1The Reference Genome of Tea Plant and Resequencing of 81 Diverse Accessions Provide Insights into Its Genome Evolution and Adaptation显示文摘Tea plant is an important economic crop,which is used to produce the world's oldest and most widely consumed tea beverages.Here,we present a high-quality reference genome assembly of the tea plant(Camellia sinensis var.sinensis)consisting of 15 pseudo-chromosomes.LTR retrotransposons(LTR-RTs)account for 70.38%of the genome,and we present evidence that LTR-RTS play critical roles in genome size expansion and the transcriptional diversification of tea plant genes through preferential insertion in promoter regions and introns.Genes,particularly those coding for terpene biosynthesis pro-teins,associated with tea aroma and stress resistance were significantly amplified through recent tandem duplications and exist as gene clusters in tea plant genome.Phylogenetic analysis of the sequences of 81 tea plant accessions with diverse origins revealed three well-differentiated tea plant populations,support-ing the proposition for the southwest origin of the Chinese cultivated tea plant and its later spread to western Asia through introduction.Domestication and modern breeding left significant signatures on hundreds of genes in the tea plant genome,particularly those associated with tea quality and stress resis-tance.The genomic sequences of the reported reference and resequenced tea plant accessions provide valuable resources for future functional genomics study and molecular breeding of improved cul-tivars of tea plants.Enhua Xia Wei Tong Yan Hou Yanlin An Linbo Chen Qiong Wu Yunlong Liu Jie Yu Fangdong Li Ruopei Li Penghui Li Huijuan Zhao Ruoheng Ge Jin Huang Ali Inayat Mallano Yanrui Zhang Shengrui Liu Weiwei Deng Chuankui Song Zhaoliang Zhang Jian Zhao Shu Wei Zhengzhu Zhang Tao Xia Chaoling Wei Xiaochun Wan 2020Molecular Plant2020,13,7:51
2A Data Assured Deletion Scheme in Cloud Storage显示文摘In order to provide a practicable solution to data confidentiality in cloud storage service,a data assured deletion scheme,which achieves the fine grained access control,hopping and sniffing attacks resistance,data dynamics and deduplication,is proposed.In our scheme,data blocks are encrypted by a two-level encryption approach,in which the control keys are generated from a key derivation tree,encrypted by an All-OrNothing algorithm and then distributed into DHT network after being partitioned by secret sharing.This guarantees that only authorized users can recover the control keys and then decrypt the outsourced data in an ownerspecified data lifetime.Besides confidentiality,data dynamics and deduplication are also achieved separately by adjustment of key derivation tree and convergent encryption.The analysis and experimental results show that our scheme can satisfy its security goal and perform the assured deletion with low cost.LI Chaoling CHEN Yue ZHOU Yanzhou 2014China Communications2014,11,4:7
3Long-term anodal block stimulation at sacral anterior roots promoted recovery of neurogenic bladder function in a rabbit model of complete spinal cord injury显示文摘A complete spinal cord injury model was established in experimental rabbits using the spinal cord clip compression method.Urodynamic examination was performed 2 weeks later to determine neurogenic bladder status.The rabbits were treated with anodal block stimulation at sacral anterior roots for 4 weeks.Electrical stimulation of sacral anterior roots improved urodynamic parameters of neurogenic bladder in rabbit models of complete spinal cord injury,effectively promoted urinary function,and relieved urinary retention.Immunohistochemistry results showed that a balance was achieved among expression of muscarinic receptor subunits M2,M3,ATP-gated ion channel P2X3 receptors,and β2-adrenergic receptor,and nerve growth factor expression decreased.These results suggested that long-term sacral anterior root stimulation of anodal block could be used to treat neurogenic bladder in a rabbit model of complete spinal cord injury.Xiaoran Wang Qi Gao Xiaoyu Yang Weihua Wang Xinquan Gu Guifeng Liu Peng Yan Ge Gao Xin Yu Yongjie Wang Jihu Lian Chaoling Shi Yao Wang Li Fan 2012Neural Regeneration Research2012,7,5:6

