| 1 | Preparation of arsenic trioxide loaded albuminutes immuno nanospheres and its specific killing effect on bladder cancer cell in vitro显示文摘Background Recently, arsenic trioxide (As 2O 3) was considered as a novel anti tumor agent However, it showed severe toxicity effect on normal tissue at the same time To improve its therapeutic efficacy and decrease its toxicity,we prepared arsenic trioxide loaded albuminutes immuno nanospheres [As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1] targeted with nonoclonal antibody (McAb) BDI 1 and tested its specific killing effect against bladder cancer cell Methods As 2O 3 HAS NS was prepared by chemical cross linking method Monoclonal antibody BDI 1 was purified with ammonium sulphate saltingout and chromatography Albuminutes microspheres were conjugated with McAb by SPDP cross linking method Concentration of As in As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 and As 2O 3 HAS NS was measured by atomic fluometry method As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 and its activity were detected by SDS PAGE reduction electrophoresis, indirect immunofluorescence test, light microscope and scanning electron microscope observation Acridine orange staining and tritiated thymidine ( 3H TdR) incorporation tests were used to indicate specific killing activity of As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 in vitro Results In As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 groups, we saw two protein bands in SDS PAGE reduction electrophoresis Albuminutes immuno nanospheres were rounded with clear green fluorescence by immunofluorescence test Under microscope, we observed that BIU 87 cells were covered with the As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 and that As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 moved with the BIU 87 cells The albuminutes immuno nanospheres were tightly junctioned with the BIU 87 cells Specific killing activity of As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 on bladder tumor cells was observed by acridine orange staining and 3H TdR incorporation assays Conclusions As 2O 3 (HAS NS) BDI 1 might bind specifically against BIU 87 cells, thus leading to high activity of killing bladder tumor | ZHOUJie ZENGFu-qing LIChong TONGQiang-song GAOXiang XIEShu-sheng YULi-zhang | 2005 | Chinese Medical Journal2005,,1: | 7 |

| 8 | Optimization of material structure of ploy-Si thin film based on Al induced crystallization显示文摘Based on Al induced crystallization (AIC) method, influences of different material structures on formation and characteristics of ploy-silicon thin films were studied and optimized. Al-Si films on glass with different structures (Si/Al/Glass, Al/Si/Glass, Si/Al/…/Si/Al/Glass) were deposited on glass substrates by sputtering method. All samples were annealed for MIC with varied time processes under 500℃ N2 environment. X-ray diffraction test and scanning electron microscope were adopted to characterize crystallization performance and surface topography of AIC poly-silicon samples after removing resid- ual aluminum. The electrical properties were also characterized by Hall test method. | 13 | Hormesis-like growth and photosynthetic physiology of marine diatom Phaeodactylum tricornutum Bohlin exposed to polystyrene microplastics显示文摘The effects of pristine polystyrene microplastics(pMPs)without any pretreatment at different concentrations(0,10,20,50,and 100 mg/L)on Phaeodactylum tricornutum Bohlin at two initial algae densities(105 and 106 cells/mL)were assessed in this study.Hormesis-like effects were found when microalgae grew with pMPs.The results showed that pMPs inhibited microalgae growth under a high concentration of microplastics tolerated by individual algal cell(low initial algae density)(up to-80.189.71%)but promoted growth when the situation was opposite(up to 15.273.66%).The contents of photosynthetic pigments including chlorophyll a,chlorophyll c and carotenoids showed resistance to pMPs stress under a low initial algae density and increased with time,but the opposite was true under a high initial algae density.Compared with the low initial algae density group,Qp received less inhibition,and NPQ(heat dissipation)also decreased under the high initial algae density.Under the low initial algae density,OJIP parameters such as Sm,N,Area,Pi Abs,ѱo,φEo,TRo/RC and ETo/RC were more perturbed initially and returned to the levels of the control group(without pMPs)over time,but they remained stable throughout the experiment at high initial algae density.These results show that microplastics in the marine environment may have different toxic effects on P.tricornutum at different growth stages,which is of great significance for understanding the impact of microplastics on marine microalgae and aquatic ecosystems. | Zuyin Chen Lihua Li Lichong Hao Yu Hong Wencai Wang | 2022 | Frontiers of Environmental Science & Engineering2022,16,1: | 0 |

| 16 | Breeding of Yuetang 08776,a New Sugarcane Variety Suitable for Mechanized Production显示文摘[Objectives]To study the breeding of a new sugarcane variety Yuetang 08776 suitable for mechanized production.[Methods]With Yuetang 96-86 as the female parent and Yuetang 99-66 as the male parent,Yuetang 08776 was bred by the Bioengineering Institute of Guangdong Academy of Sciences.It was approved as a non-major crop variety by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in December,2019.Through many years of multi-pilot trials,the characters,traits and disease resistance of Yuetang 08776 were investigated,and the key points of its cultivation technique were summarized.[Results]Yuetang 08776 is characterized by medium maturity,high sugar content,high and stable yield,strong cold and drought resistance,large number of effective stems,strong ratooning ability and lodging resistance.Yuetang 08776 has excellent agronomic traits,and has been identified as moderately resistant to smut and mosaic disease.The average cane yield of Yuetang 08776 was 119.89 t/ha,18.50 t/ha higher than that of CK,an increase of 18.25%.The average sugar yield was 17.15,2.11 t/ha higher than that of CK,an increase of 14.03%.The average sucrose content of Yuetang 08776 in the early period(November to December)was 13.20%,0.71 percentage points lower than that of CK;in the middle and late period(January to March of the following year),the average sucrose content was 15.23%,0.22 percentage points lower than that of CK;and the average sucrose content of the whole period was 14.21%,0.47 percentage points lower than that of CK.[Conclusions]Yuetang 08776 is a sugarcane variety with medium maturity,high sugar,high and stable yield,strong resistance and good ratooning.It is suitable for mechanized seeding,management and harvesting,and suitable for planting and popularizing in most sugarcane production areas of Guangdong,Guangxi and Yunnan. | Fangyin PAN Mingfu WEN Lichong PENG Qiru LIANG Qingwen LUO | 2021 | Asian Agricultural Research2021,13,2: | 0 |
