1Task space control of free-floating space robots using constrained adaptive RBF-NTSM显示文摘Trajectory tracking control of space robots in task space is of great importance to space missions,which require on-orbit manipulations.This paper focuses on position and attitude tracking control of a free-floating space robot in task space.Since neither the nonlinear terms and parametric uncertainties of the dynamic model,nor the external disturbances are known,an adaptive radial basis function network based nonsingular terminal sliding mode(RBF-NTSM)control method is presented.The proposed algorithm combines the nonlinear sliding manifold with the radial basis function to improve control performance.Moreover,in order to account for actuator physical constraints,a constrained adaptive RBF-NTSM,which employs a RBF network to compensate for the limited input is developed.The adaptive updating laws acquired by Lyapunov approach guarantee the global stability of the control system and suppress chattering problems.Two examples are provided using a six-link free-floating space robot.Simulation results clearly demonstrate that the proposed constrained adaptive RBF-NTSM control method performs high precision task based on incomplete dynamic model of the space robots.In addition,the control errors converge faster and the chattering is eliminated comparing to traditional sliding mode control.GUO ShengPeng LI DongXu MENG YunHe FAN CaiZhi 2014Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,4:11
2Global Dynamic Molecular Profiling of Stomatal Lineage Cell Development by Single-Cell RNA Sequencing显示文摘The regulation of stomatal lineage cell development has been extensively investigated.However,a comprehensive characterization of this biological process based on single-cell transcriptome analysis has not yet been reported.In this study,we performed RNA sequencing on 12844 individual cells from the cotyledons of 5-day-old Arabidopsis seedlings.We identified 11 cell clusters corresponding mostly to cells at specific stomatal developmental stages using a series of marker genes.Comparative analysis of genes with the highest variable expression among these cell clusters revealed transcriptional networks that regulate development from meristemoid mother cells to guard mother cells.Examination of the developmental dynamics of marker genes via pseudo-time analysis revealed potential interactions between these genes.Collectively,our study opens the door for understanding how the identified novel marker genes participate in the regulation of stomatal lineage cell development.Zhixin Liu Yaping Zhou Jinggong Guo Jiaoai Li Zixia Tian Zhinan Zhu Jiajing Wang Rui Wu Bo Zhang Yongjian Hu Yijing Sun Yan Shangguan Weiqiang Li Tao Li Yunhe Hu Chenxi Guo Jean-David Rochaix Yuchen Miao Xuwu Sun 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,8:11
3Major advances in studies of the physical geography and living environment of China during the past 70 years and future prospects显示文摘The natural environment provides material essentials for human survival and development. The characteristics,processes, regional differentiation and forcing mechanisms of the elements of the natural environment(e.g. geomorphology,climate, hydrology, soil, etc.) are the main objects of research in physical geography. China has a complex natural environment and huge regional differentiation and therefore it provides outstanding reserach opportunities in physical geography. This review summarizes the most important developments and the main contributions of research in the physical geography and human living environment in China during the past 70 years. The major topics addressed are the uplift of the Tibetan Plateau and the evolution of its cryosphere, the development of fluvial systems, the acidification of the vast arid region of the Asian interior, variations in the monsoon and westerly climate systems on multiple timescales, the development of lakes and wetlands, the watershed system model, soil erosion, past human-environment interactions, biogeography, and physical geographic zonality. After briefly introducing international research developments, we review the history of research in physical geography in China, focusing on the major achievements and major academic debates, and finally we summarize the status of current research and the future prospects. 4Cotton bollworm resistance to Bt transgenic cotton: A case analysis显示文摘Cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) is one of the most serious insect pests of cotton. Transgenic cotton expressing Cry toxins derived from a soil bacterium, Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt), has been produced to target this pest. Bt cotton has been widely planted around the world, and this has resulted in efficient control of bollworm populations with reduced use of synthetic insecticides. However, evolution of resistance by this pest threatens the continued success of Bt cotton. To date, no field populations of bollworm have evolved significant levels of resistance; however, several laboratory-selected Cry-resistant strains of H. armigera have been obtained, which suggests that bollworm has the capacity to evolve resistance to Bt. The development of resistance to Bt is of great concern, and there is a vast body of research in this area aimed at ensuring the continued success of Bt cotton. Here, we review studies on the evolution of Bt resistance in H. armigera, focusing on the biochemical and molecular basis of Bt resistance. 