1Brain-derived neurotrophic factor induces neuron-like cellular differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells derived from human umbilical cord blood cells in vitro显示文摘Human umbilical cord blood was collected from full-term deliveries scheduled for cesarean section.Mononuclear cells were isolated,amplified and induced as mesenchymal stem cells.Isolated mesenchymal stem cells tested positive for the marker CD29,CD44 and CD105 and negative for typical hematopoietic and endothelial markers.Following treatment with neural induction medium containing brain-derived neurotrophic factor for 7 days,the adherent cells exhibited neuron-like cellular morphology.Immunohistochemical staining and reverse transcription-PCR revealed that the induced mesenchymal stem cells expressed the markers for neuron-specific enolase and neurofilament.The results demonstrated that human umbilical cord blood-derived mesenchymal stem cells can differentiate into neuron-like cells induced by brain-derived neurotrophic factor in vitro.Lei Chen Zhongguo Zhang Bing Chen Xiaozhi Liu Zhenlin Liu Hongliang Liu Gang Li Zhiguo Su Junfei Wang Guozhen Hui 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,13:8
2Constitutive Modeling and Hot Deformation Behavior of Duplex Structured Mg–Li–Al–Sr Alloy显示文摘Hot deformation behavior of an as-extruded duplex structured Mg–9Li–3Al–2.5Sr alloy is investigated via hot compression tests conducted at 200–350 °C with strain rate of 0.001–1 s-1.The flow behavior of Mg–9Li–3Al–2.5Sr alloy can be described accurately by hyperbolic sine constitutive equation and the average activation energy for deformation is calculated as 143.5 k J/mol.Based on a dynamic materials model,the processing maps of Mg–9Li–3Al–2.5Sr alloy which describe the variation of power dissipation efficiency are constructed as a function of temperature and strain rate.The processing maps exhibit an area of discontinuous dynamic recrystallization occurring at 280–300 °C with strain rate of 0.001–0.01 s-1,which corresponds to the optimum hot working conditions.Yan hang Xiaodong Peng Fengjuan Ren Haiming Wen Junfei Su Weidong xie 2016Journal of Materials Science & Technology2016,32,12:6
3Microstructure evolution of a hypereutectic Nb–Ti–Si–Cr–Al–Hf alloy processed by directional solidification显示文摘In this work, the Nb–14Si–24Ti–10Cr–2Al–2Hf–0.1Y alloy(at.%) was processed by the liquid–metal-cooled directional solidification(DS) at 1750 C with withdrawal rates of 1.2, 6,18 mm/min and post heat treatment(HT) at 1450 C for 10 h. The microstructures of the directionally solidified and heat treated samples were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of directionally solidified alloy mainly consists of petaloid Nbss+ Nb5Si3eutectics and Ti-rich Nbss+ Nb5Si3+ Cr2Nb eutectics. With the increase of withdrawal rate, the primary Nb5Si3is eliminated, Nbss+ Nb5Si3eutectic cells turn round and connected with the microstructure refinement and Nbss+ Nb5Si3+ Cr2Nb eutectics turn to a river-like morphology. After heat treatment,Nbss+ Nb5Si3+ Cr2Nb eutectics disappeared and petaloid Nbss+ Nb5Si3eutectics turn to a specific fiber-mesh structure gradually, which is promoted by higher withdrawal rates. 4Mass production of highly fluorescent full color carbon dots from the petroleum coke显示文摘Heavy oil is treated as an undesirable raw material in traditional refining markets because of its low yield.However,its rich natural aromatic structure and heteroatomic compounds make it possible to be a precursor to large-scale production of carbon materials.Using heavy oil and three SDA products as precursors,we synthesized highly fluorescent multi-color carbon dots(CDs)by hydrothermal method,which can precisely control the photoluminescence wavelength in the range of 350-650 nm.The synthesized carbon dots have the advantages of good long-term stability and stability under extreme pH conditions and low price.Importantly,the carbon dots synthesized with asphalt as the precursor have the highest fluorescence quantum yield.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)is used to elucidate the effects of different precursor on emission color change and photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY),thus providing a controlled tuning of the system for the functionalization of CDs.And we further used the CDs in macrophage labeling.This pathway gives a reliable and repeatable industry possibility and may boost the applications of CDs into reality.Junfei Ma Linzhou Zhang Xiu Chen Rigu Su Quan Shi Suoqi Zhao Quan Xu Chunming Xu 2021Chinese Chemical Letters2021,32,4:0
