1New approach to determine common weights in DEA efficiency evaluation model显示文摘Data envelopment analysis(DEA) is a mathematical programming approach to appraise the relative efficiencies of peer decision-making unit(DMU),which is widely used in ranking DMUs.However,almost all DEA-related ranking approaches are based on the self-evaluation efficiencies.In other words,each DMU chooses the weights it prefers to most,so the resulted efficiencies are not suitable to be used as ranking criteria.Therefore this paper proposes a new approach to determine a bundle of common weights in DEA efficiency evaluation model by introducing a multi-objective integer programming.The paper also gives the solving process of this multi-objective integer programming,and the solution is proven a Pareto efficient solution.The solving process ensures that the obtained common weight bundle is acceptable by a great number of DMUs.Finally a numeral example is given to demonstrate the approach.Feng Yang Chenchen Yang Liang Liangc Shaofu Du 2010Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2010,21,4:7

19Optimal Expansion Planning Model for Integrated Energy System Considering Integrated Demand Response and Bidirectional Energy Exchange显示文摘The challenges of energy shortage and environmen-tal protection motivate people to take various measures to use energy wisely,and integrated energy systems are such a measure to tackle this challenge.In this paper,an optimal expansion planning model for an integrated energy system consisting of power grid,gas network and multiple energy hubs is proposed,where the planning objective is to minimize operational fuel cost and capital investment cost covering carbon capture equipment and energy hubs among others.To demonstrate the advantage of the proposed planning model,six case studies are investigated,and 13.47%annual cost savings can be achieved compared with the baseline planning scenario,which does not consider bidirectional energy exchange and integrated demand response program.Index Terms-Bidirectional energy exchange,energy hubs,integrated energy system,integrated demand response.Wenkai Dong Zhigang Lu Liangce He Jiangfeng Zhang Tao Ma Xiaobo Cao 2023CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2023,9,4:0
