1中国管理研究之展望——中国管理理论与管理的中国理论显示文摘中国管理学术的发展存在两种可能演进路径:第一,发展中国管理理论——侧重于在中国背景下运用与完善其它情境中发展出的管理理论。从这个意义上讲,正在兴起的中国经济给验证与完善通用性的管理理论提供了一个天然实验室。第二,发展管理的中国理论——着力于对中国独有的管理现象给出解释。为更好地阐释中国现象,该路径应摆脱西方学者设定议题的制掣,而由中国学者自主、创造性地开发研究议题。最后,本文就中国管理研究之未来路径选择的意义,以及两种路径的关系进行了讨论。Jay B.Barney 张书军 2009中大管理研究2009,4,3:83
2陕北长城沿线地区土地退化态势分析显示文摘以陕北长城沿线农牧交错区为例,运用遥感与GIS技术、定性与定量相结合的方法,对研究区1985~1998年土地利用类型转换及土地退化时空规律、趋势和机制等进行了评价与分析。研究表明:该区土地退化的主导类型是土地沙漠化。从成因分析,土地沙漠化主要是长期以来的人口超载、不合理的土地利用方式和高强度的土地开发行为激发了地表自然过程的退化性演替,致使潜在的自然环境脆弱性转化为现实的破坏。过去13年土地退化程度总体上在不断加剧,而且退化类型正向多样化发展。最后,依据评价与分析结果,进一步对该区土地退化防治和沙漠化土地生态恢复的措施与对策进行了讨论。刘彦随 Jay Gao 2002地理学报2002,57,4:89

5加氧灌溉对菠萝根区土壤呼吸和生理特性的影响显示文摘通过大田试验,研究了加氧灌溉对菠萝根区土壤呼吸作用、生理特性、生物量积累、果实产量、品质和水分利用效率的影响.采用Mazeei(空气注射器)给地下灌溉系统加入空气,设计了加氧和不加氧灌溉2种处理方式,7次重复.设计滴头埋深10 cm.研究表明,与对照相比,菠萝根区30 cm以内土壤水分质量分数和CO2质量分数没有明显差异,但是加氧灌溉使得土壤呼吸增加了100%;菠萝的果实鲜重、生物量鲜重、干物质重和收获指数明显增大,差异有统计学意义(p≤0.05);加氧灌溉提高了菠萝的水分生产率,与对照相比增加了17.2%;同时,加氧灌溉明显改善了菠萝单果尺寸和重量,使得单果重量增加了17.3%,田间产量增加了4.3%,增加了果实的糖质量分数,减少了果实的透明物.研究结果为加氧灌溉技术的推广应用提供了理论依据.陈新明 Jay Dhungel Surya Bhattarai Manouchehr Tobrabi Dayid J Midmore 2010排灌机械工程学报2010,28,6:43
6Impact of oxygation on soil respiration, yield and water use efficiency of three crop species显示文摘Oxygation refers to irrigation of crops with aerated water,through air injection using the venturi principle or the supply of hydrogen peroxide in the root zone,both using subsurface drip irrigation(SDI)system.Oxygation improves water use efficiency(WUE),producing more yield and,and therefore,optimizes the use of drip and SDI.But the efficiency of oxygation is quite possibly dependent on a number of factors.The primary objective of this study was,therefore,to quantify the effects of oxygation,emitter depths and soil type on crop root zone oxygen content,soil respiration,plant physiological response,biomass yield,quality and WUE of three crop species.Methods This study investigated the potential of oxygation to enhance soil respiration,plant growth,yield and water use efficiencies(WUE)of cotton and wheat in experiments in enclosed heavy-duty concrete troughs(tubs)and pineapple and cotton in field experiments.Experimental treatments in tubs for wheat included comparisons between two soil types(vertisol and ferrosol)and superimposed were two oxygation methods(Mazzei air injector and Seair Diffusion System)compared to a control,and for cotton,emitters at two depths using Mazzei air injectors were compared to a control.The field experiments compared Mazzei air injectors and a control for cotton in Emerald and pineapple in Yeppoon,both in central Queensland,Australia.Important findings In all experiments,soil oxygen content and soil respiration markedly increased in response to the oxygation treatments.The O2 concentration in the crop root zone increased by 2.4–32.6%,for oxygation compared to control at the same depth.The soil respiration increased by 42–100%.The number of wheat ears,leaf dry weight and total dry matter were significantly greater in Mazzei and Seair oxygation compared to the control.Fresh biomass of wheat increased by 11 and 8%,and dry weight of wheat increased by 8 and 3%in Mazzei and Seair oxygation treatments compared to the control,respectively.Likewise,the irrigation water use efficiency increased with oxygation compared to the control in wheat.The yield,WUE and number of other physiological parameters in wheat were enhanced in vertisol compared to ferrosol.The seed cotton yield in the tub experiment increased with oxygation by 14%,and significant differences for fresh biomass,dry matter and yield were also noted between oxygation and the control in the field.Lint yield and WUE both increased by 7%using Mazzei in the cotton field trial during 2008–09.There were significant effects of oxygation on pineapple fresh biomass,and dry matter weight,industry yield and a number of quality parameters were significantly improved.The total fruit yield and marketable increased by 17 and 4%and marketable WUE increased by 3%using Mazzei.Our data suggest that the benefits of oxygation are notable not only for dicotyledonous cotton but also for monocotyledonous wheat and pineapple representing different rooting morphologies and CO_(2) fixation pathways.Xinming Chen Jay Dhungel Surya P.Bhattarai Manouchehr Torabi Lance Pendergast David J.Midmore 2011Journal of Plant Ecology2011,4,4:46

