2New evidence for microstructural evolution model of acid-activated montmorillonite显示文摘Ca-montmorillonite samples from Choushan treated at various acid concentrations were studied using chemical analysis, XRD, 29Si and 27A1 MAS NMR, to investigate the microstructure of the activated montmorillonites. With the increase of acid concentration and dissolution of cations of montmorillonite, the intensity of d(001) decreased obviously and significant changes of the microstructure of Si and Al occurred. There were two new types of structural units of Si atoms formed: (SiO)3SiOH units and Q4(0A1) units. For Al atoms, in the course of activation, the removal of one of a pair of octahedral aluminium atoms from montmorillonite removed two hydroxyl groups and left the other aluminum of the pair in the four-fold coordination. The 27A1 signal at 5 54.0 corresponding to AlIV arose from the four-coordinated Al in the octahedral sheet. 3Surgical treatment of hepato-pancreato-biliary disease in China:the Tongji experience显示文摘Hepato-pancreato-biliary(HPB) tumors are common in China. However, these tumors are often diagnosed at intermediate/advanced stages because of the lack of a systemic surveillance program in China. This situation creates many technical challenges for surgeons and increases the incidence of postoperative complications. Therefore, Dr. Xiao-Ping Chen has made many important technical improvements, such as Chen's hepatic portal occlusion method, the anterior approach for liver resection of large HCC tumors, the modified technique of Belghiti's liver-hanging maneuver, inserting biliary-enteric anastomosis technique, and invaginated pancreaticojujunostomy with transpancreatic U-sutures. These techniques are simple, practical, and easy to learn. Owing to these advantages, complicated surgical procedures can be simplified, and the curative effects are greatly improved. These improved techniques have been widely applied in China and will benefit many additional patients. 4肺硬化性血管瘤的CT影像学特点(英文)显示文摘Objective: The aim of the study was to analyze the CT morphology features of pulmonary sclerosing hemangiomas (PSHs) and improve the diagnosis ability of this disease.Methods: The 18 cases of pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH) confirmed by operation and histopathology from August 2002 to May 2009 were collected,including 17 females and 2 males,aged from 19 to 60 years old,with an average age of 43 years.All the cases underwent plain CT scan,among them,16 cases received enhanced CT scan.Results: The 18 cases had isolated mass.Mean long-axis diameter of these lesions was (2.7 ± 1.3) cm (range,1.9–4.2 cm).Of all cases,5 cases (27.8%) were round in shape,9 cases (50%) were oval,4 cases (22.2%) were lobulated,and 14 cases (77.8%) were smooth margin.The air meniscus sign was in 2 cases (11.1%),and the halo sign in 3 cases (16.7%).Two cases (11.1%) contained small nodular calcification,the remaining 16 cases (70%) were homogeneous density,the CT density of the masses ranged from 24–47 HU,and the mean value was 35 HU.Sixteen cases received enhanced scan,the welt vessel sign was in 8 cases (44.4%),1 case showed less enhancement,5 cases showed marked homogeneous enhancement and 10 cases showed intense and patchy heterogeneous enhanced.The CT density of the enhancing masses ranged from 60–110 HU,the mean value was 35 HU,and the net enhancement value was 14–80 HU,the mean value was 55 HU.Conclusion: PSH should be considered in middle-aged female whose CT found that single round or oval pulmonary nodules,with smooth margin,or associated with the air meniscus sign,the halo sign,or the marked enhancement.Hongping Lin Haiquan Yao Feng Peng 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,1:2
5原发性肺滑膜肉瘤术后胸膜转移1例报告并文献复习(英文)显示文摘We describe a case of primary pulmonary synovial sarcoma arising in the lung of a 35-year-old woman.The tumor was a single mass and had a well-defined pleural-based with homogeneous density in the edge of the middle lobe,with no calcification and a fat component on plain CT scan.On the contrast-enhanced CT scan,the tumor showed moderately enhancement and circular enhancement with no enlargement of mediastinal,hilar lymph nodes.Skeleton single photon emission CT(ECT) was unremarkable.Gross and histological findings by postoperative pathology showed the tumor had pseudo-capsule and was well-circumscribed with foci of necrosis,hemorrhage and cystic change,under microscope tumor was typically mitotically active,spindle cells growing in intersecting fascicles or in solid sheets with epithelial differentiation.The immunohistochemical examination of CD99,Vim,PCK and EMA were positive.The tumor recurred with multiple pleural nodules and mass at 5 months after surgery,chest CT revealed the tumor was in the ipsilateral costophrenic angle for chest pain of the patient.After dynamic contrast-enhanced,the solid parts and the capsule of the lesion showed progressive enhancement and the liquefied area of the lesion without enhancement.This case indicates that a primary pulmonary synovial sarcoma is extremely rare and malignant,its prognosis is poor.There are some relatively specific imaging findings.Haiquan Yao Zhibin Hu Hongping Lin Heshui Shi 2011The Chinese-German Journal of Clinical Oncology2011,10,9:2

