2Modification of Hole Transport Layers for Fabricating High Performance Non-fullerene Polymer Solar Cells显示文摘Interfacial engineering is expected to be a feasible strategy to improve the charge transport properties of the hole transport layer(HTL),which is of crucial importance to boost the device performance of organic solar cells(OSCs).In this study,two types of alcohol soluble materials,2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane(F4-TCNQ)and di-tetrabutylammoniumcis-bis(isothiocyanato)bis(2,2'-bipyridyl-4,4'-dicarboxylato)ruthenium(ll)(N719)dye were selected as the dopant for HTL.The doping of F4-TCNQ and N719 dye in poly(ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)with and without integrating a graphene quantum-dots(G-QDs)layer has been explored in poly[[2,6'-4-8-di(5-ethylhexylthienyl)benzo[1,2-b:3,3-b]dithiophene][3-fluoro-2[(2-ethylhexyl)carbonyl]thieno[3,4-b]thio-phenediyl:(2,2'-((2Z,2'Z)-(((4,4,9,9-tetrakis(4-hexylphenyl)-4,9-dihydro-s-indaceno[1,2-b:5,6-b']dithiophene-2,7-diyl)bis(4-((2-ethylhexyl)oxy)thiophene-5,2-diyl))bis(methanylylidene))bis(5,6-difluoro-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-indene-2,1-diylidene))dimalononitrile(PTB7-Th:IEICO-4F)OSCs.The power conversion efficiency of the non-fullerene OSCs has been increased to 10.12%from 8.84%.The influence of HTL modification on the nano-morphological structures and photophysical properties is analyzed based on the comparative studies performed on the control and modified devices.The use of chemical doping and bilayer strategy optimizes the energy level alignment,nanomorphology,hole mobility,and work-function of HTL,leading to considerable reduction of the leakage current and recombination losses.Our work demonstrates that the doping of HTL and the incorporation of G-QDs layer to constitute a bilayer HTL is an promising strategy to fabricate high performance non-fullerene polymer solar cells.B.Hari Babu Chengkun Lyu Hongwei Zhang Zhihao Chen Fenghong Li Lin Feng Xiao-Tao Hao 2020Chinese Journal of Chemistry2020,38,8:2
3Research on the threshold effect of population aging on the industrial structure upgrading in China显示文摘This paper constructs coefficients of the integral and the internal structure upgrading in the secondary and tertiary industries, selects per capita real gross domestic product as a threshold variable and build panel threshold model according to inter-provincial panel data of China from 1998 to 2016. Results indicated that population aging has a double threshold effect on the integral industrial structure upgrading, whose influence increases first and then decreases, significantly promoting the upgrading process. As for internal structure, population aging has no significant threshold effect on the upgrading in the secondary industry, but exerts a single negative threshold effect in the tertiary industry. When economic development is under the threshold, its negative impact is greater. 4Longwall mining under gateroads and gobs of abandoned small mine显示文摘Due to the use of outdated mining technology or room and pillar mining process in small coal mines, the coal recovery ratio is only 10–25%. In many regions of China, the damage area caused by the small coal mines amounted to nearly one hundred square kilometers. Therefore, special mining techniques must be taken to reclaim the wasted resource in disturbed coal areas. This paper focuses on the different mining methods by analyzing the longwall panel layout and abandoned gateroad(AG) distribution in the abandoned area of Cuijiazhai coal mine in northwestern China. On the basis of three-dimensional geological model, FLAC3 D numerical simulation was employed. The abutment pressure distribution was simulated when the panel face passed through the disturbed areas. The proper angle of the inclined face was analyzed when the panel face passed through the abandoned gateroads. The results show that the head end of the face should be 13–20 m ahead of the tail end. The pillars on both sides of abandoned gateroads had not been damaged at the same time, and no large-area stress concentration occured above the main roof.Therefore, the coal reserves of disturbed areas can be successfully recovered by using underground longwall mining.Li Yang Zhu Enguang Zhang Kangning Li Minghao Wang Jiaxing Li Chengkun 2017International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2017,27,1:1