5An Effective SDN Controller Scheduling Method to Defence DDoS Attacks显示文摘Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS)attack is a difficult issue which needs to be addressed in Software defined networking(SDN). In order to help the controller to weather out the DDoS attack, an efficient controller scheduling method is proposed. The proposed controller scheduling method uses the normalized waiting time, length and extent of the switch being attacked to choose the request that needs to be processed by the controller. 6Effect of preoperative nutrition therapy type and duration on short-time outcomes in gastric cancer patient with gastric outlet obstruction显示文摘Objective:To avoid perioperative complications caused malnutrition,nutrition therapy is necessary in gastric outlet obstruction(GOO)patients.Compared to parenteral nutrition(PN),enteral nutrition(EN)is associated with many advantages.This study aimed to investigate whether preoperative EN has beneficial clinical effects compared to preoperative PN in gastric cancer patients with GOO undergoing surgery.Methods:According to the methods of preoperative nutrition therapy,143 patients were divided into EN group(n=42)and PN group(n=101)between January 2013 and December 2017 at the Chinese People’s Liberation Army General Hospital.Multiple logistic regression models were used to assess the association between the methods of preoperative nutrition therapy and postoperative day of flatus passage.The generalized additive model and twopiecewise linear regression model were used to calculate the inflection point of the preoperative nutritional therapy time on the postoperative day of flatus passage in the PN group.Results:EN shortened the postoperative day of flatus passage in gastric cancer patients with GOO,which is a protective factor,especially in patients who underwent non-radical operations and the postoperative day of flatus passage reduced when the preoperative PN therapy was up to 3 d and a longer PN therapy(>3 d)did not accelerate the postoperative recovery of gastrointestinal functions.Conclusions:Preoperative EN therapy would benefit gastric cancer patients with GOO by accelerating postoperative recovery.For patients with absolute obstruction,no more than 3-day PN therapy is recommended if patients can tolerate general anesthesia and surgery.Jiyang Li Shaoqing Li Hongqing Xi Peifa Liu Wenquan Liang Yunhe Gao Chuang Wang Bo Wei Lin Chen Yun Tang Zhi Qiao 2021Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,2:4
70Interacting model of new agegraphic dark energy:observational constraints and age problem显示文摘Many dark energy models fail to pass the cosmic age test because of the old quasar APM 08279+5255 at redshift z=3.91,the ΛCDMmodel and holographic dark energy models being no exception.Inthis paper,we focus onthe topic of the age problem inthe new agegraphic dark energy(NADE)model.We determine the age of the universe in the NADE model by fitting the observational data,including type Ia supernovae(SNIa),baryon acoustic oscillations(BAO)and the cosmic microwave background(CMB).We find that the NADE model also faces the challenge of the age problem caused by the old quasar APM 08279+5255.In order to overcome such a difficulty,we consider the possible interaction between dark energy and dark matter.We show that this quasar can be successfully accommodated in the interacting new agegraphic dark energy(INADE)model at the 2σlevel under the current observational constraints.LI YunHe MA JingZhe CUI JingLei WANG Zhuo ZHANG Xin 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,8:3
8Monochromatic green light stimulation during incubation shortened the hatching time via pineal function in White Leghorn eggs显示文摘Background:Effect of monochromatic green light illumination on embryo development has been reported in chickens.The avian pineal gland is an important photo-endocrine organ formed by a mediodorsal protrusion during embryonic development.However,the involvement of pineal gland in the light transduction process remains to be elucidated.In the present study,we investigated the influence of monochromatic green light on hatching time and explored the possible mechanism via pineal function.Results:A total of 600 eggs of White Leghorn(Shaver strain)were incubated under photoperiods of either 12 h of light and 12 h of darkness using monochromatic green light(12L:12D group)or 24 h of darkness(0L:24D group)for 18 d.Compared to 0L:24D group,the green light stimulation shortened the hatching time without extending the hatch window or impairing hatchability.The liver of embryos incubated in the 12L:12D light condition was heavier than those of the 0L:24D group on d 21 post incubation which may be linked to the observed increase in the serum concentration of insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1);primary secretion of the liver.Histological structure analysis of pineal gland demonstrated that the light stimulation increased follicle area,wall thickness and lumen area on d 10 and d 12 post incubation.Rhythmic function analysis demonstrated that three clock related genes(brain and muscle ARNT-like-1,BMAL1;circadian locomotor output cycles kaput,CLOCK;and cryptochrome-1,CRY1)and a melatonin rate-limiting enzyme related gene(arylalkylamine N-acetyltransferase,AANAT)were rhythmically expressed