1Ecotourism certification and its progress in China显示文摘Since the middle 1990s, ecotourism certification has been given more and more attention to around the world.As a developing country with abundant ecotourism products, it is necessary for China to adopt certification to ensuresustainable development of ecotourism. But there are few products certificated until now in China. 2A Key Technique of Coupling SWAT with Web GSI Platform: A Case Study of the Longgang River Basin显示文摘Via field investigation and data collection in the Longgang River basin, input data for SWAT watershed hydrological model were obtained. Sub-basin s boundary was calculated and divided by spatial analysis, and meteorological input conditions were used to drive example simulation, such as rainfall and temperature. Watershed database was established in the backend of server, and GIS resources were provided by issuing GIS service, and WebGIS platform was developed in front of the browser. 3Human Health Risk through Groundwater Ingestion and Dermal Adsorption: Field Investigation and Practise Using U. S.EPA Evaluation Method显示文摘Aiming to ascertain the groundwater pollution status in a southern city of China,shallow groundwater samples were collected,and 9 heavy metals Zn,Mn,Cr,Cd,Pb,Ni,Ba,Be and Hg were tested to determine the contents and environmental controlling factors,and U. S. EPA assessment method was used to evaluate the human health risk through different exposure pathways. The results indicated that the contents of heavy metals in the groundwater of the study area were relatively low,Zn,Mn,Be,Cd and Pb were frequently detected in local groundwater and the rates of exceeding the groundwater quality standard of Mn and Be were larger than 5%,and most of the heavy metals showed negative correlation with groundwater p H. The average values of non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risk of heavy metals were lower than the threshold values,and ingestion was the major pathway that the residents were exposed to the risk. 4Hypoxia-induced reactive oxygen species in organ and tissue fibrosis显示文摘Fibrosis is the end-stage change of damaged tissues in various human diseases,which can lead to permanent scarring or organ malfunction.Hypoxia leads to oxidative stress,mitochondrial dysfunction,and inflammation in dysfunctional organs and tissues.Oxidative stress resulting from the overproduction of reactive oxygen species plays a central role in the fibrosis of injured organs.This review addresses the updated knowledge of the relationship between hypoxia and tissue fibrosis mediated by the reactive oxygen species pathway.Moreover,novel anti-fibrotic strategies are discussed,which may suppress reactive oxygen species and organ fibrosis.LINSHEN XIE QIAOLAN WANG JINGXUAN MA YE ZENG 2023BIOCELL2023,47,2:0
