1QTL IciMapping:Integrated software for genetic linkage map construction and quantitative trait locus mapping in biparental populations显示文摘QTL Ici Mapping is freely available public software capable of building high-density linkage maps and mapping quantitative trait loci(QTL) in biparental populations. Eight functionalities are integrated in this software package:(1) BIN: binning of redundant markers;(2) MAP: construction of linkage maps in biparental populations;(3) CMP: consensus map construction from multiple linkage maps sharing common markers;(4) SDL: mapping of segregation distortion loci;(5) BIP: mapping of additive, dominant, and digenic epistasis genes;(6) MET: QTL-by-environment interaction analysis;(7) CSL: mapping of additive and digenic epistasis genes with chromosome segment substitution lines; and(8) NAM: QTL mapping in NAM populations. Input files can be arranged in plain text, MS Excel 2003, or MS Excel 2007 formats. Output files have the same prefix name as the input but with different extensions. As examples, there are two output files in BIN, one for summarizing the identified bin groups and deleted markers in each bin, and the other for using the MAP functionality. Eight output files are generated by MAP, including summary of the completed linkage maps, Mendelian ratio test of individual markers, estimates of recombination frequencies, LOD scores, and genetic distances, and the input files for using the BIP, SDL,and MET functionalities. More than 30 output files are generated by BIP, including results at all scanning positions, identified QTL, permutation tests, and detection powers for up to six mapping methods. 3The Metallogenetic Regularities of Lithium Deposits in China显示文摘Lithium resources support the development of high-technology industries. China has abundant lithium resources which are mainly distributed in Tibet,Qinghai,Sichuan and Jiangxi. Salt lakes in China have significant lithium reserves,but lithium is mainly produced from hard rock lithium deposits because the extraction from salt lakes requires further improvements. The hard rock lithium deposits mainly occur in granitic pegmatite in the Altay region of Xinjiang and the Jiajika deposit in western Sichuan Province; they mainly formed in the Mesozoic and occurred in a relatively stable stage during orogenic processes. On the basis of the information from 151 lithium deposits or spots,14 lithium metallogenic series were identified,and granitic pegmatite,granite,and sedimentary types were considered to be the main prediction types of lithium resources. Twelve lithium mineralization belts were divided and a series of maps showing the lithium metallogenetic regularity in China were drawn. We conclude that the hard rock and brine type of lithium resources possibly have a similar lithium source related to magmatism. The metallogenic features of the lithium in China were related with the distinct history of tectonic-magmatic activity in China. 4Construction of habitat suitability models(HSMs) for benthic macroinvertebrate and their applications to instream environmental flows:A case study in Xiangxi River of Three Gorges Reservior region,China显示文摘Based on a long-term ecological monitoring, the present study chose the most dominant benthic macroinvertebrate (Baetis spp.) as tar- get organisms in Xiangxi River, built the habitat suitability models (HSMs) for water depth, current velocity and substrate, respectively, which is the first aquatic organisms model for habitat suitability in the Chinese Mainland with a long-term consecutive in situ measurement. In order to protect the biointegrity and function of the river ecosystem, the theory system of instream environmental flow should be cat- egorized into three hierarchies, namely minimum required instream flow (hydrological level), minimum instream environmental flow (bio- species level), and optimum instream environmental flow (ecosystem level). These three hierarchies of instream environmental flow models were then constructed with the hydrological and weighted usable area (WUA) method. The results show that the minimum required instream flow of Xiangxi River calculated by the Tennant method (10% of the mean annual flow) was 0.615 m3 s 1; the minimum instream environmental flow accounted for 19.22% of the mean annual flow (namely 1.182 m3 s 1), which was the damaged river channel flow in the dry season; and 42.91% of the mean annual flow (namely 2.639 m3 s 1) should be viewed as the optimum instream environmental flow in order to protect the health of the river ecosystem, maintain the instream biodiversity, and reduce the impact of small hydropower stations nearby the Xiangxi River. 