8Extraction of Astragalus Polysaccharides and Ganoderma lucidum Mycelia Polysaccharides and Their in Vitro Antioxidative Effects显示文摘[Objectives]To explore the extraction and in vitro antioxidant effects of astragalus polysaccharides(APS)and Ganoderma lucidum mycelia polysaccharides(GLMPS).[Methods]By studying the polysaccharides of the herbal medicinal material Astragalus membranaceus and the fungal medicinal material Ganoderma lucidum mycelia,two polysaccharides were mixed according to different proportions and concentrations by using the principle of traditional Chinese medicine compound combination.The effect of polysaccharides on the scavenging ability of hydroxyl radical system was determined by salicylic acid method.[Results]When the compound ratios of GLMPS and APS were 1∶1,1∶4,1∶5,4∶1,and 5∶1,the scavenging effect of compound polysaccharides was better than that of single-component polysaccharides,and with the increase of concentration,the scavenging effect increased.When the ratio of GLMPS and APS was 5∶1,the hydroxyl radical scavenging rate of the compound polysaccharide reached 59.77%,which was 18.72%higher than that of single GLMPS and 28.58%higher than that of single APS.The scavenging effect of compound polysaccharide is closely related to the compound ratio and concentration.[Conclusions]APS and GLMPS can obtain better hydroxyl radical scavenging ability than single-component polysaccharides through compounding in appropriate proportions.In addition,within a suitable concentration range,as the concentration increases,the scavenging ability also increases.Hongping LIN Yonglin HUANG 2023Asian Agricultural Research2023,15,1:1
9Synthesis,structure and nonlinear optical properties of two novel two-photon absorption chromophores显示文摘Two triphenylamine-based derivatives that can be used as two-photon absorption chromophore,tris{4-[4-(3-trifluoromethyl-3-oxopanoyl)]phenyl}amine (1) and tris{4-[4-(3-phenyl-3-oxopanoyl)] phenyl} amine (2) were successfully synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analysis,IR,1H NMR and MS. The single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the molecules possess D-(π-A)3 structures. One-and two-photon absorption and fluorescence in various solvents were experimentally investigated. 10trans-2-Enoyl-CoA Reductase Tecr-Driven Lipid Metabolism in Endothelial Cells Protects against Transcytosis to Maintain Blood-Brain Barrier Homeostasis显示文摘The transport and metabolism of lipids in cerebrovascular endothelial cells(ECs)have been hypothesized to regulate blood-brain barrier(BBB)maturation and homeostasis.Long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids(LCPUFAs)as the important lipids components of cell membranes are essential for the development and function of BBB,but the direct links of lipid metabolism and ECs barrier function remain to be established.Here,we comprehensively characterize the transcriptomic phenotype of developmental cerebrovascular ECs in single-cell resolution and firstly find that trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase(Tecr),a verylong-chain fatty acid synthesis,is highly expressed during barriergenesis and decreased after BBB maturation.EC-specific knockout of Tecr compromises angiogenesis due to delayed vascular sprouting.Importantly,EC-specific deletion of Tecr loss restrictive quality of vascular permeability from neonatal stages to adulthood,with high levels of transcytosis,but maintains the vascular tight junctions.Moreover,lipidomic analysis shows that the expression of Tecr in ECs is associated with the containing of omega-3 fatty acids,which directly suppresses caveolae vesicles formation.These results reveal a protective role for Tecr in BBB integrity and suggest that Tecr as a novel therapeutic target in the central nervous system(CNS)diseases associated with BBB dysfunction.Jinxuan Wang Jianxiong Xu Guangchao Zang Tao Zhang Qi Wu Hongping Zhang Yidan Chen Yi Wang Weixi Qin Shuang Zhao Erdai Qin Juhui Qiu Xiaojuan Zhang Lin Wen Yeqi Wang Guixue Wang 2022Research2022,,3:1

15Cell osteogenic bioactivity mediated precisely by varying scaled micro-pits on ordered micro/nano hierarchical structures of titanium显示文摘Hierarchical surface structures with micro–nano scale play a crucial role in regulation of cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation.It has been proven that cells are extremely sensitive to the nanoscaled structure and show multifarious phenotypes.Though a vital function of microstructure on osseointegration has been confirmed,the cell performances response to different microscaled structure is needed to be further dissected and in depth understood.In this work,the ordered micro–nano hierarchical structures with varying micro-scaled pits were precisely fabricated on titanium successfully by the combination of electrochemical,chemical etching and anodization as well.In vitro systematical assessments indicated that the micro–nano multilevel structures on titanium exhibited excellent cells adhesion and spreading ability,as well as steerable proliferation and osteogenic differentiation behaviors.It is shown that smaller micro-pits and lower roughness of the hierarchical structures enabled faster cell propagation.Despite cell growth was delayed on micro–nano titanium with relatively larger cell-match-size micro-pits and roughness,osteogenic-specific genes were significantly elevated.Furthermore,the alkaline phosphatase activity,collagen secretion and extracellular matrix mineralization of MC3T3-E1 on multiscaled titanium were suppressed by a large margin after adding IWP-2(an inhibitor of Wnt/b-catenin signal pathway),indicating this pathway played a crucial part in cell osteogenic differentiation modulated by micro–nano structures.Yanmei Zhang Xiankuan Wang Yaxian Li Jianhe Liang Pinliang Jiang Qiaoling Huang Yun Yang Hongping Duan Xiang Dong Gang Rui Changjian Lin 2022Regenerative Biomaterials2022,9,1:1

17Synthesis, crystal structures and electrochemical properties of two new metal-centered ferrocene complexes显示文摘Two new metal-centered ferrocene complexes Ni(SCN)2(L)4 (1) and Cu(OAc)2(L)2 (2) (L = 1-[1-ferro- cenylmethyl]imidazole) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, spectroscopic and cyclic voltammetric measurements. The geometry of Ni(Ⅱ) in 1 is octahedral, with four ligands in the equatorial plan and two thiocyanate anions at the axial site, while that of Cu(Ⅱ) in 2 is a distorted octahedron formed by two chealted OAc- and two ligands. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that there is partial electron delocalization from ferrocene to imidazole in the two complexes.
