1口腔护理对危重症患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎预防的影响显示文摘目的:本研究的目的是明确口腔护理措施对重症监护室患者口腔健康状况和呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率的影响。方法:本临床实验纳入2015-2016年间的100名患者,随机分为对照组(接受护士的口腔护理)和干预组(接受研究人员的系统口腔护理)。根据干预组患者的口腔健康状况,按照Beck口腔护理频次评价表(BOAS)确定需要接受口腔护理的频次。每次护理均包括调整气管内套管压力、用牙膏刷牙、使用抗菌药和嘴唇保湿。口腔检查采用BOAS和口腔黏膜菌斑量表评分,肺炎监测采用临床肺部感染评分。结果:第1~5天,两组患者的BOAS评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3~5天,两组患者的口腔黏膜菌斑评分有统计学差异(P<0.001);第3天和第5天,对照组肺炎发生率分别为10%(5例)和14%(7例),干预组肺炎发生率分别为4%(2例)和10%(5例),Fisher检验无统计学差异(P=0.538),但与对照组相比,干预组肺炎的发生率降低。结论:与传统的口腔护理措施比较,系统口腔护理虽然没有显著降低危重症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎的发生率,但显著改善了其口腔健康状况和口腔黏膜菌斑评分。Abdullah Haghighi Vida Shafipour Masoumeh Bagheri-Nesami Afshin Gholipour Baradari Jamshid Yazdani Charati 2017中国护理管理2017,17,3:14
2A novel correlation approach for prediction of natural gas compressibility factor显示文摘Gas compressibility factor (z-Factor) is one of the most important parameters in upstream and downstream calculations of petroleum industries.The importance of z-Factor cannot be overemphasized in oil and gas engineering calculations.The experimental measurements,Equations of State (EoS) and empirical correlations are the most common sources of z-Factor calculations.There are more than twenty correlations available with two variables for calculating the z-Factor from fitting in an EoS or just through fitting techniques.However,these correlations are too complex,which require initial value and more complicated and longer computations or have magnitude error.The purpose of this study is to develop a new accurate correlation to rapidly estimate z-Factor.Result of this correlation is compared with large scale of database and experimental data also.Proposed correlation has 1.660 of Absolute Percent Relative Error (EABS) versus Standing and Katz chart and has also 3.221 of EABS versus experimental data.The output of this correlation can be directly assumed or be used as an initial value of other implicit correlations.This correlation is valid for gas coefficient of isothermal compressibility (cg) calculations also.Ehsan Heidaryan Amir Salarabadi Jamshid Moghadasi 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,2:13
3A model to determine hole spacing in the rock fracture process by non-explosive expansion material显示文摘The application of the non-explosive expansion material (NEEM) is widely used as the controlled fracture method in quarry mining,especially in hard rocks.The pressure of NEEM is an important parameter in causing rock fracture.An empirical model based on hole spacing was developed to determine the pressure of NEEM in the rock fracture process.Primarily,the empirical model was developed by the mathematical method,utilizing dimensional analysis.Then,the Phase2 code,which is based on the finite element method,was utilized to predict crack growth in rocks.The results of numerical analysis show slight deviations from the empirical model.Hence,the polynomial regression analysis was used to modify the model.Finally,the modified model shows a good agreement with the results gained from numerical modeling.Shobeir Arshadnejad Kamran Goshtasbi Jamshid Aghazadeh 2011International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2011,18,5:12

5A new and reliable model for predicting methane viscosity at high pressures and high temperatures显示文摘In recent years, there has been an increase of interest in the flow of gases at relatively high pressures and high temperatures. Hydrodynamic calculation of the energy losses in the flow of gases in conduits, as well as through the porous media constituting natural petroleum reservoirs, requires knowledge of the viscosity of the fluid at the pressure and temperature involved. Although there are numerous publications concerning the viscosity of methane at atmospheric pressure, there appears to be little information available relating to the effect of pressure and temperature upon the viscosity. A survey of the literature reveals that the disagreements between published data on the viscosity of methane are common and that most investigations have been conducted over restricted temperature and pressure ranges. Experimental viscosity data for methane are presented for temperatures from 320 to 400 K and pressures from 3000 to 140000 kPa by using falling body viscometer. A summary is given to evaluate the available data for methane, and a comparison is presented for that data common to the experimental range reported in this paper. A new and reliable correlation for methane gas viscosity is presented. 