11Soil-Plant-Microbe Interactions in Stressed Agriculture Management:A Review显示文摘The expected rise in temperature and decreased precipitation owing to climate change and unabated anthropogenic activities add complexity and uncertainty to agro-industry. The impact of soil nutrient imbalance, mismanaged use of chemicals, high temperature,flood or drought, soil salinity, and heavy metal pollutions, with regard to food security, is increasingly being explored worldwide. This review describes the role of soil-plant-microbe interactions along with organic manure in solving stressed agriculture problems. Beneficial microbes associated with plants are known to stimulate plant growth and enhance plant resistance to biotic(diseases) and abiotic(salinity, drought, pollutions, etc.) stresses. The plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR) and mycorrhizae, a key component of soil microbiota, could play vital roles in the maintenance of plant fitness and soil health under stressed environments. The application of organic manure as a soil conditioner to stressed soils along with suitable microbial strains could further enhance the plant-microbe associations and increase the crop yield. A combination of plant, stress-tolerant microbe, and organic amendment represents the tripartite association to offer a favourable environment to the proliferation of beneficial rhizosphere microbes that in turn enhance the plant growth performance in disturbed agro-ecosystem. Agriculture land use patterns with the proper exploitation of plant-microbe associations, with compatible beneficial microbial agents, could be one of the most effective strategies in the management of the concerned agriculture lands owing to climate change resilience. 13Restoration Prospects for Heitutan Degraded Grassland in the Sanjiangyuan显示文摘In many ecosystems ungulates have coexisted with grasslands over long periods of time. However, high densities of grazing animals may change the floristic and structural characteristics of vegetation, reduce biodiversity, and increase soil erosion, potentially triggering abrupt and rapid changes in ecosystem condition. Alternate stable state theory provides a framework for understanding this type of dynamic. In the Sanjiangyuan atop the Qinghai-Tibetan plateau (QTP), grassland degradation has been accompanied by irruptions of native burrowing animals, which has accentuated the loss of ground cover. Severely degraded areas of alpine meadows are referred to as 'Heitutan'. Here, using the framework of alternate stable state theory, we describe the proximate and ultimate drivers of the formation of Heitutan on the QTP, and we assess prospects for recovery, in relation to the degree of biophysical alteration, of these alpine meadows. Effective rehabilitation measures must address the underlying causes of degradation rather than their symptoms. Heitutan degradation is not uni-causal. Rather it reflects different mechanisms operating at different spatio-temporal scales across this vast region. Underlying causes include overly aggressive exploitation of the grasslands (e.g. overgrazing), amplification of grazing and erosion damage by small mammals when outbreaks occur, and/or climate change. Given marked variability in environmental conditions and stressors, restorative efforts must vary across the region. 