| 1 | 垄作免耕技术对土壤水分和玉米产量的影响(英文)显示文摘该文以 2006 年建立的垄作少免耕定位试验田为研究对象,分析了传统垄作和碎秆全量覆盖垄作少免耕和高留茬垄作少免耕 3 种耕作方式对土壤水分以及作物产量等的影响,以建立适合玉米垄作体系的垄作播种技术。5 a 长期定位试验结果表明,垄作少免耕种植模式能够改善土壤结构,增加土壤蓄水保墒能力,提高土壤水分利用效率;与传统垄作模式相比,碎秆全量覆盖和高留茬覆盖 2 种垄作少免耕模式的作物产量分别增加了 4.1%~10.7%和 1.9%~6.4%,土壤水分利用效率分别提高了 5.4%~10.2%和 4.1%~7.9%,其中碎秆全量覆盖垄作少免耕模式效果最为明显。研究结果可为辽宁省垄作播种模式的开展提供参考。 | 王庆杰 李洪文 何进 李慧 Khokan Kumer Sarker | 2012 | 农业工程学报2012,28,S2: | 13 |
| 2 | Field performance of alternate wetting and drying furrow irrigation on tomato crop growth, yield, water use efficiency, quality and profitability显示文摘Sustainable irrigation method is now essential for adaptation and adoption in the areas where water resources are limited. Therefore, a field experiment was conducted to test the performance of alternate wetting and drying furrow irrigation(AWDFI) on crop growth, yield, water use efficiency(WUE), fruit quality and profitability analysis of tomato. The experiment was laid out in randomized complete block design with six treatments replicated thrice during the dry seasons of 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. Irrigation water was applied through three ways of furrow: AWDFI, fixed wetting and drying furrow irrigation(FWDFI) and traditional(every) furrow irrigation(TFI). Each irrigation method was divided into two levels: irrigation up to 100 and 80% field capacity(FC). Results showed that plant biomass(dry matter) and marketable fruit yield of tomato did not differ significantly between the treatments of AWDFI and TFI, but significant difference was observed in AWDFI and in TFI compared to FWDFI at same irrigation level. AWDFI saved irrigation water by 35 to 38% for the irrigation levels up to 80 and 100% FC, compared to the TFI, respectively. AWDFI improved WUE by around 37 to 40% compared to TFI when irrigated with 100 and 80% FC, respectively. Fruit quality(total soluble solids and pulp) was found greater in AWDFI than in TFI. Net return from AWDFI technique was found nearly similar compared to TFI and more than FWDFI. The benefit cost ratio was viewed higher in AWDFI than in TFI and FWDFI by 2.8, 8.7 and 11, 10.4% when irrigation water was applied up to 100 and 80% FC, respectively. Unit production cost was obtained lower in AWDFI compared to TFI and FWDFI. | 3 | Seed Zone Properties and Crop Performance as Affected by Three No-Till Seeders for Permanent Raised Beds in Arid Northwest China显示文摘The no-till seeders of various soil opener configurations have been shown to produce various soil physical responses in relation to soil and climate conditions, thus affecting crop performance in permanent raised beds (PRB) systems. This is particularly important in arid Northwest China where large volumes of residue are retained on the soil surface after harvest. In Zhangye, Gansu Province, China, a field trial assessed the effects of three typical (powered-chopper, powered-cutter and powered-disc) PRB no-till seeders and one traditional seeder on soil disturbance, residue cover index, bulk density, fuel consumption, plant growth, and subsequent yield. In general, seedbed conditions and crop performance for PRB no- till seeders seeded plots were better than for traditional seeded plots. In PRB cropping system, the powered-chopper seeder decreased mean soil disturbance and increased residue cover index compared to powered-disc and -cutter seeders. However, the results indicated that soil bulk density was 2.3-4.8% higher, soil temperature was 0.2-0.6℃ lower, and spring wheat emergence was 3.2-4.7% less. This was attributed to greater levels of residue cover and firmer seedbeds. Spring maize and wheat performance in the powered-cutter and -disc treatments was better (non-significant) than powered-chopper treatment. So powered disc no-till seeder, which generally provided the best planting condition and the highest yield, appeared to be the suitable seeder in heavy residue cover conditions. Considering the precision requirements for soil disturbance and residue cover, the powered strip-chopping no-till seeder could be a suitable option for PRB cropping system in Northwest China. | 4 | In vitro callus induction and plantlet regeneration of Achyranthes aspera L.,a high value medicinal plant显示文摘Objective:To study callus induction