| 1 | 微创McKeown食管癌根治术与Ivor-Lewis手术治疗食管癌的近期疗效对比显示文摘目的:总结74例微创Mc Keown食管癌根治术(minimally invasive Mc Keown esophagectomy,MIE-Mc Keown)经验及体会,并与经典Ivor-Lewis食管癌手术(Ivor-Lewis esophagectomy,ILE)比较,探讨二者手术的近期疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年11月至2016年7月期间在中南大学湘雅医院胸外科接受MIE-Mc Keown的74例患者的临床资料,选择同期接受ILE的食管癌患者85例作为对照,比较二者近期疗效。结果:与ILE组相比,MIE-Mc Keown组患者术中出血量更少,术后肺部感染发生率更低,手术切除食管长度更长,淋巴结清除组数及个数更多,但手术时间和术后住院时间更长,术后吻合口瘘和吻合口狭窄发生率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组整体淋巴结转移率52.8%,MIE-Mc Keown组的颈部淋巴结转移率9.5%。两组共发现食管多中心病灶16例,次瘤位于主瘤上方者7例,次瘤远侧缘距主瘤中心的距离(D)为20~85(50.7±23.0)mm,次瘤位于主瘤下方者9例,D值为30~90(57.8±20.5)mm。结论:MIEMc Keown病灶切除更彻底,淋巴结清除度较高,安全、创伤小、短期效果好,是治疗食管癌的适合术式,但吻合口瘘及吻合口狭窄发生率较高,需进一步优化。 | 彭雄 陈云 Abdillah Nassor Juma 王彦卿 周源 焦阳 张位星 庄炜 | 2017 | 中南大学学报(医学版)2017,42,5: | 29 |
| 2 | 冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床及冠状动脉造影特点显示文摘【目的】探讨冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的临床特征和冠状动脉造影特点。【方法】选择经冠状动脉造影证实的冠心病患者共215例,分为冠心病合并2型糖尿病组(74例,64.7岁±8.2岁)和冠心病非糖尿病组(141例,66.2岁±69.2岁),对比分析两组患者的临床和冠状动脉造影资料。【结果】与冠心病非糖尿病患者比较,冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者更常发生急性心肌梗死、无痛性心肌缺血以及严重心律失常(P<0.01,P<0.05),血中甘油三酯、载脂蛋白B、血尿酸增高(P<0.01,P<0.05),左室舒张末期内径增大(P<0.01),左室射血分数降低(P<0.001)。冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者较多发生3支血管病变(P<0.01),冠状动脉病变多为严重狭窄、完全闭塞以及弥漫性病变(P<0.001)。【结论】冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者临床表现较严重,常有左心功能异常,冠状动脉病变复杂且严重,累及范围广,预后不良。 | JUMA Imad 伍卫 王景峰 聂如琼 周淑娴 | 2005 | 中山大学学报(医学科学版)2005,26,3: | 18 |
| 3 | 药物溶出/吸收仿生系统研究丹酚酸B缓释片释放规律显示文摘目的:应用药物溶出/吸收仿生系统(drug dissolution/absorption simulating system,DDASS)研究丹酚酸B缓释片的体外释放规律,为中药活性成分缓控释制剂的设计提供新技术。方法:分别采用DDASS法和我国药典收载的桨法对丹酚酸B固体制剂进行体外释放度试验,高效液相色谱法定量,SPSS软件对累积释放度进行释放模型拟合。改进DDASS装置使研究对象从药物固体粉末或颗粒剂扩展到片剂、胶囊剂等多种剂型,分别评价丹酚酸B缓释片DDASS改进前、后和桨法中释放规律的相关性。结果:丹酚酸B原料药及其缓释片在改进前DDASS模型中释药过程符合Weibull方程;而丹酚酸B缓释片在改进后DDASS模型中释药过程符合一级动力学方程,与桨法评价结果一致。DDASS改进前、后与桨法释药规律相关性水平r值分别为0.7884(r5,0.05r5,0.001)。结论:丹酚酸B缓释片释药规律研究显示改进后DDASS法与桨法之间存在更为显著相关性。较之桨法,DDASS法模拟了一个连续动态的、更接近人体消化道环境的释药过程,表明该法评价药物固体制剂释药特性研究的合理性,为药物剂型设计研究提供了新的技术平台。 | 李自强 刘志东 顾慧 刘睿 Haji Juma 何新 | 2010 | 药物评价研究2010,33,5: | 15 |
| 4 | 颅脑创伤后并发低钠血症118例诊疗分析显示文摘目的探讨颅脑创伤后并发低钠血症的临床特点及中枢性低钠血症的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析2005年1月至2011年1月我院神经外科收治的118例并发低钠血症的颅脑创伤患者的临床资料,通过临床表现及实验室检查明确诊断,探索有效的治疗方案。结果本组治愈103例(87.3%),死亡15例(12.7%),其中放弃治疗2例,死于各种并发症13例,无低钠血症死亡病例。轻中型、重型及特重型颅脑损伤患者的中重度低钠血症发生率分别为37.0%、54.3%和76.2%(χ2=7.296,p=0.026);三种类型颅脑损伤患者的低钠血症持续时间超过8天的发生率分别为48.1%、50.0%和85.7%(χ2=9.220,p=0.010)。诊断为脑性盐耗综合征(CSWS)22例(18.6%),抗利尿激素不适当分泌综合征(SIADH)7例(5.9%),营养性低钠血症89例(75.5%)。CSWS组和SIADH组中血钠浓度与营养性低钠血症组相比无显著性差异(t=-0.896,p=0.609);血浆ADH及血浆渗透压与营养性低钠血症组相比存在显著性差异(t≥130.31,p<0.05)。结论颅脑损伤越重,发生中重度低钠血症可能性越大,低钠血症持续时间越长。CSWS组血浆ADH显著低于营养性低钠血症组,SIADH组血浆ADH显著高于营养性低钠血症组,CSWS组和SIADH组血浆渗透压均低于营养性低钠血症组。CSWS和SIADH是导致颅脑创伤后低钠血症的主要原因,两者在发病机制、临床诊断及治疗方面都存在明显区别。早期诊断,及时明确类型,针对性积极治疗,可有效降低患者致残率和致死率,改善预后。 | 张翼 赵子进 李光亮 Juma Magogo 苏君 王翔宇 赵向南 | 2014 | 国际神经病学神经外科学杂志2014,41,4: | 10 |