5Establishment of the GPS Monitoring Network in North China, the Relation of Horizontal Crustal Movement to Stress Field and Seismicity显示文摘In the paper, the establishment, measurement, data-processing program and monitoring accuracy of the GPS seismic monitoring network in North China, especially in the Capital-Circle area, have been presented briefly. The relation of horizontal crustal deformation to tectonic movement, stress-field variation and seismicity has been analyzed in detail. The results indicate that the accuracy of GPS measurement has reached the order of 10-9 and the annual rate of horizontal crustal deformation in North China is about 4 ~5 mm. Horizontal crustal movement is a direct indication of the regional stress field. 6Structural insights into the membrane microdomain organization by SPFH family proteins显示文摘The lateral segregation of membrane constituents into functional microdomains,conceptually known as lipid raft,is a universal organization principle for cellular membranes in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes.The widespread Stomatin,Prohibitin,Flotillin,and HflK/C(SPFH)family proteins are enriched in functional membrane microdomains at various subcellular locations,and therefore were hypothesized to play a scaffolding role in microdomain formation.In addition,many SPFH proteins are also implicated in highly specific processes occurring on the membrane.However,none of these functions is understood at the molecular level.Here we report the structure of a supramolecular complex that is isolated from bacterial membrane microdomains and contains two SPFH proteins(HflK and HflC)and a membrane-anchored AAA+protease FtsH.HflK and HflC form a circular 24-mer assembly,featuring a laterally segregated membrane microdomain(20 nm in diameter)bordered by transmembrane domains of HflK/C and a completely sealed periplasmic vault.Four FtsH hexamers are embedded inside this microdomain through interactions with the inner surface of the vault.These observations provide a mechanistic explanation for the role of HflK/C and their mitochondrial homologs prohibitins in regulating membrane-bound AAA+proteases,and suggest a general model for the organization and functionalization of membrane microdomains by SPFH proteins.Chengying Ma Chengkun Wang Dingyi Luo Lu Yan Wenxian Yang Ningning Li Ning Gao 2022Cell Research2022,32,2:0
7Preparation of Sn-doped Ga_(2)O_(3) thin films and their solar-blind photoelectric detection performance显示文摘Sn doping is an effective way to improve the response rate of Ga_(2)O_(3) film based solar-blind detectors. In this paper,Sn-doped Ga_(2)O_(3) films were prepared on a sapphire substrate by radio frequency magnetron sputtering. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and ultraviolet visible spectroscopy, and the effect of annealing atmosphere on the properties of films was studied. The Ga_(2)O_(3) films changed from amorphous to β-Ga_(2)O_(3) after annealing at 900 °C. The films were composed of micro crystalline particles with a diameter of about 5–20 nm.The β-Ga_(2)O_(3) had high transmittance for wavelengths above 300 nm, and obvious absorption for solar-blind signals at 200–280 nm.The metal semiconductor metal type solar-blind detectors were prepared. The detector based on Sn-doped β-Ga_(2)O_(3) thin film annealed in N_2 has the best response performance to 254 nm light. The photo-current is 10 μA at 20 V, the dark-current is 5.76 pA,the photo dark current ratio is 1.7 × 10~6, the response rate is 12.47 A/W, the external quantum efficiency is 6.09 × 10~3%, the specific detection rate is 2.61 × 10~(12) Jones, the response time and recovery time are 378 and 90 ms, respectively.Lijun Li Chengkun Li Shaoqing Wang Qin Lu Yifan Jia Haifeng Chen 2023Journal of Semiconductors2023,44,6:0
8A point cloud deep neural network metamodel method for aerodynamic prediction显示文摘Aiming to reduce the high expense of 3-Dimensional(3D)aerodynamics numerical sim-ulations and overcome the limitations of the traditional parametric learning methods,a point cloud deep learning non-parametric metamodel method is proposed in this paper.The 3D geometric data,corresponding to the object boundaries,are chosen as point clouds and a deep learning neural net-work metamodel fed by the point clouds is further established based on the PointNet architecture.This network can learn an end-to-end mapping between spatial positions of the object surface and CFD numerical quantities.With the proposed aerodynamic metamodel approach,the point clouds are constructed by collecting the coordinates of grid vertices on the object surface in a CFD domain,which can maintain the boundary smoothness and allow the network to detect small changes between geometries.Moreover,the point clouds are easily accessible from 3D sensors.The point cloud deep learning neural network,which employs re-sampling technique,the spatial transformer network and the fully connected layer,is developed to predict the aerodynamic char-acteristics of 3D geometry.The effectiveness of the proposed metamodel method is further verified by aerodynamic prediction and robust shape optimization of the ONERA M6 wing.The results show that the proposed method can achieve more satisfactory agreement with the experimental measurements compared to the parametric-learning-based deep neural network.Fenfen XIONG Li ZHANG Xiao HU Chengkun REN 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,4:0