5Development of fractures in soft rock surrounding a roadway and their control显示文摘As the excavation of roadway,new fractures will be formed and the pre-existing fractures extend with the redistribution of stress in surrounding rocks.Eventually,fracture zone and bed separation are formed in rocks because of the developed fractures.Therefore,mastering the fracture evolution of surrounding rocks is very important to maintain the stability of roadway.The surrounding rocks of main haulage roadway in a certain coal mine is so broken and loose that the supporting is very difficult.Based on comprehensive analysis of the engineering geological conditions,a sight instrument was used to observe the fractures of internal surrounding rocks.Four indices,i.e.,the width of fracture zone W,the number of fractures n,the width of fractures d and rock fracture designation RFD,are put forward to evaluate the fracture development.According to the evolution rules of the soft rock roadway from this paper,control principles by stages and by regions are presented through the research.At the same time,the best time of grouting reinforcement is determined on the basis of fracture saturation.Field practice shows that the roadway can satisfy normal production during service periods by suitable first support and grouting reinforcement.Li Xuehua Yao Qiangling Man Jiankang Chen Chaoqun He Lihui 2011Mining Science and Technology2011,21,4:12
6Counteraction of ABA-Mediated Inhibition of Seed Germination and Seedling Establishment by ABA Signaling Terminator in Arabidopsis显示文摘Seed germination and seedling establishment are important for the reproductive success of plants,but seeds and seedlings typically encounter constantly changing environmental conditions.By inhibiting seed germination and post-germinative growth through the PYR1/PYL/RCAR ABA receptors and PP2C co-receptors,the phytohormone abscisic acid(ABA)prevents premature germination and seedling growth under unfavorable conditions.However,little is known about how the ABA-mediated inhibition of seed germination and seedling establishment is thwarted.Here,we report that ABA Signaling Terminator(ABT),a WD40 protein,efficiently switches off ABA signaling and is critical for seed germination and seedling establishment.ABT is induced by ABA in a PYR1/PYL/RCAR-PP2C-dependent manner.Overexpression of ABT promotes seed germination and seedling greening in the presence of ABA,whereas knockout of ABT has the opposite effect.We found that ABT interacts with the PYR1/PYL/RCAR and PP2C proteins,interferes with the interaction between PYR1/PYL4 and ABI1/ABI2,and hampers the inhibition of ABI1/ABI2 by ABA-bound PYR1/PYL4,thereby terminating ABA signaling.Taken together,our results reveal a core mechanism of ABA signaling termination that is critical for seed germination and seedling establishment in Arabidopsis.Zhijuan Wang Ziyin Ren Chunhong Cheng Tao Wang Hongtao Ji Yang Zhao Zhiping Deng Liya Zhi Jingjing Lu Xinying Wu Shimin Xu Mengmeng Cao Hongtao Zhao Liu Liu Jiankang Zhu Xia Li 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,9:10
7Application of Hydrothermal Diamond Anvil Cell to Homogenization Experiments of Silicate Melt Inclusions显示文摘The homogenization of silicate melt inclusions(SMIs), small droplets of silicate melt trapped in magmatic minerals, is an important component of petrogenetic and magmatic research. Conventional homogenization experiments on SMIs use microscope-mounted heating stages capable of producing high temperatures at 1 atm and cold-seal high-pressure vessels. Heating stages are generally used for SMIs with low internal pressures and allow in situ observations of the homogenization processes. In contrast, cold-seal high-pressure vessels are generally used to heat SMIs that have high internal pressures, although the homogenized SMIs can only be observed after quenching in this approach. Here we outline an alternative approach that uses a hydrothermal diamond anvil cell(HDAC) apparatus to homogenize SMIs. This is the only current method wherein phase changes in high-internal-pressure SMIs can be observed in situ during homogenization experiments, which represents an advantage over other conventional methods. Using an HDAC apparatus prevents high-internal-pressure SMIs from decrepitating during heating by elevating their external pressure, in addition to allowing in situ observations of SMIs. The type-V HDAC that is currently being used has a shorter distance between the sample chamber and the observation window than earlier types, potentially enabling continuous observation of the processes involved in heating and SMI homogenization through an objective lens with a long working distance. Homogenization experiments using HDAC require that a number of steps, including HDAC preparation, sample preparation, sample loading, preheating, and formal heating, be carefully followed. Homogenization experiments on SMIs within granite samples from the Jiajika pegmatite deposit(Sichuan, China) are best performed using an HDAC-based approach, because the elevated proper external pressure of these SMIs, combined with a short heating duration, helps to suppress material leakage and any reactions within the SMIs, in addition to allowing in situ observations during homogenization experiments. Furthermore, using the HDAC approach has other benefits: heating rates can be precisely controlled, wafer oxidization can be prevented, and samples can be subjected to in situ microbeam analysis. In summary, homogenization using HDAC provides more reliable results than those obtained using conventional heating equipment. 