1A new type of dehydration unit of natural gas and its design considerations显示文摘A new type of dehydration unit for natural gas is described and its basic structure and working principles are presented.The key factors affecting the performance and dehydration efficiency of the unit such as nucleation rate, droplet growth rate, the strength of the swirl, and the position at which the shock wave occurs are discussed. And accordingly the design considerations of each component of the unit are provided. 2Basic fibroblast growth factor protects against influenza A virus-induced acute lung injury by recruiting neutrophils显示文摘Influenza virus (IAV)infection is a major cause of severe respiratory illness that affects almost every country in the world.IAV infections result in respiratory illness and even acute lung injury and death,but the underlying mechanisms responsible for IAV pathogenesis have not yet been fully elucidated.In this study,the basic fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2)level was markedly increased in H1N1 virus-infected humans and mice.FGF2,which is predominately derived from epithelial cells,recruits and activates neutrophils via the FGFR2-PI3K-AKT-NFKB signaling pathway.FGF2 depletion or knockout exacerbated influenzaassociated disease by impairing neutrophil recruitment and activation.More importantly,administration of the recombinant FGF2 protein significantly aUeviated the severity of IAV-induced lung injury and promoted the survival of IAV-infected mice.Based on the results from experiments in which neutrophils were depleted and adoptively transferred,FGF2 protected mice against IAV , infection by recruiting neutrophils.Thus,FGF2 plays a critical role in preventing IAV-induced lung injury,and FGF2 is a promising potential therapeutic target during IAV infection.Keyu Wang Chengcai Lai Tieling Li Cheng Wang Wei Wang Bing Ni Changqing Bai Shaogeng Zhang Lina Han Hongjing Gu Zhongpeng Zhao Yueqiang Duan Xiaolan Yang Li Xing Lingna Zhao Shanshan Zhou Min Xia Chengyu Jiang Xiliang Wang Penghui Yang 2018Journal of Molecular Cell Biology2018,10,6:3
3Migration,filling history and geochemical characteristics of Ordovician natural gases in the Tahe Oilfield,Tarim Basin,Northwest China显示文摘Ordovician natural gases in the Tahe Oilfield are composed predominantly of hydrocarbon gases dominated by methane with a significant amount of heavy hydrocarbon gas component. The non-hydrocarbon gases include N2, CO2 and minor H2S. The Ordovician natural gases are believed to have originated from the same source rocks, and are composite of gases differing in thermal maturity. Carbon dioxide was derived from thermal metamorphism of Ordovician carbonate rocks. The generation of natural gases involves multiple stages from mature normal oil and condensate-associated gas to thermally cracked gas at the maturity to over-maturity stages. In the main part of the Tahe Oilfield, the Ordovician natural gases appear to be filled in two major phases with a typical petroleum-associated gas from southeast to northwest and from east to west in the early stage; and a thermally cracked gas from east to west in the late stage. 5A multifunctional electrolyte with highly-coordinated solvation structure-in-nonsolvent for rechargeable lithium batteries显示文摘Rechargeable lithium-based battery is hailed as next-generation high-energy-density battery systems.However, growth of lithium dendrites, shuttle effect of lithium polysulfides intermediates and unstable interphase of high-voltage intercalation-type cathodes largely prevent their practical deployment.Herein, to fully conquer the three challenges via one strategy, a novel electrolyte with highlycoordinated solvation structure-in-nonsolvent is designed. On account of the particular electrolyte structure, the shuttle effect is completely suppressed by quasi-solid conversion of S species in Li-S batteries,with a stable cycle performance even at lean electrolyte(5μL mg^(-1)). Simultaneously, in-situ-formed highly-fluorinated interphases can not only lower Li+diffusion barrier to ensure uniform nucleation of Li but also improve stability of NCM cathodes, which enable excellent capacity retention of Lik LiNi(0.5)Co(0.2)Mn(0.3)O2 batteries under conditions toward practical applications(high loading of 2.7 m Ah cm^(-2) and lean electrolyte of 5 m L Ah^(-1)). Besides, the electrolyte is also nonflammable. 8Regulating electrodeposition behavior through enhanced mass transfer for stable lithium metal anodes显示文摘Electrode process kinetics is a key part that determines the morphology of metal electrodeposition.However,the liquid-phase mass transfer process and its effect on lithium(Li)metal electrodeposition are still poorly understood.Herein,the effect of mass transfer on the electrodeposition behavior of Li metal is explored.Experiments and COMSOL Multiphysics simulations reveal that the enhanced mass transfer,which is induced by ultrasonic wave,can homogenize the ion flow on the surface of electrode to obtain uniform Li nucleation.Meanwhile,the rapid mass transfer of Li^(+)provides sufficient cations around the germinated Li to avoid preferential growth of Li in a specific direction.Based on the simultaneous regulation of nucleation and growth behavior,a smooth and compact Li deposits can be achieved,which exhibit a small polarization voltage during repeated Li plating/striping and a considerably enhanced cyclability.This work enriches the fundamental understanding of Li electrodeposition without dendrite structure and affords fresh guidance to develop dendrite-free metal anodes for metal-based batteries.Yuliang Gao Fahong Qiao Jingyuan You Chao Shen Hui Zhao Jinlei Gu Zengying Ren Keyu Xie Bingqing Wei 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,4:0