| 5 | 白蛋白刺激肾小管上皮细胞表达基质金属蛋白酶2和9显示文摘目的探讨白蛋白对近端肾小管上皮细胞表达基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)和MMP-9的影响。方法大鼠近端肾小管细胞株NRK52E培养至70%或100%融合时,分别给予不同浓度(0.1~1.0g/L)去脂和非去脂牛血清白蛋白(dBSA和BSA)刺激,于24、48、72h收集培养液,用明胶酶谱和Western印迹方法检测培养液MMP-2和MMP-9活性和蛋白水平。结果与空白对照组比较,1.0g/LBSA刺激未完全融合NRK52E72h后,MMP-2和MMP-9活性分别上调276%、176%(P〈0.05)。与刺激24h比较,1.0g/LBSA刺激72h,在未完全融合NRK52E的MMP-2和MMP-9活性分别上调536%、148%;在完全融合NRK52E分别上调212%、184%(P〈0.05)。与完全融合NRK52E比较,1.0g/LBSA刺激未完全融合NRK52E 72h,MMP-2活性上调增加了274%,MMP-9活性上调减少了45.1%(P〈0.05)。dBSA刺激结果与BSA类似。结论白蛋白刺激呈剂量和时间依赖性上调近端肾小管细胞表达MMP-2和MMP-9。细胞完全融合可抑制MMP-2表达,促进MMP-9表达。 | 孙良忠 Ibrini Juma Parker Emma 陈述枚 Johnson Timothy S. | 6 | The past, current and future trends in DNA vaccine immunisations显示文摘This review focuses on DNA vaccines, denoting the last two decades since the early substantiation of preclinical protection was published in Science in 1993 by Ulmer et al. In spite of being safely administered and easily engineered and manufactured DNA vaccine, it holds the future prospects of immunization by inducing potent cellular immune responses against infectious and non-infectious diseases. It is well documented that injection of DNA plasmid encoding a desired gene of interest can result in the subsequent expression of its products and lead to the induction of an immune response within a host. This is pertinent to prophylactic and therapeutic vaccination approach when the peculiar gene produces a protective epitope from a pathogen. The recent studies demonstrated by a number of research centers showed that these immune responses evoke protective immunity against several infectious diseases and cancers, which provides adequate support for the use of this approach. | 10 | 外来红树植物无瓣海桑和拉关木在海南东寨港的人工种植与自然扩散显示文摘海南东寨港国家级自然保护区拥有我国主要的外来红树植物引种驯化基地,于1985年和1999年分别从孟加拉国和墨西哥引入外来红树植物无瓣海桑(Sonneratia apetala)和拉关木(Laguncularia racemosa)。此后这两个种又从此基地向我国其他沿海湿地再引种,目前已在该岛及华南多处湿地成林,并引发了可能产生对乡土红树植物群落不利影响的担忧。为此,本研究于2019年7月对我国最早引入和种植无瓣海桑和拉关木的东寨港进行这两个种的人工种植与自然扩散的调查,分析它们的扩散路径和扩散趋势,以期为红树林湿地外来植物的管控提供参考。调查结果显示:无瓣海桑人工种植面积为40.56 hm^2,主要在试验区和核心区;自然扩散面积40.12 hm^2,大部分零散分布于核心区和缓冲区;由于种植次数多、种植地点分散,扩散路径难以判断。拉关木人工种植面积为6.23 hm^2,主要在保护水域和试验区;扩散面积0.53 hm^2,主要在缓冲区;拉关木已形成的3个主要扩散区在相对集中的种植区外围,可推断其个体呈辐射状向外扩散,扩散的直线距离达3~5 km。扩散区有众多的幼苗个体,显示数量还存在爆发的趋势。两个外来种均扩散进入土著红树植物群落并与之共同生长,形成混生群落。外来种将来是否会对乡土红树群落造成不利影响,有待进一步观察。 | 王炳宇 杨珊 刘强 钟才荣 Gul Juma 何芳杏 杨勇 | 2020 | 生态学杂志2020,39,6: | 6 |
| 11 | 外来红树植物拉关木对乡土种桐花树和正红树的化感作用研究显示文摘为了探究外来红树植物拉关木对乡土红树植物的化感作用,该研究观察了不同浓度(0.1、0.3、0.5 g·mL^-1)的拉关木根、叶水浸提液对乡土红树植物桐花树和正红树的胚轴(种子)萌发、幼苗生长及叶片抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:(1)拉关木水浸提液对桐花树种子的成苗率、萌发指数和根长均存在抑制作用,其中对根长的抑制作用随水浸提液浓度的提高而增强。(2)根水浸提液对桐花树幼苗的根长、苗高、生物量等生长指标的影响总体上均表现为低浓度促进,高浓度抑制。(3)拉关木水浸提液对正红树胚轴的萌发率、萌发指数、生长指标均表现为促进作用,且根水浸提液0.1、0.3 g·mL^-1处理组的芽长以及根、叶水浸提液0.1、0.3 g·mL^-1处理组的生物量显著大于对照组;拉关木水浸提液对正红树幼苗的生物量也表现为促进作用。(4)抗性生理方面,随着拉关木水浸提液浓度的升高,桐花树和正红树幼苗SOD活性降低,正红树幼苗POD活性在根水浸提液0.3 g·mL^-1和叶水浸提液0.1 g·mL^-1处理组显著高于对照组。以上结果表明,不同乡土植物对拉关木化感作用的敏感性不同,拉关木水浸提液抑制了桐花树的生长,而对正红树的生长则表现出一定程度的促进作用。 | 杨珊 刘强 王炳宇 王旭萍 Juma GUL | 2020 | 广西植物2020,40,3: | 4 |