in the pineal gland of the 12L:12D group,but not in the 0L:24D group.Simultaneously,the light stimulation also increased the concentration of melatonin(MT),which was linked to hepatocyte proliferation and IGF-1 secretion in previous studies.Conclusions:The 12L:12D monochromatic green light stimulation during incubation shortened hatching time without impairing hatching performance.Pineal gland’s early histological development and maturation of its rhythmic function were accelerated by the light stimulation.It may be the key organ in the photo-endocrine axis that regulates embryo development,and the potential mechanism could be through enhanced secretion of MT in the 12L:12D group which promotes the secretion of IGF-1.Panlin Wang Yanyan Sun Yunlei Li Jing Fan Yunhe Zong Adamu Mani Isa Lei Shi Yuanmei Wang Aixin Ni Pingzhuang Ge Linlin Jiang Shixiong Bian Hui Ma Zhengdong Yuan Xiaolin Liu Jilan Chen 2021Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2021,12,3:3

10The evolution of China’s regulation of agricultural biotechnology显示文摘To ensure safe use of genetically modified organisms(GMOs),since 1993,China has made great efforts to establish and improve the safety regulatory system for GMOs.Here,we summarize and analyze the regulatory framework of agricultural GMOs,and the progress in regulatory approval of GM crops in China.In general,the development of GMO safety regulations underwent four stages:exploration(1993–2000),development(2001–2010),improvement(2011–2020)and current(2021-present)stage.The first formal regulation was promulgated in 1993,which provided a basis for further development of the regulations,during the exploration stage,when insect-resistant GM cotton,expressing genes from Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt),was approved for cultivation.During the development stage,the Chinese government issued a series of administrative measures,which covered almost all the fields relative to GMO safety when the basic regulatory system was established.Along with the controversy over GMO safety,the regulations have been further,and greatly improved,during improvement stage.From 2021,a few additional revisions have been made,and meanwhile,the new regulation on gene-edited crops was introduced with the development of biotechnology,forming a relative complete regulation and law system for China.The well-developed GMO regulations establishes a firm basis for safe use of GM crops in China.Currently,GM cotton and GM papaya have been widely grown on a large scale in China that have brought great economic and ecological benefits.In addition,12 corn events,3 soybean events,and 2 rice events have also obtained biosafety certification,but presently,these lines have yet to enter commercial production.However,several GM soybean and corn events have entered pilot industrialization,and can soon be expected to be commercially grown in China.In addition to planting,six GM crops,including soybean,corn,cotton,canola,papaya and sugar beet,with a total of 64 events,have been approved for import as processing material in China.Jingang Liang Xiaowei Yang Yue Jiao Danxia Wang Qiang Zhao Yu Sun Yunhe Li Kongming Wu 2022aBIOTECH2022,3,4:2

15MiR-378a-3p acts as a tumor suppressor in gastric cancer via directly targeting RAB31 and inhibiting the Hedgehog pathway proteins GLI1/2显示文摘Objective:To improve the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer(GC),more effective therapeutic targets are urgently needed.Increasing evidence indicates that miRNAs are involved in the progression of various tumors,and RAS-associated protein in the brain 31(RAB31)is upregulated and promotes the progression of multiple malignant tumors.Here,we focused on identifying RAB31-targeted miRNAs and elucidating their potential mechanism in the progression of GC.Methods:RAB31 and miR-378a-3p expression levels were detected in paired fresh GC tissues and GC cell lines.Bioinformatics analysis was used to predict the miRNAs targeting RAB31 and the relationships between RAB31 and other genes.Dual-luciferase reporter assays were applied to verify the targeted interaction relationship.CCK-8,colony formation,flow cytometry,wound healing,and Transwell assays were performed to assess the proliferation,apoptosis,migration,and invasion of GC cells.Tumorsphere formation assays were performed to assess the stemness of gastric cancer stem cells.Related proteins were detected by Western blot.Xenograft assays in nude mice were performed to explore the effect of miR-378a-3p in vivo.Results:We report the first evidence that miR-378a-3p is downregulated in GC,whereas its overexpression inhibits proliferation,invasion,and migration as well as promotes apoptosis in GC cells.Mechanistically,miR-378a-3p inhibits the progression of GC by directly targeting RAB31.Restoring RAB31 expression partially offsets the inhibitory effect of miR-378a-3p.Further research revealed that miR-378a-3p inhibits GLI1/2 in the Hedgehog signaling pathway and attenuates the stemness of gastric cancer stem cells.Finally,xenograft assays showed that miR-378a-3p inhibits GC tumorigenesis in vivo.Conclusions:MiR-378a-3p inhibits GC progression by directly targeting RAB31 and inhibiting the Hedgehog signaling pathway proteins GLI1/2.Xinxin Xu Yang Li Guoxiao Liu Kai Li Peng Chen Yunhe Gao Wenquan Liang Hongqing Xi Xinxin Wang Bo Wei Hongtao Li Lin Chen 2022Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,12:1