10Origin and Geological Significance of TTG Gneisses from the Maevatanana Greenstone Belt in North-Central Madagascar,and A Comparison with India显示文摘The Maevatanana greenstone belt in north-central Madagascar contains widespread exposures of tonalite-trondhjemite-granodiorite(TTG) gneisses,and is important for its concentrations of various metal deposits(e.g.,chromium,nickle,iron,gold).In this paper we report on the petrography,and major and trace element compositions of the TTG gneisses within the Berere Complex of the Maevatanana area,as well as LA-ICP-MS U-Pb ages and Lu-Hf isotopic compositions of zircons from the gneisses.The gneisses consist mainly of granitoid gneiss and biotite(±hornblende) plagiogneiss,and analysis of thin sections provides evidence of crushing,recrystallization,and metasomatism related to dynamic metamorphism.Samples have large variations in their major and trace element contents,with SiO_2 = 55.87-68.06 wt%,Al_2O_3 = 13.9-17.8 wt%,and Na_2O/K_2O =0.97-2.13.Geochemically,the granitoid gneisses and biotite plagiogneisses fall on a low-Al trondhjemite to granodiorite trend,while the biotite-hornblende plagiogneisses represent a high-Al tonalite TTG assemblage.Zircon U-Pb dating shows that the Berere Complex TTG gneisses formed at2.5-2.4 Ga.Most ε_(Hf(t)) values of zircons from the biotite(± hornblende) plagiogneisses are positive,while most ε_(Hf(t)) values from the granitoid gneisses are negative,suggesting a degree of crustal contamination.Two-stage Hf model ages suggest that the age of the protolith of the TTG gneisses was ca.3.4-2.6 Ga,representing a period of paleocontinent formation in the Mesoarchean.Geothermometries indicate the temperature of metamorphism of the TTG gneisses was 522-612℃.Based on these data,the protolith of the TTG gneisses is inferred to have formed during the development of a Mesoarchean paleocontinent that is now widely exposed as a TTG gneiss belt(mostly lower amphibolite facies) in the Maevatanana area,and which records a geological evolution related to the subduction of an ancient oceanic crust and the collision of microcontinents during the formation of the Rodinia supercontinent.The lithological similarity of Precambrian basement,the close ages of metamorphism within greenstone belts and the comparable distribution of metamorphic grade all show a pronounced Precambrian geology similarity between Madagascar and India,which can provide significative clues in understanding the possible Precambrian Supercontinent tectonics,and also important constraints on the correlation of the two continental fragments.LI Peng LI Jiankang LIU Shanbao PEI Rongfu SHI Guanghai 2017Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2017,91,3:7
11The Statistical Power of Inclusive Composite Interval Mapping in Detecting Digenic Epistasis Showing Common F_2 Segregation Ratios显示文摘Epistasis is a commonly observed genetic phenomenon and an important source of variation of complex traits,which could maintain additive variance and therefore assure the long-term genetic gain in breeding.Inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM) is able to identify epistatic quantitative trait loci(QTLs) no matter whether the two interacting QTLs have any additive effects.In this article,we conducted a simulation study to evaluate detection power and false discovery rate(FDR) of ICIM epistatic mapping,by considering F_2 and doubled haploid(DH) populations,different F_2 segregation ratios and population sizes.Results indicated that estimations of QTL locations and effects were unbiased,and the detection power of epistatic mapping was largely affected by population size,heritability of epistasis,and the amount and distribution of genetic effects.When the same likelihood of odd(LOD) threshold was used,detection power of QTL was higher in F_2 population than power in DH population;meanwhile FDR in F_2 was also higher than that in DH.The increase of marker density from 10 cM to 5 cM led to similar detection power but higher FDR.In simulated populations,ICIM achieved better mapping results than multiple interval mapping(MIM) in estimation of QTL positions and effect.At the end,we gave epistatic mapping results of ICIM in one actual population in rice(Oryza sativa L.).Luyan Zhang Huihui Li Jiankang Wang 2012Journal of Integrative Plant Biology2012,54,4:6