| 12 | Evaluation of different approaches to individual tree growth and survival modelling using data collected at irregular intervals-a case study for Pinus patula in Kenya显示文摘Background:The minimum set of sub-models for simulating stand dynamics on an individual-tree basis consists of tree-level models for diameter increment and survival.Ingrowth model is a necessary third component in uneven-aged management.The development of this type of model set needs data from permanent plots,in which all trees have been numbered and measured at regular intervals for diameter and survival.New trees passing the ingrowth limit should also be numbered and measured.Unfortunately,few datasets meet all these requirements.The trees may not have numbers or the length of the measurement interval varies.Ingrowth trees may not have been measured,or the number tags may have disappeared causing errors in tree identification.Methods:This article discussed and demonstrated the use of an optimization-based approach to individual-tree growth modelling,which makes it possible to utilize data sets having one or several of the above deficiencies.The idea is to estimate all parameters of the sub-models of a growth simulator simultaneously in such a way that,when simulation begins from the diameter distribution at the first measurement occasion,it yields a similar ending diameter distribution as measured in the second measurement occasion.The method was applied to Pinus patula permanent sample plot data from Kenya.In this dataset,trees were correctly numbered and identified but measurement interval varied from 1 to 13 years.Two simple regression approaches were used and compared to the optimization-based model recovery approach.Results:The optimization-based approach resulted in far more accurate simulations of stand basal area and number of surviving trees than the equations fitted through regression analysis.Conclusions:The optimization-based modelling approach can be recommended for growth modelling when the modelling data have been collected at irregular measurement intervals. | Rita Juma Timo Pukkala Sergio de-Miguel Mbae Muchiri | 2014 | Forestry Studies in China2014,16,2: | 2 |
| 13 | Potentially harmful metals,and health risk evaluation in groundwater of Mardan,Pakistan:Application of geostatistical approach and geographic information system显示文摘This study investigates the values of pH,total dissolved solids(TDS),elevation,oxidative reduction potential(ORP),temperature,and depth,while the concentrations of Br,and potentially harmful metals(PHMs)such as Cr,Ni,Cd,Mn,Cu,Pb,Co,Zn,and Fe in the groundwater samples.Moreover,geographic information system(GIS),XLSTAT,and IBM SPSS Statistics 20 software were used for spatial distribution modeling,principal component analysis(PCA),cluster analysis(CA),and Quantile-Quantile(Q-Q)plotting to determine groundwater