5Microstructure of Ba_(0.615)Sr_(0.35)Mg_(0.035)TiO_3 dielectric ceramics via X-ray spectrum analysis显示文摘The compound Ba0.615Sr0.35Mg0.035TiO3 was analyzed by the X-ray dispersed spectroscopy analyzer (SEM-EDAX) with the spec-trum image method, a powerful tool for chemical phase identification. The method was first time applied on a ceramic material to collect spectrum image and was progressed to identify the Mg-enriched component with fine scale pocket shown in matrix. 6Prognostic prediction and expression validation of NSD3 in pan-cancer analyses显示文摘Background:Nuclear receptor binding SET domain protein-3(NSD3)is a histone lysine methyltransferase and a crucial regulator of carcinogenesis in several cancers.We aimed to investigate the prognostic value and potential function of NSD3 in 33 types of human cancer.Methods:The data were obtained from The Cancer Genome Atlas.Kaplan-Meier analysis,CIBERSORT,gene set enrichment analysis,and gene set variation analysis were performed.The expression of NSD3 was measured using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot.Results:The expression of NSD3 was altered in pan-cancer samples.Patients with higher levels of NDS3 generally had shorter overall survival and disease-specific survival.Levels of NSD3 were positively correlated with DNA copy number variation(CNV)in pan-cancer.NSD3 expression was also associated with tumor mutation burden and microsatellite instability.The levels of immune-cell infiltration differed significantly between high and low NSD3 expression.NSD3 negatively correlated with levels of CD8+T cells.Functional enrichment analysis showed that while NSD3 expression was positively associated with several immune cell-related and histone methylation-related pathways,it was negatively correlated with cell metabolism-related,drug transport-related,and drug metabolismrelated pathways.NSD3 levels in the cell lines tested were significantly different.In U251 and NCI-H23 cells,silencing NSD3 inhibited cell proliferation and promoted apoptosis.Conclusions:NSD3 expression was changed in pan-cancer samples that was also verified in cell lines.NSD3 was associated with CNV and immune-cell infiltration.A poor prognosis was predicted in patients with high expression of NSD3.NSD3 might hence be a potential marker for predicting tumor prognosis.SHA LI YAQIONG LIU CHAOLING YAO ANJI XU XIAOLING ZENG YUXIN GE XIAOWU SHENG HAILIN ZHANG XIAO ZHOU YING LONG 2023BIOCELL2023,47,5:0
7Hydrogen absorption-desorption cycle decay mechanism of palladium nanoparticle decorated nitrogen doped graphene显示文摘As a hydrogen storage material,palladium nanoparticle decorated nitrogen doped graphene(Pd/N-r GO)has drawn much attention owing to its high absorption capacity at moderate conditions.However,its hydrogen absorption-desorption cycle performance,which is essential for their practical application,has been rarely studied.In this paper,a simple and convenient high temperature thermal reduction method was used to synthesize nitrogen-doped graphene decorated with Pd nanoparticles(Pd/N-r GO).Taken it as a representative,the hydrogen absorption-desorption cycle performance of Pd/N-r GO was investigated.The results showed that after three cycles the hydrogen storage capacity dropped from 2.9 wt%to 0.8 wt%at 25℃and 4 MPa pressure.It was found that the palladium nanoparticles shed from Pd/N-RGO sheet after cycle performance test,and then agglomerated.These phenomena will weaken the hydrogen spillover effect,leading to the decrease of hydrogen storage capacity.Meanwhile,decreased defects reduce the hydrogen absorption sites,which will thus deteriorate the hydrogen storage capacity.Jiao Li Chaonan Jin Ruijun Qian Chaoling Wu Yao Wang Yigang Yan Yungui Chen 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4:0
