2Synergically enhanced piezocatalysis performance of eco-friendly(K_(0.52)Na_(0.48))NbO_(3) through ferroelectric polarization and defects显示文摘Piezocatalysis has attracted unprecedented research interest as a newly emerging catalysis technology.However,the inherent insulating property of ferroelectric materials ultimately leads to the poor vibration-electricity conversion ability.Herein,this work reports the(K_(0.52)Na_(0.48))NbO_(3) ferroelectric ceramics(KNNFCx),for which the FeCo modification strategy is proposed.The substitution of the moderate amount of FeCo(x=0.015)at Nb site not only optimizes ferroelectricity but also produces beneficial defects,notably increasing Rhodamine B water purification efficiency to 95%.The pinning effect of monovalent oxygen vacancies on ferroelectric domains is responsible for the excellent ferroelectric polarization of KNNFC0.015 through the generation of an internal field to promote charge carriers separation and reduce nonradiative recombination.Importantly,the accompanying electron carriers can easily move to the material surface and participate in redox reactions because they have low activation energy.Therefore,ferroelectric polarization and defects play synergetic roles in enhancing piezocatalytic performance.Min Zhou Laijun Liang Dingze Lu Xiaomei Lu Zheng Wang Fengzhen Huang Pengfei Cheng Dongdong Liu Mengqi Tian Qiuping Wang Yunjie Zhang 2023International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2023,30,10:1

4Dielectric Properties of Unfilled Tetragonal Tungsten Bronze Ba4PrFe(0.5)Nb(9.5)O(30) Ceramics显示文摘In order to found new dielectrics ceramics in tungsten bronze structure, unfilled tungsten bronze(TB) ceramics with nominal formula Ba_4PrFe_(0.5)Nb_(9.5)O_(30) were prepared by the solid state reaction method. The microstructure and dielectric properties were studied using powder X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscope, and variable temperature dielectric test system. The results show that the ceramics have a single phase and belong to the space group of P4bm with the cell of a = b = 12.4839(3) ?, c = 3.9409(5) ?, V = 614.192(2) ?3. The frequency dependent dielectrics properties show that the ceramics have a Debye-like relaxation at room temperature, while the temperature dependent dielectrics properties indicate that the ceramics are a relaxor and the relaxation is due to the nanopolars and oxygen vacancies. 5Impact of asymmetric activity on interactions between information diffusion and disease transmission in multiplex networks显示文摘Disease is a serious threat to human society.Understanding the characteristics of disease transmission is helpful for people to effectively control disease.In real life,it is natural to take various measures when people are aware of disease.In this paper,a novel coupled model considering asymmetric activity is proposed to describe the interactions between information diffusion and disease transmission in multiplex networks.Then,the critical threshold for disease transmission is derived by using the micro-Markov chain method.Finally,the theoretical results are verified by numerical simulations.The results show that reducing the activity level of individuals in the physical contact layer will have a continuous impact on reducing the disease outbreak threshold and suppressing the disease.In addition,the activity level of individuals in the virtual network has little impact on the transmission of the disease.Meanwhile,when individuals are aware of more disease-related information,the higher their awareness of prevention will be,which can effectively inhibit the transmission of disease.Our research results can provide a useful reference for the control of disease transmission.Xiaoxiao Xie Liang’an Huo Laijun Zhao Ying Qian 2023Communications in Theoretical Physics2023,75,7:0
6Influence of interface point defect on the dielectric properties of Y doped CaCu_(3)Ti_(4)O_(12) ceramics显示文摘CaCu_(3)Ti_(4-x)Y_(x)O_(12)(0≤x≤0.12)ceramics were fabricated with conventional solid-state reaction method.Phase structure and microstructure of prepared ceramics were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM),respectively.The impedance and modulus tests both suggested the existence of two different relaxation behavior,which were attributed to bulk and grain boundary response.In addition,the conductivity and dielectric permittivity showed a step-like behavior under 405 K.Meanwhile,frequency independence of dc conduction became dominant when above 405 K.In CCTO ceramic,rare earth element Y^(3+)ions as an acceptor were used to substitute Ti sites,decreasing the concentration of oxygen vacancy around grainelectrode and grain boundary.The reason to the reduction of dielectric behavior in low frequencies range was associated with the Y doping in CCTO ceramic.Jianming Deng Xiaojun Sun Saisai Liu Laijun Liu Tianxiang Yan Liang Fang Brahim Elouadi 2016Journal of Advanced Dielectrics2016,6,1:0
7Structure evolution,dielectric,and conductivity behavior of(K_(0.5)Na_(0.5))NbO_(3)-Bi(Zn_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))O_(3) ceramics显示文摘(1-x)K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)Nb0_(3-x)Bi(Zn_(2/3)Nb_(1/3))0_(3)((1-x)KNN-xBZN,x=0.010,0.015,0.020,0.025,and 0.030)lead-free ceramics were fabricated via a traditional solid-state method.The crystal structure,microstructure,dielectric,and conductivity behavior of this system were studied.Combined with X-ray diffraction(XRD)patterns,Rietveld refinement,and dielectric spectroscopy,an orthorhombic phase was determined for x=0.010,an orthorhombic-tetragonal mixed phase was identified for x=0.015,and a rhombohedral symmetry appears in 0.020≤x≤0.030.Both 0.98KNN-0.02BZN and 0.975KNN-0.025BZN ceramics exhibit stable permittivity and low dielectric loss tangent(tan)in wide temperature ranges owing to the combination of rhombohedral-tetragonal step-like feature and the diffuse phase transition from tetragonal to cubic.The activation energies of dielectric relaxation and conductivity behavior at high temperatures initially decrease slightly,then drop sharply,and finally decline slowly,which could be attributed to microstructure morphologies and the concentration of oxygen vacancies.Tianxiang YAN Kaiyuan CHEN Chengqi LI Min LIU Jie WANG Liang FANG Laijun LIU 2021Journal of Advanced Ceramics2021,10,4:0