pollution sources,similarity index,and normal distribution reference line for the selected parameters.The mean values of pH,TDS,elevation,ORP,temperature,depth,and Br were 7.2,322 mg/L,364 m,188 mV,29.6℃,70 m,0.20 mg/L,and PHMs like Cr,Ni,Cd,Mn,Cu,Pb,Co,Zn,and Fe were 0.38,0.26,0.08,0.27,0.36,0.22,0.04,0.43 and 0.86 mg/L,respectively.PHMs including Cr(89%),Cd(43%),Mn(23%),Pb(79%),Co(20%),and Fe(91%)exceeded the guideline values set by the world health organization(WHO).The significant R^(2)values of PCA for selected parameters were also determined(0.62,0.67,0.78,0.73,0.60,0.87,-0.50,0.69,0.70,0.74,-0.50,0.70,0.67,0.79,0.59,and-0.55,respectively).PCA revealed three geochemical processes such as geogenic,anthropogenic,and reducing conditions.The mineral phases of Cd(OH)_(2),Fe(OH)_(3),FeOOH,Mn_(3)O_(4),Fe_(2)O_(3),MnOOH,Pb(OH)_(2),Mn(OH)_(2),MnO_(2),and Zn(OH)_(2)(-3.7,3.75,9.7,-5.8,8.9,-3.6,2.2,-4.6,-7.7,-0.9,and 0.003,respectively)showed super-saturation and under-saturation conditions.Health risk assessment(HRA)values for PHMs were also calculated and the values of hazard quotient(HQ),and hazard indices(HI)for the entire study area were increased in the following order:Cd>Ni>Cu>Pb>Mn>Zn>Cr.Relatively higher HQ and HI values of Ni,Cd,Pb,and Cu were greater than one showing unsuitability of groundwater for domestic,agriculture,and drinking purposes.The long-term ingestion of groundwater could also cause severe health concerns such as kidney,brain dysfunction,liver,stomach problems,and even cancer. | Abdur Rashid Muhammad Ayub Asif Javed Sardar Khan Xubo Gao Chengcheng Li Zahid Ullah Tariq Sardar Juma Muhammad Shahla Nazneen | 2021 | Geoscience Frontiers2021,12,3: | 2 |
| 14 | Investigation of the liquid recycle in the reactor cascade of an industrial scale ebullated bed hydrocracking unit显示文摘One of the commercial means to convert heavy oil residue is hydrocracking in an ebullated bed. The ebullated bed reactor includes a complex gas–liquid–solid backmixed system which attracts the attention of many scientists and research groups. This work is aimed at the calculation of the internal recycle flow rate and understanding its effect on other parameters of the ebullated bed. Measured data were collected from an industrial scale residual hydrocracking unit consisting of a cascade of three ebullated bed reactors. A simplified block model of the ebullated bed reactors was created in Aspen Plus and fed with measured data. For reaction yield calculation, a lumped kinetic model was used. The model was verified by comparing experimental and calculated distillation curves as well as the calculated and measured reactor inlet temperature. Influence of the feed rate on the recycle ratio(recycle to feed flow rate) was estimated. A relation between the recycle flow rate, pump pressure difference and catalyst inventory has been identified. The recycle ratio also affects the temperature gradient along the reactor cascade.
