| 1 | 自血穴位注射对哮喘大鼠炎症和Th_2/Th_1细胞因子的干预作用显示文摘【目的】观察自血穴位注射对哮喘模型大鼠肺组织炎症和Th2/Th1细胞因子的影响。【方法】选用SD大鼠随机分为5组:正常组(8只),模型组、生理盐水(NS)组、自血穴注组(自血组)和地塞米松腹注组(地米组)(各10只)。后4组采用腹腔注射鸡卵清蛋白(OVA)加氢氧化铝混合溶液每周1次致敏,2周后每天采用OVA超声雾化激发哮喘,自血组穴注自体血(0.4 mL/穴),肺俞穴和肾俞穴轮流取穴,隔天1次,共6次;NS组和地米组疗程同自血组。取左肺组织进行病理检查;采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定外周血白细胞介素4、5(IL-4、IL-5)(Th2)和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)(Th1)含量。【结果】模型组肺部炎症细胞浸润明显,IL-4、IL-5、IFN-γ含量均显著增高,IL-4/IFN-γ比值(4/I)和IL-5/IFN-γ比值(5/I)显著增高,与正常组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。自血组肺部炎症细胞浸润有所改善,可显著降低IL-4、IL-5含量及4/I和5/I比值,与模型组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。【结论】自血穴位注射治疗哮喘的作用机理与其能减轻肺组织炎症浸润,调节Th2/Th1失衡有关。 | 李俊雄 莫律 唐纯志 郭泽楷 Julia Kravitz 王波 杨东新 苏海浩 | 2012 | 广州中医药大学学报2012，29，5： | 6 |
