| 1 | Simplified unscented particle filter for nonlinear/non-Gaussian Bayesian estimation显示文摘Particle filters have been widely used in nonlinear/nonGaussian Bayesian state estimation problems.However,efficient distribution of the limited number of particles in state space remains a critical issue in designing a particle filter.A simplified unscented particle filter(SUPF) is presented,where particles are drawn partly from the transition prior density(TPD) and partly from the Gaussian approximate posterior density(GAPD) obtained by a unscented Kalman filter.The ratio of the number of particles drawn from TPD to the number of particles drawn from GAPD is adaptively determined by the maximum likelihood ratio(MLR).The MLR is defined to measure how well the particles,drawn from the TPD,match the likelihood model.It is shown that the particle set generated by this sampling strategy is more close to the significant region in state space and tends to yield more accurate results.Simulation results demonstrate that the versatility and estimation accuracy of SUPF exceed that of standard particle filter,extended Kalman particle filter and unscented particle filter. | Junyi Zuo Yingna Jia Quanxue Gao | 2013 | Journal of Systems Engineering and Electronics2013,24,3: | 6 |
| 2 | Generalized cubature quadrature Kalman filters:derivations and extensions显示文摘A new Gaussian approximation nonlinear filter called generalized cubature quadrature Kalman filter(GCQKF) is introduced for nonlinear dynamic systems. Based on standard GCQKF,two extensions are developed, namely square root generalized cubature quadrature Kalman filter(SR-GCQKF) and iterated generalized cubature quadrature Kalman filter(I-GCQKF). In SR-GCQKF,the QR decomposition is exploited to alter the Cholesky decomposition and both predicted and filtered error covariances have been propagated in square root format to make sure the numerical stability. In I-GCQKF, the measurement update step is executed iteratively to make full use of the latest measurement and a new terminal criterion is adopted to guarantee the increase of likelihood. | 3 | Particle filter for nonlinear systems with multi-sensor asynchronous random delays显示文摘This paper is concerned with the recursive filtering problem for a class of discrete-time nonlinear stochastic systems in the presence of multi-sensor measurement delay. The delay occurs in a multi-step and asynchronous manner, and the delay probability of each sensor is assumed to be known or unknown. Firstly, a new model is constructed to describe the measurement process, based on which a new particle filter is developed with the ability to fuse multi-sensor information in the case of known delay probability.In addition, an online delay probability estimation module is introduced in the particle filtering framework, which leads to another new filter that can be implemented without the prior knowledge of delay probability. More importantly, since there is no complex iterative operation, the resulting filter can be implemented recursively and is suitable for many real-time applications. | 5 | Inhibition of H_(2)O_(2)-induced TM3 cell apoptosis by oxidative stress by lentinan functionalized selenium nanoparticles through JAK2/STAT-3 and P53 pathways显示文摘Background:Nano-selenium has been widely used in antiviral and anticancer therapy,and has the advantages of good targeting and low toxicity.For the first time,we combined male reproduction with nano-selenium to investigate its antioxidant effect.This study investigated the protective effect of lentinan functionalized selenium nanoparticles on oxidative stress injury of the hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))-induced Leydig cell line,TM3.Methods:The suitable concentration of nano-selenium treatment to promote cell proliferation was also discussed.The concentration of 4μM could significantly promote the growth of TM3 cells.Oxidative stress damage was caused using an 800μM concentration of hydrogen peroxide.The cells were divided into four groups:normal control group,oxidative stress treatment group,H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT group,and SeNPs@LNT group.The H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT group was pretreated with 4μM of SeNPs@LNT for 12 h,followed by 800μM of H_(2)O_(2)for 8 h.Results:Nano-selenium could significantly promote the proliferation and viability of TM3 cells.SeNPs@LNT treatment increased the level of mitochondrial membrane potential in normal cells and slowed down the decline in mitochondrial membrane potential level caused by oxidative stress injury.In addition,the increase in reactive oxygen species caused by oxidative stress was inhibited by SeNPs@LNT treatment.The apoptosis of TM3 cells was detected,and SeNPs@LNT alleviated the necrosis and apoptosis of TM3 cells induced by H_(2)O_(2).Nano-selenium plays a protective role against oxidative H_(2)O_(2)-induced stress injury in TM3 cells through the changes in the Janus kinase 2/signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 signaling pathway and P53 pathway,and the expression levels of other related proteins,protein kinase B(AKT)and C3.Conclusion:SeNPs@LNT exhibited good biological activity and antioxidant effect and can thus be used to protect the male reproductive system from oxidative stress. | MIAOMIAO LI ZILIN ZHENG JUNYI KE JIEYI LUO FAN JIANG YANXIA QU BING ZHU YINGHUA LI LIANDONG ZUO | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,6: | 0 |
