| 1 | Hepatocellular adenoma: An update显示文摘Hepatocellular adenomas(HCA) are rare benign liver tumors.Recent technological advancements have helped in the early identification of such lesions.However,precise diagnosis of hepatocellular incidentalomas remains challenging.Studies at the molecular level have provided new insights into the genetics and pathophysiology of these lesions.These in turn have raised questions over their existing management modalities.However,the rarity of the tumor still restricts the quality of evidence available for current recommendations and guidelines.This article provides a comprehensive review on the etiology,molecular biology,pathophysiology,clinical manifestations,and complications associated with HCA.It also elaborates on the genetic advancements,existing diagnostic tools and current guidelines for management for such lesions. | Adarsh Vijay Ahmed Elaffandi Hatem Khalaf | 2015 | World Journal of Hepatology2015，7，25： | 12 |
| 2 | Endoscopic management of difficult common bile duct stones:Where are we now?A comprehensive review显示文摘Endoscopic management for difficult common bile duct(CBD)stones still presents a challenge for several reasons,including anatomic anomalies,patients’individual conditions and stone features.In recent years,variable methods have emerged that have attributed to higher stone removal success rates,reduced cost and lower adverse events.In this review,we outline a stepwise approach in CBD stone management.As first line therapy,endoscopic sphincterotomy and large balloon dilation are recommended,due to a 30%-50%reduction of the use of mechanical lithotripsy.On the other hand,cholangioscopy-assisted lithotripsy has been increasingly reported as an effective and safe alternative technique to mechanical lithotripsy but remains to be reserved in special settings due to limited large-scale evidence.As discussed,findings suggest that management needs to be tailored to the patient’s characteristics and anatomical conditions.Furthermore,we evaluate the management of CBD stones in various surgical altered anatomy(Billroth II,Roux-en-Y and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass).Moreover,we could conclude that cholangioscopy-assisted lithotripsy needs to be evaluated for primary use,rather than following a failed management option.In addition,we discuss the importance of dissecting other techniques,such as the primary use of interventional endoscopic ultrasound for the management of CBD stones when other techniques have failed.In conclusion,we recognize that endoscopic sphincterotomy and large balloon dilation,mechanical lithotripsy and intraductal lithotripsy substantiate an indication to the management of difficult CBD stones,but emerging techniques are in rapid evolution with encouraging results. | Alberto Tringali Deborah Costa Alessandro Fugazza Matteo Colombo Kareem Khalaf Alessandro Repici Andrea Anderloni | 2021 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2021，27，44： | 8 |
| 3 | Deep Learning Based Intelligent Industrial Fault Diagnosis Model显示文摘In the present industrial revolution era,the industrial mechanical system becomes incessantly highly intelligent and composite.So,it is necessary to develop data-driven and monitoring approaches for achieving quick,trustable,and high-quality analysis in an automated way.Fault diagnosis is an essential process to verify the safety and reliability operations of rotating machinery.The advent of deep learning(DL)methods employed to diagnose faults in rotating machinery by extracting a set of feature vectors from the vibration signals.This paper presents an Intelligent Industrial Fault Diagnosis using Sailfish Optimized Inception with Residual Network(IIFD-SOIR)Model.The proposed model operates on three major processes namely signal representation,feature extraction,and classification.The proposed model uses a Continuous Wavelet Transform(CWT)is for preprocessed representation of the original vibration signal.In addition,Inception with ResNet v2 based feature extraction model is applied to generate high-level features.Besides,the parameter tuning of Inception with the ResNet v2 model is carried out using a sailfish optimizer.Finally,a multilayer perceptron(MLP)is applied as a classification technique to diagnose the faults proficiently.Extensive experimentation takes place to ensure the outcome of the presented model on the gearbox dataset and a motor bearing dataset.The experimental outcome indicated that the IIFD-SOIR model has reached a higher average accuracy of 99.6%and 99.64%on the applied gearbox dataset and bearing dataset.The simulation outcome ensured that the proposed model has attained maximum performance over the compared methods. | R.Surendran Osamah Ibrahim Khalaf Carlos Andres Tavera Romero | 2022 | Computers, Materials & Continua2022，，3： | 5 |