12Ordering of high-density markers by the k-Optimal algorithm for the traveling-salesman problem显示文摘Construction of accurate and high-density linkage maps is a key research area of genetics.We investigated the efficiency of genetic map construction(MAP)using modifications of the k-Optimal(k-Opt)algorithm for solving the traveling-salesman problem(TSP).For TSP,different initial routes resulted in different optimal solutions.The most optimal solution could be found only by use of as many initial routes as possible.But for MAP,a large number of initial routes resulted in one optimal order.k-Opt using open route length gave a slightly higher proportion of correct orders than the method of adding one virtual marker and using closed route length.Recombination frequency(REC)and logarithm of odds(LOD)score gave similar proportions of correct order,higher than that given by genetic distance.Both missing markers and genotyping error reduced ordering accuracy,but the best order was still achieved with high probability by comparison of the optimal orders from multiple initial routes.Computation time increased rapidly with marker number,and 2-Opt took much less time than 3-Opt.The 2-Opt algorithm was compared with ordering methods used in two other software packages.The best method was 2-Opt using open route length as the criterion to identify the optimal order and using REC or LOD as the measure of distance between markers.We describe a unified software interface for using k-Opt in high-density linkage map construction for a wide range of genetic populations.Luyan Zhang Huihui Li Lei Meng Jiankang Wang 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,5:6
13Development of image-based wheat spike counter through a Faster R-CNN algorithm and application for genetic studies显示文摘Spike number(SN) per unit area is one of the major determinants of grain yield in wheat. Development of high-throughput techniques to count SN from large populations enables rapid and cost-effective selection and facilitates genetic studies. In the present study, we used a deep-learning algorithm, i.e., Faster Region-based Convolutional Neural Networks(Faster R-CNN) on Red-Green-Blue(RGB) images to explore the possibility of image-based detection of SN and its application to identify the loci underlying SN. A doubled haploid population of 101 lines derived from the Yangmai 16/Zhongmai 895 cross was grown at two sites for SN phenotyping and genotyped using the high-density wheat 660 K SNP array.Analysis of manual spike number(MSN) in the field, image-based spike number(ISN), and verification of spike number(VSN) by Faster R-CNN revealed significant variation(P < 0.001) among genotypes, with high heritability ranged from 0.71 to 0.96. The coefficients of determination(R^(2)) between ISN and VSN was 0.83, which was higher than that between ISN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.51), and between VSN and MSN(R^(2)= 0.50). Results showed that VSN data can effectively predict wheat spikes with an average accuracy of 86.7% when validated using MSN data. Three QTL Qsnyz.caas-4 DS, Qsnyz.caas-7 DS, and QSnyz.caas-7 DL were identified based on MSN, ISN and VSN data, while QSnyz.caas-7 DS was detected in all the three data sets. 14Geology and mineralization of the Songpan-Ganze-West Kunlun pegmatite-type rare-metal metallogenic belt in China:An overview and synthesis显示文摘The Songpan-Ganze orogenic belt on the northeastern margin of the Tibetan Plateau extends westward from the Songpan-Ganze terrain in western Sichuan to the Tianshuihai region in West Kunlun,Xinjiang.It hosts numerous giant spodumene pegmatite deposits and ore fields,including Jiajika and Ke’eryin in western Sichuan Province,Zhawulong on the border between the Sichuan and Qinghai Provinces,and Dahongliutan in Xinjiang Region.These form the Songpan-Ganze-West Kunlun(SP-GZ-WK) pegmatite-type rare-metal metallogenic belt.The pegmatite type rare-metal deposits in this belt are hosted in the metamorphic thermal domes in the metamorphosed flysh of the Triassic Xikang and Bayankalashan Groups.The mineralized pegmatites are intimately related to the Li-and volatile-rich two-mica granites that are peraluminous and have high(Li+Na+K)/(Mn+Fe+Mg+Ca+Ti) ratios.Pegmatites and granites in individual ore field throughout the belt typically form a cogenetic granite-pegmatite system,in which pegmatite dikes commonly surround granites.Spodumene is the predominant ore mineral in most pegmatites with limited hydrothermal alteration.In the granite-pegmatite systems,granitic magmas were emplaced under P-T conditions of 800–850°C and ~550 MPa,while spodumene crystallized in an alkaline environment.The granite-pegmatite systems share similar Sr-Nd-Hf-Li isotopic compositions to the metasediments of the Xikang and Bayankalashan Groups.The δ7Li values tend to increase from