15一项有关来那度胺联合低剂量地塞米松治疗中国复发/难治性多发性骨髓瘤患者的多中心、开放性Ⅱ期临床试验:MM-021试验(全译文)显示文摘目的:在中国,复发/难治性多发性骨髓瘤(RRMM)的治疗方案不能满足患者的需求。来那度胺联合低剂量地塞米松可有效治疗白种人RRMM患者,并且通常具备良好的耐受性,但是过去的研究并未评估该疗法对中国RRMM患者的疗效。方法:MM-021是一项多中心、单治疗组、开放性Ⅱ期临床试验,旨在评估来那度胺联合低剂量地塞米松治疗中国RRMM患者的疗效、安全性和药物代谢动力学特征。既往接受过≥1种抗骨髓瘤疗法治疗的患者服用来那度胺+低剂量地塞米松,直至疾病进展或停止用药。存活患者需在入选后接受≥1年的随访。来那度胺剂量为25mg/d,并根据基线肾功能进行调整。大多数受试者均为晚期病患(85.6%为Durie-SalmonⅢ期),并且既往接受过大量治疗(56.7%既往接受过≥4种抗骨髓瘤治疗;69.5%既往接受过沙利度胺治疗;63.1%既往接受过硼替佐米治疗);5.3%患者为免疫球蛋白D型(IgD)。结果:安全性研究群体共有199例入选患者。在疗效研究群体187例患者中,疾病控制率(至少疾病稳定)为94.7%,总缓解率(至少部分缓解)为47.6%,患有肾功能损害及IgD型的患者亦取得高缓解率。至15.2个月中位随访期后,中位缓解持续时间为8.8(0.4-18.8)个月,中位无进展生存期为8.3个月(95%CI6.5-9.8)。最常见3-4级不良事件(AE)为贫血(26.1%)、中性粒细胞减少(25.1%)、血小板减少(14.6%)、肺炎(13.1%)、白细胞减少(9.5%)和中性粒细胞计数减少(8.5%)。AE导致40.2%的患者减少来那度胺剂量和(或)暂停使用,并导致约9.0%的患者停止用药。来那度胺药物代谢动力学特征与白种人和日本患者报道的结果相似。结论:既往接受过多次治疗的中国RRMM患者(包括肾功能损害和IgD亚型患者)对来那度胺联合低剂量地塞米松治疗方案具有可接受的安全性和高缓解率。这些研究发现显示了此治疗方案对于目前治疗方案均无效的中国RRMM患者具有临床应用潜力。侯健 杜欣 金洁 蔡真 陈方平 周道斌 于力 克晓燕 李晓 吴德沛 孟凡义 艾辉胜 Jingshan Zhang Honeylet Wortman-Vayn Nianhang Chen Jay Mei 王健民 2014临床血液学杂志2014,27,5:18

17Verification on Spray Simulation of a Pintle Injector for Liquid Rocket Engine显示文摘The pintle injector used for a liquid rocket engine is a newly re-attracted injection system famous for its wide throttle ability with high efficiency. The pintle injector has many variations with complex inner structures due to its moving parts. In order to study the rotating flow near the injector tip, which was observed from the cold flow experiment using water and air, a numerical simulation was adopted and a verification of the numerical model was later conducted. For the verification process, three types of experimental data including velocity distributions of gas flows, spray angles and liquid distribution were all compared using simulated results. The numerical simulation was performed using a commercial simulation program with the Eulerian multiphase model and axisymmetric two dimensional grids. The maximum and minimum velocities of gas were within the acceptable range of agreement, however, the spray angles experienced up to 25% error when the momentum ratios were increased. The spray density distributions were quantitatively measured and had good agreement. 18Metabolic theory of septic shock显示文摘Septic shock is a life threatening condition that can develop subsequent to infection. Mortality can reach as high as 80% with over 150000 deaths yearly in the United States alone. Septic shock causes progressive failure of vital homeostatic mechanisms culminating in immunosuppression, coagulopathy and microvascular dysfunction which can lead to refractory hypotension, organ failure and death. The hypermetabolic response that accompanies a systemic inflammatory reaction places high demands upon stored nutritional resources. A crucial element that can become depleted early during the progression to septic shock is glutathione. Glutathione is chiefly responsible for supplying reducing equivalents to neutralize hydrogen peroxide, a toxic oxidizing agent that is produced during normal metabolism. Without glutathione, hydrogen peroxide can rise to toxic levels in tissues and blood where it can cause severe oxidative injury to organs and to the microvasculature. Continued exposure can result in microvascular dysfunction, capillary leakage and septic shock. 20“互联网+”发酵工程实操与虚拟仿真中试实验室平台的建设与探索显示文摘发酵工程是理工科高校生物工程学科领域的核心课程之一,是一门应用性、实践性极强的专业课程。该课程传统的实践模式已无法满足当前高校对大学生工程素质教育的需求。随着信息技术、自控技术的飞速发展,多层次、跨学科的'互联网+'教学已成为现今高等教育人才培养的新模式。本文中的发酵工程实操与虚拟仿真中试实验室平台以工程学为技术手段,通过'互联网+'将虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)技术、信息自动化控制技术、数据库与发酵过程控制有机地结合在一起,构建一个'虚实'结合的'多维'工程中试实验室平台,并以此作为抓手开展食品发酵技能训练课程工程素质教育教学的创新与探索。初步建设成果与前期教学效果表明,该实验室平台的建设对发酵工程及相关专业学生的实践动手能力有明显的提高,为后期建设积累了宝贵的经验及大量有价值的工程实训数据。倪芳 刘洋 熊强 朱本伟 江凌 Matthaw Jay Malkmes 2020微生物学通报2020,47,11:15
