| 1 | Development and performance evaluation of an innovative low-cost seismic isolator显示文摘This paper proposes an innovative low-cost isolator with lightweight and cost-effective features for use in low-rise residential buildings.The low-cost laminated isolator is formed by plastic shims with unsaturated polyester fiber reinforcement between rubber layers.Performance tests are systematically carried out to characterize the isolator in terms of mechanic behavior(e.g.,compression,shear,and their relationship),dynamic properties(e.g.,damping),and ultimate states.A design guideline and associated criteria of the low-cost isolator are also provided and discussed in this study.To investigate more detailed behavior,a finite element model of the isolator is developed in ABAQUS and calibrated by the experimental data.The research presented in this paper makes significant contributions to the evaluation of the peak stress and strain demands on isolator’s components and provides technical support for the design and manufacturing of this new type of isolator. | TAN Ping XU Kai WANG Bin CHANG ChiaMing LIU Han ZHOU FuLin | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,10: | 5 |
| 2 | 经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗中5F与6F导引导管的对比研究显示文摘目的比较5French(5F)及6French(6F)导引导管在经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗(TRI)患者中的安全性及有效性。方法共纳入2009年2月至2010年3月患者,收集相关资料录入数据库,包括患者基线临床资料、导引导管的尺寸、靶血管、靶病变的特点、手术的成功率、手术失败原因、经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗手术的成功率及失败原因、患者住院期间主要不良心血管事件率及术后桡动脉闭塞率。结果连续纳入患者共185例,接受195次经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗术,平均年龄(57±11)岁(33~81岁);其中54例患者纳入6F导引导管组,共进行56次手术,治疗89处病变;138例患者纳入5F导引导管组,共行146次手术,治疗231处病变。AHA B2/C型病变比例在两组间差异无统计学意义(5F组43.7%/29.0%比6F组46.1%/34.6%,P>0.05),但慢性闭塞性病变、分叉病变、钙化病变5F组显著少于6F组(5.6%比14.6%,P=0.005;23.4%比37.1%,P=0.012;9.5%比47.2%,P<0.001);组间的手术时间[(45±21)min比(46±19)min)]、手术X线曝光时间[(15±12)min比(16±13)min]、使用造影剂量[(140±45)ml比(156±56)ml]差异均无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),但是5F组造影剂用量有减少的趋势(P=0.066);组间住院时间[(1.40±1.26)d比(1.29±0.69)d]和手术成功率(95.2%比94.6%)也差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);5F组1例患者术后桡动脉闭塞,6F组无患者术后桡动脉闭塞(P=1.0),5F组1例发生卒中。结论经桡动脉冠状动脉介入治疗,即使是复杂及高危冠脉病变,5F导引导管有效、安全,手术成功率不低于常规使用的6F导引导管;换用5F导引导管进行冠状动脉介入治疗是一种有吸引力的选择。 | 刘兵 Paul TL Chiam Victor YT Lim | 2011 | 中国心血管杂志2011,16,3: | 5 |

| 4 | Szabo技术在口部病变经皮冠状动脉介入治疗中应用的安全性和可行性(英文)显示文摘背景和目的:冠状动脉口部病变的经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗手术操作难度大,易有并发症,既要支架准确植入口部病变,又要边支不受压。本研究探讨解决这一难题的Szabo技术的成功率、安全性和可行性。方法:Szabo技术是利用边支导丝(抛锚导丝)穿过支架最靠近边支的支架网眼,防止支架前进时停止在口部病变外,保证主支导丝穿过支架腔。作者回顾性分析利用Szabo技术治疗39例病人冠状动脉口部病变的结果。手术操作成功定义:支架没有脱落,边支导丝没有退出。造影成功定义:支架准确植入到口部,而边支没有受压。血管内超声定义成功:支架准确植入到口部,近段没有突出,支架完全覆盖病变。39例病人中,男性28例,女性11例,年龄43~79,平均(65±12)岁。6F和7F指引导管分别用于35例(89.7%)和4(10.3%)例病人。经桡动脉途径31(79.5%)例和经股动脉途径8(20.5%)例。病变相关血管:前降支(LAD)26(66.7%)例,右冠(RCA)5(12.8%)例,旋支及钝缘支(LCX-OM)3(7.7%)例,后降支(PDA)5(12.8%)例。支架植入后30(76.9%)例病变相关血管和9(23.1%)例边支血管经过了血管内超声(IVUS)检查。结果:手术操作成功:36例(92.3%),这36例造影均成功(100%)。IVUS检测:支架准确植入口部者96.7%(29例/30例),支架近段轻度凸出的只有1例(3.3%)。没有发生严重并发症。结论:结果说明Szabo技术用于冠状动脉口部病变PCI成功率很高,是安全和可行的,值得推广。 | 杨胜利 刘惠亮 Aaron Wong Jack Tan 刘英 张蛟 LIM Soo Teik Paul Chiam Stanley Chia Koh Tian Hai Philip Wong | 2011 | 心血管康复医学杂志2011,20,1: | 3 |

| 6 | Prediction of rockhead using a hybrid N-XGBoost machine learning framework显示文摘The spatial information of rockhead is crucial for the design and construction of tunneling or underground excavation.Although the conventional site investigation methods(i.e.borehole drilling) could provide local engineering geological information,the accurate prediction of the rockhead position with limited borehole data is still challenging due to its spatial variation and great uncertainties involved.With the development of computer science,machine learning(ML) has been proved to be a promising way to avoid subjective judgments by human beings and to establish complex relationships with mega data automatically.However,few studies have been reported on the adoption of ML models for the prediction of the rockhead position.In this paper,we proposed a robust probabilistic ML model for predicting the rockhead distribution using the spatial geographic information.The framework of the natural gradient boosting(NGBoost) algorithm combined with the extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost)is used as the basic learner.The XGBoost model was also compared with some other ML models such as the gradient boosting regression tree(GBRT),the light gradient boosting machine(LightGBM),the multivariate linear regression(MLR),the artificial neural network(ANN),and the support vector machine(SVM).The results demonstrate that the XGBoost algorithm,the core algorithm of the probabilistic NXGBoost model,outperformed the other conventional ML models with a coefficient of determination(R2)of 0.89 and a root mean squared error(RMSE) of 5.8 m for the prediction of rockhead position based on limited borehole data.The probabilistic N-XGBoost model not only achieved a higher prediction accuracy,but also provided a predictive estimation of the uncertainty.Thus,the proposed N-XGBoost probabilistic model has the potential to be used as a reliable and effective ML algorithm for the prediction of rockhead position in rock and geotechnical engineering. | Xing Zhu Jian Chu Kangda Wang Shifan Wu Wei Yan Kiefer Chiam | 2021 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2021,13,6: | 3 |