the granites to the Li-poor pegmatites,whereas the reverse is observed between the Li-poor and Li-rich pegmatites.These geochronological data suggest that the granite-pegmatite systems formed in the Late Triassic and tend to be progressively younger from the outer to the inner zones of the metallogenic belt.These characteristics show that the granitic-pegmatitic melts were derived from the anatexis of the Xikang and Bayankalashan Groups during the Paleo-Tethyan orogeny in the Late Triassic.The separation of pegmatitic melts from granitic magmas can be best explained using the Jiajika-style “melt-melt immiscibility” or the Ke’eryin-style “fractional crystallization+melt-melt immiscibility” model.High-maturity terrestrial sediments are of key importance for the anatexis that results in the granitepegmatite melts.The bidirectional tectonic stresses in the Songpan-Ganze orogenic belt may have caused the mineralization difference between the Jiajika deposit and the Ke’eryin ore field.These features indicate the controls of the combination of orogenic deformation,metapelites anatexis,and magmatic differentiation on the rare-metal mineralization of pegmatites.We suggest that pegmatites,pegmatite–parental granite,and their protoliths are important indicators for rare-metal mineralization in the SP-GZ-WK pegmatite type rare-metal metallogenic belt.Based on the widespread presence of fertile metasediments and well development of metamorphic thermal dome,highly differentiated granites,and regional zonation of pegmatites,the Zhawulong ore field is the most prospective area for rare metals and thus should be the priority for future exploration.Jiankang LI Peng LI Qinggao YAN Denghong WANG Guangli REN Xin DING 2023Science China Earth Sciences2023,66,8:5
15Modeling and simulation of recurrent phenotypic and genomic selections in plant breeding under the presence of epistasis显示文摘Recurrent selection is an important breeding method for population improvement and selecting elite inbreds or fixed lines from the improved germplasm.Recently,a computer simulation tool called QuMARS has been developed,which allows the simulation and optimization of various recurrent selection strategies.Our major objective in this study was to use the QuMARS tool to compare phenotypic recurrent,marker-assisted recurrent,and genomic selections(abbreviated respectively as PS,MARS and GS)for both short-and long-termbreeding procedures.ForMARS,twomarker selection models were considered,i.e.,stepwise(Rstep)and forward regressions(Forward).For GS,three prediction models were considered,i.e.,genomic best linear unbiased predictors(GBLUP),ridge regression(Ridge),and regression by Moore-Penrose general inverse(InverseMP).To generate genotypes and phenotypes for a given individual during simulation,one additive and two epistasis genetic models were considered with three levels of heritability.Results demonstrated that selection responses from GBLUP-based GS and MARS(Forward)were consistently greater than those from PS under the additive model,particularly in early selection cycles.In contrast,selection response from PS was consistently superior over MARS and GS under epistatic models.For the two epistasis models,total genetic variance and the additive variance component were increased in some cases after selection.Through simulation,we concluded that GS and PS were effective recurrent selection methods for improved breeding of targeted traits controlled by additive and epistatic quantitative trait loci(QTL).QuMARS provides an opportunity for breeders to compare,optimize and integrate new technology into their conventional breeding programs.Mohsin Ali Luyan Zhang Ian DeLacy Vivi Arief Mark Dieters Wolfgang H.Pfeiffer Jiankang Wang Huihui Li 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,5:4
16Quantitative trait locus mapping with background control in genetic populations of clonal F_1 and double cross显示文摘In this study, we considered five categories of molecular markers in clonal F_1 and double cross populations,based on the number of distinguishable alleles and the number of distinguishable genotypes at the marker locus. Using the completed linkage maps, incomplete and missing markers were imputed as fully informative markers in order to simplify the linkage mapping approaches of quantitative trait genes. Under the condition of fully informative markers, we demonstrated that dominance effect between the female and male parents in clonal F_1 and double cross populations can cause the interactions between markers. We then developed an inclusive linear model that includes marker variables and marker interactions so as to completely control additive effects of the female and male parents, as well as the dominance effect between the female and male parents. The linear model was finally used for background control in inclusive composite interval mapping(ICIM) of quantitative trait locus(QTL). The ef ficiency of ICIM was demonstrated by extensive simulations and by comparisons with simple interval mapping, multiple-QTL models and composite interval mapping. 