12Phase-pure two-dimensional Fe_(X)GeTe_(2) magnets with near-room-temperature Tc显示文摘Two-dimensional(2D)ferromagnets with out-of-plane(OOP)magnetic anisotropy are potential candidates for realizing the next-generation memory devices with ultra-low power consumption and high storage density.However,a scalable approach to synthesize 2D magnets with OOP anisotropy directly on the complimentary metal-oxide semiconductor(CMOS)compatible substrates has not yet been mainly explored,which hinders the practical application of 2D magnets.This work demonstrates a cascaded space confined chemical vapor deposition(CS-CVD)technique to synthesize 2D FexGeTe_(2) ferromagnets.The weight fraction of iron(Fe)in the precursor controls the phase purity of the as-grown FexGeTe2.As a result,high-quality Fe_(3)GeTe_(2) and Fe_(5)GeTe_(2) flakes have been grown selectively using the CS-CVD technique.Curie temperature(Tc)of the as-grown FexGeTe2 can be up to-280 K,nearly room temperature.The thickness and temperature-dependent magnetic studies on the Fe_(5)GeTe_(2) reveal a 2D Ising to 3D XY behavior.Also,Terahertz spectroscopy experiments on Fe_(5)GeTe_(2) display the highest conductivity among other FexGeTe_(2) 2D magnets.The results of this work indicate a scalable pathway for the direct growth and integration of 2D ternary magnets on CMOS-based substrates to develop spintronic memory devices.Govindan Kutty Rajendran Nair Zhaowei Zhang Fuchen Hou§ Ali Abdelaziem Xiaodong Xu Steve Wu Qing Yang Nan Zhang Weiqi Li Chao Zhu Yao Wu Heng Weiling Lixing Kang Teddy Salim Jiadong Zhou Lin Ke Junhao Lin Xingji Li Weibo Gao Zheng Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,1:0
13Identification and Analysis of Components of Glucosinolates in Succulent Roots and Leaves of Fruity Radish (Raphanus sativas L.)显示文摘The components of glucosinolates( GSL) in the succulent roots and leaves of three kinds of fruity radish( Xinlimei,Super Zhengyan,and Shawo) were identified and analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). Results showed that there were nine kinds of glucosinolates in the succulent roots and leaves of three kinds of fruity radish,including six kinds of aliphatic glucosinolates( 4-methyl sulfinyl-3-butenyl glucosinolates,2-allyl glucosinolates,4-methyl sulfinyl butyl glucosinolates,5-methyl sulfinyl amyl glucosinolates,4-methyl n-butyl glucosinolates,4-methyl thio-3-butenyl glucosinolates) and three kinds of indole glucosinolates( 4-methoxy methyl indole glucosinolates,3-methyl indole glucosinolates,1-methoxy methyl indole glucosinolates),but there were significant differences in the content of glucosinolates between different varieties and organs. The total content of glucosinolates in succulent roots of three kinds of fruity radish was22 472. 84,13 585. 86,and 28 200. 70 μg/g DM respectively,and more than 95% were aliphatic glucosinolates. The content of glucosinolates in succulent roots was 4. 56,2. 71,and 4. 55 times of that in leaves of three kinds of fruity radish. 14New insights into the correlations between circulating tumor cells and target organ metastasis显示文摘Organ-specific metastasis is the primary cause of cancer patient death.The distant metastasis of tumor cells to specific organs depends on both the intrinsic characteristics of the tumor cells and extrinsic factors in their microenvironment.During an intermediate stage of metastasis,circulating tumor cells(CTCs)are released into the bloodstream from primary and metastatic tumors.CTCs harboring aggressive or metastatic features can extravasate to remote sites for continuous colonizing growth,leading to further lesions.In the past decade,numerous studies demonstrated that CTCs exhibited huge clinical value including predicting distant metastasis,assessing prognosis and monitoring treatment response et al.Furthermore,increasingly numerous experiments are dedicated to identifying the key molecules on or inside CTCs and exploring how they mediate CTC-related organ-specific metastasis.Based on the above molecules,more and more inhibitors are being developed to target CTCs and being utilized to completely clean CTCs,which should provide promising prospects to administer advanced tumor.Recently,the application of various nanomaterials and microfluidic technologies in CTCs enrichment technology has assisted to improve our deep insights into the phenotypic characteristics and biological functions of CTCs as a potential therapy target,which may pave the way for us to make practical clinical strategies.In the present review,we mainly focus on the role of CTCs being involved in targeted organ metastasis,especially the latest molecular mechanism research and clinical intervention strategies related to CTCs.Qinru Zhan Bixia Liu Xiaohua Situ Yuting Luo Tongze Fu Yanxia Wang Zhongpeng Xie Lijuan Ren Ying Zhu Weiling He Zunfu Ke 2024Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2024,9,1:0