10Construction of multi-homojunction TiO_(2)nanotubes for boosting photocatalytic hydrogen evolution by steering photogenerated charge transfer显示文摘As an effective means to improve charge carrier separation efficiency and directional transport,the gradient doping of foreign elements to build multi-homojunction structures inside catalysts has received wide attentions.Herein,we reported a simple and robust method to construct multi-homojunctions in black TiO_(2) nanotubes by the gradient doping of Ni species through the diffusion of deposited Ni element on the top of black TiO2 nanotubes driven by a high temperature annealing process.The gradient Ni distribution created parts of different Fermi energy levels and energy band structures within the same black TiO_(2) nanotube,which subsequently formed two series of multi-homojunctions within it.This special multi-homojunction structure largely enhanced the charge carrier separation and transportation,while the low concentration of defect states near the surface layer further inhibited carrier recombination and facilitated the surface reaction.Thus,the B-TNT-2Ni sample with the optimized Ni doping concentration exhibited an enhanced hydrogen evolution rate of~1.84 mmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1)under visible light irradiation without the assistance of noble-metal cocatalysts,~four times higher than that of the pristine black TiO_(2)nanotube array.With the capability to create multi-homojunction structures,this approach could be readily applied to various dopant systems and catalyst materials for a broad range of technical applications.Jinbo Xue Shan Jiang Chengkun Lei Huan Chang Jiaqi Gao Xuguang Liu Qi Li Qianqian Shen 2023Nano Research2023,16,2:0
11Heteronuclear Magnetisms with Ultracold Spinor Bosonic Gases in Optical Lattices显示文摘Motivated by recent realizations of spin-1 NaRb mixtures in the experiments[Phys.Rev.Lett.114,255301(2015);Phys.Rev.Lett.128,223201(2022)],we investigate heteronuclear magnetism in the Mott-insulating regime.Different from the identical mixtures where the boson statistics only admits even parity states from angular momentum composition,for heteronuclear atoms in principle all angular momentum states are allowed,which can give rise to new magnetic phases.While various magnetic phases can be developed over these degenerate spaces,the concrete symmetry breaking phases depend on not only the degree of degeneracy but also the competitions from many-body interactions.We unveil these rich phases using the bosonic dynamical mean-field theory approach.These phases are characterized by various orders,including spontaneous magnetization order,spin magnitude order,singlet pairing order,and nematic order,which may coexist specially in the regime with odd parity.Finally we address the possible parameter regimes for observing these spin-ordered Mott phases.Yongqiang Li Chengkun Xing Ming Gong Guangcan Guo Jianmin Yuan 2024Chinese Physics Letters2024,41,2:0

14A broadband integrated microwave photonic mixer based on balanced photodetection显示文摘An integrated microwave photonic mixer based on silicon photonic platforms is proposed,which consist of a dual-drive Mach–Zehnder modulator and a balanced photodetector.The modulated optical signals from microwave photonic links can be directly demodulated and down-converted to intermediate frequency(IF)signals by the photonic mixer.The converted signal is obtained by conducting of-chip subtraction of the outputs from the balanced photodetector,and subsequent fltering of the high frequency items by an electrical low-pass flter.Benefting from balanced detection,the conversion gain of the IF signal is improved by 6 dB,and radio frequency leakage and common-mode noise are suppressed signifcantly.System-level simulations show that the frequency mixing system has a spurious-free dynamic range of 89 dB·Hz^(2/3),even with deteriorated linearity caused by the two cascaded modulators.The spur suppression ratio of the photonic mixer remains higher than 40 dB when the IF varies from 0.5 to 4 GHz.The electrical-electrical 3 dB bandwidth of frequency conversion is 11 GHz.The integrated frequency mixing approach is quite simple,requiring no extra optical flters or electrical 90°hybrid coupler,which makes the system more stable and with broader bandwidth so that it can meet the potential demand in practical applications.Zhenzhu Xu Li Mei Yuhua Chong Xudong Gao Shoubao Han Chengkun Yang Lin Li 2023Frontiers of Optoelectronics2023,16,2:0
