| 1 | 加拿大新生儿重症监护室院内感染及其变化趋势对胎龄<33周早产儿预后的影响(英文)显示文摘败血症是新生儿重症监护室(NICU)的危重病症及造成新生儿死亡的重要原因之一,根据其发病时间,可分为早发(生后2 d内)和晚发(生后2 d后)。其中晚发的新生儿败血症,一般考虑为院内感染(NI)。胎龄越小,出生体重越低,NI的发生率越高。NI的发生率在加拿大各NICU之间差别较大,与各中心医护人员的相关诊疗行为密切相关。在国家卫生研究院"基于循证医学的医疗质量改进项目"的推动下,2003~2009年间加拿大全国NICU总的NI率明显下降,但不同中心各自感染率的变化趋势仍极为不同。本研究纳入了加拿大全国共24家NICU在2008~2012年间所有收入院的胎龄〈33周的早产儿共18 961名,探讨NI率的变化趋势以及其与早产儿预后的关系。 | Caitlin Jantzen Abhay Lodha Mirea Lucia Shoo K Lee Xiang Y Ye Koravangattu Sankaran 姚跃 | 2015 | 中国当代儿科杂志2015，17，10： | 13 |

| 5 | 4-1BB signaling activates glucose and fatty acid metabolism to enhance CD8^(+) T cell proliferation显示文摘4-1BB(CD137)is a strong enhancer of the proliferation of CD8^(+)T cells.Since these cells require increased production of energy and biomass to support their proliferation,we hypothesized that 4-1BB signaling activated glucose and fatty acid metabolism.We found that treatment with agonistic anti-4-1BB mAb promoted the proliferation of CD8^(+)T cells in vitro,increasing their size and granularity.Studies with a glycolysis inhibitor and a fatty acid oxidation inhibitor revealed that CD8^(+)T cell proliferation required both glucose and fatty acid metabolism.Anti-4-1BB treatment increased glucose transporter 1 expression and activated the liver kinase B1(LKB1)-AMP-activated protein kinase(AMPK)-acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACC)signaling pathway,which may be responsible for activating the metabolism of glucose and fatty acids.We also examined whether blocking glucose or fatty acid metabolism affected cell cycle progression and the anti-apoptotic effect of 4-1BB signaling.The increase of anti-apoptotic factors and cyclins in response to anti-4-1BB treatment was completely prevented by treating CD8^(+)T cells with the fatty acid oxidation inhibitor,etomoxir,but not with the glycolysis inhibitor,2-deoxy-D-glucose.We conclude that anti-4-1BB treatment activates glucose and fatty acid metabolism thus supporting the increased demand for energy and biomass,and that fatty acid metabolism plays a crucial role in enhancing the cell cycle progression of anti-CD3-activated CD8^(+)T cells in vitro and the anti-apoptotic effects of 4-1BB signaling on these cells. | Beom K Choi Do Y Lee Don G Lee Young H Kim Seon-Hee Kim Ho S Oh Chungyong Han Byoung S Kwon | 2017 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2017，14，9： | 6 |

| 7 | Texture analysis on parametric maps derived from dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in head and neck cancer显示文摘AIM: To investigate the merits of texture analysis on parametric maps derived from pharmacokinetic modeling with dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) as imaging biomarkers for the prediction of treatment response in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC). METHODS: In this retrospective study,19 HNSCC patients underwent pre- and intra-treatment DCEMRI scans at a 1.5T MRI scanner. All patients had chemo-radiation treatment. Pharmacokinetic modeling was performed on the acquired DCE-MRI images,generating maps of volume transfer rate(Ktrans) and volume fraction of the extravascular extracellular space(ve). Image texture analysis was then employed on maps of Ktrans and ve,generating two texture measures: Energy(E) and homogeneity.RESULTS: No significant changes were found for the mean and standard deviation for Ktrans and ve between pre- and intra-treatment(P > 0.09). Texture analysis revealed that the imaging biomarker E of ve was significantly higher in intra-treatment scans,relative to pretreatment scans(P < 0.04). A two-phase charge pump circuit using external pumping capacitor increases its pumping current and works out the charge-loss problem by using bulk-potential biasing circuit. A low-power start-up circuit is also proposed to reduce the power consumption of the band-gap reference voltage generator. And the ring oscillator used in the ELVSS power circuit is designed with logic devices by supplying the logic power supply to reduce the layout area. The PMU chip is designed with MagnaChip’s 0.25 μm high-voltage process. | 9 | 光动力疗法辅助龈下刮治术对牙周探诊出血的疗效分析显示文摘目的:比较光动力疗法(PDT)辅助龈下刮治术(SRP)与单纯SRP对临床牙周探诊出血(BOP)减少的差异。方法:经伦理委员会同意后,选择45例(每例至少有4个≥5mm的牙周袋并分布于两个以上不同口腔区域内)慢性牙周炎患者。经过基础检查后所有患者接受全口根面平整及龈下刮治术(SRP),并随机分为3组:A组系SRP后做1次Periowave激光治疗;B组系SRP后及6周后分别做1次激光治疗;C组系仅以SRP治疗作为对照。所有≥5mm的牙周袋作为激光治疗及分析统计位点。在基础检查、SRP后6周、12周及2年分别记录BOP阳性位点,采用SPSS10.0统计分析软件包行卡方检验。结果:与治疗前比较,3组BOP阳性率在6周、12周、2年都明显减少(P<0.01),6周时各组间差异无显著性(P>0.05),12周、2年B组比另两组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:在本试验条件下,两次Periowave激光辅助SRP治疗可使BOP明显减少,控制炎症维持时间较长。 | 王莹 张秀华 王靖虓 林芝 陈宏 朱形好 LEE S KIM J LI Y | 2009 | 温州医学院学报2009，39，3： | 4 |
