring to historical classics,journal papers and books.In the middle stage,surveying and mapping improvement work was carried out.In the later stage,papers were analyzed and written.The results of this paper included detailed mapping atlas,analysis atlas and text summary on spatial pattern of urban landscape.JIAO Libei PANG Zhiwei DU Yuan LI Moxin LIU Haoran WU Ran 2020Journal of Landscape Research2020,12,5:0
