7柚苷配基对慢性压迫性损伤引起的大鼠触摸痛及痛觉过敏的影响(英文)显示文摘目的:研究柚苷配基对慢性压迫性神经损伤模型的镇痛效果。方法:经慢性压迫性损伤建立神经性疼痛大鼠模型后,分别给予模型大鼠25和50mg/kg的柚苷配基以及10mg/kg的普加巴林。在第0、3、5、7、14和21天采用Hargreaves方法评估大鼠的行为变化,针刺实验测试触觉性机械痛觉过敏和经冷水诱发的异常性疼痛,最后测定氧化应激反应参数。结果:柚苷配基能缓解经慢性压迫性损伤诱发的神经性疼痛,减轻脂质过氧化反应,降低一氧化氮水平,恢复还原型谷胱甘肽含量。结论:柚苷配基能缓解坐骨神经损伤引起的疼痛。Shyam Kaulaskar Pravinkumar Bhutada Anand Rahigude Dilpesh Jain Uday Harle 2012中西医结合学报2012,10,12:1