| 6 | Inhibition of H_(2)O_(2)-induced apoptosis of GC2-spg cells by functionalized selenium nanoparticles with lentinan through ROSmediated ERK/p53 signaling pathways显示文摘AH_(2)O_(2)-induced oxidative stress injury cell model was established to investigate the antioxidant effect of nanoselenium on mouse spermatocyte lines and the regulation mechanism of the expression level and activity of seleniumcontaining antioxidant enzymes induced by oxidative stress.A safe and effective nano-drug system of functionalized selenium-containing nanoparticles(SeNPs)was developed with lentinan(LNT)(SeNPs@LNT).Mice spermatocyte line GC2-spg cells were treated with SeNPs@LNT(1,2,4,8,16,32μM)for 24-72 h to evaluate the cytotoxicity of selenium.GC2-spg cells were randomly divided into the following groups:control,hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),SeNPs@LNT,and H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT groups.H_(2)O_(2)+SeNPs@LNT group was pretreated with SeNPs@LNT 4μM for 12 h,followed by H_(2)O_(2)600μM for 8 h.The cell viability decreased in the H_(2)O_(2) group and increased significantly in the SeNPs@LNT group.Compared with the H_(2)O_(2) group,the SeNPs@LNT+H_(2)O_(2) group exhibited obvious red fluorescence,indicating a higher level of mitochondrial membrane potential.The content of intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)in the SeNPs@LNT group reduced significantly,and the intensity of green fluorescence in the SeNPs@LNT+H_(2)O_(2) group decreased significantly compared with the H_(2)O_(2) group,indicating the inhibitory effect of SeNPs@LNT on the generation of ROS-induced oxidative stress.The activity of GPx and SOD increased significantly in the SeNPs@LNT group.The expression of p53 decreased significantly under the intervention of nano-selenium,and GPx1 expression increased.In the oxidative stress group,the expressions of DNA damage-related proteins and apoptosis-related proteins were higher than those in other groups.Thus,SeNPs@LNT can promote GC2-spg cell proliferation,improve GPx and SOD activities,remove intracellular ROS,and reduce mitochondrial damage and functional abnormalities caused by oxidative stress by regulating the ERK and p53 protein levels.SeNPs@LNT has good biological activity and antioxidant effect,which can be used to protect the male reproductive system from oxidative stress. | MIAOMIAO LI DANYANG CHEN JUNYI KE RUILIN ZHENG JINGYAO SU ZILIN ZHENG JIEYI LUO HANRAN MAI FAN JIANG YANXIA QU XIAOQIONG GU BING ZHU YINGHUA LI LIANDONG ZUO | 2023 | BIOCELL2023,47,2: | 0 |

| 8 | Rocky desertification poverty in Southwest China:Progress,challenges and enlightenment to rural revitalization显示文摘Rocky desertification poverty(RDP)refers to rural poverty triggered or exacerbated by rocky desertification,which deprives farmers of opportunities for improving their financial conditions through agricultural production.As China implements strategies including building a moderately prosperous society,targeted poverty alleviation,and rural revitalization,issues concerning RDP have become the work foci for the Chinese government and research hotspots for Chinese academic circles.This paper provides a thorough review of the history,progress,challenges and prospects based on decades of RDP studies in Southwest China.First,we review the origin,definitions and historical development trends of RDP.Over nearly four decades,research on RDP can be framed as four stages:start-up,poverty alleviation and ecological reconstruction,rocky desertification comprehensive control and green development.We find that RDP research progress appears to be directly related to the Chinese government’s policy support and decision-making in mitigating RDP.Second,previous findings are reviewed and summarised regarding four research aspects:relationship exploration between rocky desertification and rural poverty,mechanisms of rocky desertification for exacerbating poverty,strategies for eliminating RDP and anti-poverty benefit evaluations of rocky desertification control efforts.Third,the remaining challenges are identified and summarised,including the challenges of conducting theoretical research on RDP and consolidating achievements in eliminating RDP.We find that while many achievements have been made in the study of RDP in recent decades,the completeness and systematism of the theoretical system remain weak,and the guidance for empirical research is still insufficient.Finally,this research is fundamental in achieving rural revitalization in rocky desertification areas.The key to eliminating RDP lies in scientific rural transformation development.Given that the karst ecological environment in the subtropical zone is fragile,these regions should build a new rural regional economic system,abandon extensive and predatory development that sacrifices the environment and resources,and promote the transition from backwards development modes to high-quality and sustainable development.This paper will contribute to the current understanding of the issues of RDP,provide theoretical support for the realization of rural revitalization in rocky desertification areas and provide other countries with China’s experience in poverty alleviation. | ZUO Taian ZHANG Fengtai ZHANG Junyi GAO Lei YU Shijie | 2022 | Journal of Geographical Sciences2022,32,7: | 0 |