17Exercise promotes angiogenesis by enhancing endothelial cell fatty acid utilization via liver-derived extracellular vesicle miR-122-5p显示文摘Background:Angiogenesis constitutes a major mechanism responsible for exercise-induced beneficial effects.Our previous study identified a cluster of differentially expressed extracellular vesicle microRNAs(miRNAs)after exercise and found that some of them act as exerkines.However,whether these extracellular vesicle miRNAs mediate the exercise-induced angiogenesis remains unknown.Methods:A 9-day treadmill training was used as an exercise model in C57BL/6 mice.Liver-specific adeno-associated virus 8 was used to knock down microRNA-122-5p(miR-122-5p).Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were used in vitro.Results:Among these differentially expressed extracellular vesicle miRNAs,miR-122-5p was identified as a potent pro-angiogenic factor that activated vascular endothelial growth factor signaling and promoted angiogenesis both in vivo and in vitro.Exercise increased circulating levels of miR-122-5p,which was produced mainly by the liver and shuttled by extracellular vesicles in mice.Inhibition of circulating miR-122-5p or liver-specific knockdown of miR-122-5p significantly abolished the exercise-induced pro-angiogenic effect in skeletal muscles,and exerciseimproved muscle performance in mice.Mechanistically,miR-122-5p promoted angiogenesis through shifting substrate preference to fatty acids in endothelial cells,and miR-122-5p upregulated endothelial cell fatty-acid utilization by targeting 1-acyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase(AGPAT1).In addition,miR-122-5p increased capillary density in perilesional skin tissues and accelerated wound healing in mice.Conclusion:These findings demonstrated that exercise promotes angiogenesis through upregulation of liver-derived extracellular vesicle miR-122-5p,which enhances fatty acid utilization by targeting AGPAT1 in endothelial cells,highlighting the therapeutic potential of miR-122-5p in tissue repair.Jing Lou Jie Wu Mengya Feng Xue Dang Guiling Wu Hongyan Yang Yan Wang Jia Li Yong Zhao Changhong Shi Jiankang Liu Lin Zhao Xing Zhang Feng Gao 2022Journal of Sport and Health Science2022,11,4:4
18Body sensor networks for ubiquitous healthcare显示文摘Body sensor networks provide a platform for ubiquitous healthcare, driving the diagnosis in hospital static environment to the daily life dynamic context. We realized the importance of sensing of activities, which is not only a dimension of human health but also important context information for diagnosis based on the physiologic data. This paper presents our ubiquitous healthcare system, uCare. It consists of uCare devices and a server system. Currently, the uCare system is designed for cardiovascular disease (CVD) examination and management. The uCare device has been tested in a trial in Beijing Hospital. 19Estimation of statistical power and false discovery rate of QTL mapping methods through computer simulation显示文摘Many QTL mapping methods have been developed in the past two decades.Statistically,the best method should have a high detection power but a low false discovery rate (FDR).Power and FDR cannot be derived theoretically for most QTL mapping methods,but they can be properly evaluated using computer simulations.In this paper,we used four genetic models (two for independent loci and two for linked loci) to illustrate power and FDR estimation for interval mapping (IM) and inclusive composite interval mapping (ICIM).For each model,we simulated 1000 populations each of 200 doubled haploids.A support interval (SI) was first defined to indicate to which predefined QTL the significant QTL belonged.Power was calculated by counting the number of simulation runs with significant peaks higher than the logarithm of odds (LOD) threshold in the SI.Quantitative trait loci not identified in any SIs were viewed as false positives.The FDR is the rate at which QTLs are identified as significant when they are actually non-significant.Simulation results allowed us to estimate power and FDR of IM and ICIM for two independent and two linkage genetic models.Our estimates allowed us to readily compare the efficiencies of different statistical methods for QTL mapping,including the ability to separate linkage,under a wide range of genetic models.We used IM and ICIM as examples of how to estimate power and FDR,but the principles shown in this paper can be used for power analysis and comparison of any other QTL mapping methods,especially those based on interval tests.LI HuiHui ZHANG LuYan WANG JianKang 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,21:3