from different explants(internode,leaf,root)and in vitro plantlets propagation from medicinally important plant Achyranthes aspera L.Methods:Sterilized explants were prepared by uning 0.1%HgCl_2 and 0.5%Bavistin and callus was obtained when cultured onto Murashige Skoog's(MS)medium by using different concentrations and combination of 2,4-D.NAA.BAP,IAA,IBA with 3%sucrose and 0.8%agar.Induced callus was immediately transferred to MS medium containing at different concentrations of phytohormones for shootlets and rootlets induction respectively.Results:Sterilization treatment of 0.1%HgCl_2.for 2-3 min and Bavistin 0.5%for 10-12 min showed the highest percentage of asepsis and survival rate.Maximum induction of callus was obtained from a combination of 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5 mg/L NAA from leaf.Highest shootlets number(4.83±0.l7)and length(3.8±0.16)cm were observed on full strength MS medium when fortified with BAP 4.0 mg/L and KIN 0.5 mg/L.Concerted efforts of BAP 10 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L on full strength MS medium showed highest leaf number(6.77±0.94).In vitro raised shoots were allowed to root on different strengths of MS medium fortified with IAA and IBA at different concentrations.Experimentally,3.0 mg/L IBA was enabled to induce maximum rootlets number(10.0±9.82)on full strength MS medium.Afterwards,regenerated shoots with well developed roots were successfully subjected to hardening process and were acclimatized.The survived plantlets showed 66.67%survival frequency without any morphological abnormality.Conclusions:The results demonstrated that different explants were good source of callus induction,morphology analysis as well as indirect plantlets regeneration. | Monokesh Kumer Sen Shamima Nasrin Shahedur Rahman Abu Hena Mostofa Jamal | 2014 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Biomedicine2014,4,1: | 3 |

| 6 | Band tillage with fertilizer application for unpuddled transplanting rice in northeast of China显示文摘Many technological innovations have been developed in agriculture for rice cultivation.Farmers still rely on intensive soil tillage,broadcasting fertilizer,excess irrigation water and labor for rice production.Rice cultivation under unpuddled condition in band-tillage(BT)is a new alternative rice cultivation system in the regions where rainfall,fresh water resources,fertilizers and labors are limited.Therefore,the concept of inter-row BT(T-shaped)with row fertilizer application in soils for unpuddled transplanted rice cultivation(T1)was carried out at Fangzheng,Harbin in the northeast of China.The improved system(T1)was compared with traditional practices(T2)in randomized complete block design with three replications.T2 was done with removal of crop residue,full tillage,broadcasting fertilizer and puddled soils by using the conventional machine.Test results showed that all parameters were satisfied and met the requirements of agronomic performances.The variations of fertilizing stability and evenness were 1.84%and 1.72%,respectively.Soil cone penetration resistance was less in T1 than T2 after tillage.Irrigation water was saved by 26.3%in treatment T1 as compared with T2 for wet land preparation,and wet soil resistance depth had no significant difference.Planting depth was significantly different between the treatments which was affected by intensive tillage and puddling in T2 as compared with T1.Soil temperature was nearly similar,but comparatively 0.23°C(on average)higher than traditional system throughout the crop growing season.Crop growth rate and grain yield increased by 8.5%and 5.3%,respectively in band till with fertilizer placed compared to conventional practices of puddled transplanting.The unit production cost(¥/kg of grain yield)was found lower by 12.3%in treatment T1 than T2.The output-input ratio was marginally greater in treatment T1;1.51)as compared to T2;1.32).Short-term findings suggest that inter-row BT system with row fertilizer application could be used in unpuddled rice farming system instead of traditional puddled rice cultivation. | Khokan Kumer Sarker Xu Chunlin Wang Xiaoyan Li Minjin Li Lianhao Liu Guiming | 2016 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,4: | 2 |