7Carbon storage in biomass,litter,and soil of different native and introduced fast-growing tree plantations in the South Caspian Sea显示文摘Replantation of degraded forest using rapidgrowth trees can play a significant role in global carbon budget by storing large quantities of carbon in live biomass,forest floor,and soil organic matter.We assessed the potential of 20-year old stands of three rapid-growth tree species,including Alnus subcordata,Populus deltoides and Taxodium distichum,for carbon(C) storage at ecosystem level.In September 2013,48 replicate plots(16 m × 16 m) in 8 stands of three plantations were established.36 trees were felled down and fresh biomass of different components was weighed in the field.Biomass equations were fitted using data based on the 36 felled trees.The biomass of understory vegetation and litter were measured by harvesting all the components.The C fraction of understory,litter,and soil were measured.The ecosystem C storage was as follows: A.subcordata(626.5 Mg ha^(-1)) [ P.deltoides(542.9Mg ha^(-1)) [ T.distichum(486.8 Mg ha^(-1))(P \ 0.001),of which78.1–87.4% was in the soil.P.deltoides plantation reached the highest tree biomass(206.6 Mg ha^(-1)),followed by A.subcordata(134.5 Mg ha^(-1)) and T.distichum(123.3 Mg ha^(-1)).The highest soil C was stored in theplantation of A.subcordata(555.5 Mg ha^(-1)).The C storage and sequestration of the plantations after 20 years were considerable(25–30 Mg ha^(-1) year^(-1)) and broadleaves species had higher potential.Native species had a higher soil C storage while the potential of introduced species for live biomass production was higher.Jamshid Eslamdoust Hormoz Sohrabi 2018Journal of Forestry Research2018,29,2:3
8Fischer-Tropsch synthesis by nano-structured iron catalyst显示文摘Effects of nanoscale iron oxide particles on textural structure,reduction,carburization and catalytic behavior of precipitated iron catalyst in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS) are investigated.Nanostructured iron catalysts were prepared by microemulsion method in two series.Firstly,Fe2O3 ,CuO and La2O3 nanoparticles were prepared separately and were mixed to attain Fe/Cu/La nanostructured catalyst(sep-nano catalyst);Secondly nanostructured catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation in a water-in-oil microemulsion method(mix-nano catalyst).Also,conventional iron catalyst was prepared with common co-precipitation method.Structural characterizations of the catalysts were performed by TEM,XRD,H2 and CO-TPR tests.Particle size of iron oxides for sep-nano and mix-nano catalysts,which were determined by XRD pattern(Scherrer equation) and TEM images was about 20 and 21.6 nm,respectively.Catalyst evaluation was conducted in a fixed-bed stainless steel reactor and compared with conventional iron catalyst.The results revealed that FTS reaction increased while WGS reaction and olefin/paraffin ratio decreased in nanostructured iron catalysts.Ali Nakhaei Pour Mohammad Reza Housaindokht Sayyed Faramarz Tayyari Jamshid Zarkesh 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,3:3
9Factor analysis identifies subgroups of constipation显示文摘AIM:To determine whether distinct symptom groupings exist in a constipated population and whether such grouping might correlate with quantifiable pathophysiological measures of colonic dysfunction.METHODS:One hundred and ninety-one patients presenting to a Gastroenterology clinic with constipation and 32 constipated patients responding to a newspaper advertisement completed a 53-item,wide-ranging selfreport questionnaire.One hundred of these patients had colonic transit measured scintigraphically.Factor analysis determined whether constipation-related symptoms grouped into distinct aspects of symptomatology.Cluster analysis was used to determine whether indi-vidual patients naturally group into distinct subtypes.RESULTS:Cluster analysis yielded a 4 cluster solution with the presence or absence of pain and laxative unresponsiveness providing the main descriptors.Amongst all clusters there was a considerable proportion of patients with demonstrable delayed colon transit,irritable bowel syndrome positive criteria and regular stool frequency.The majority of patients with these characteristics also reported regular laxative use.CONCLUSION:Factor analysis identified four constipation subgroups,based on severity and laxative unresponsiveness,in a constipated population.However,clear stratification into clinically identifiable groups remains imprecise.Philip G Dinning Mike Jones Linda Hunt Sergio E Fuentealba Jamshid Kalanter Denis W King David Z Lubowski Nicholas J Talley Ian J Cook 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,11:3

11Kinetics studies of nano-structured iron catalyst in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis显示文摘Kinetic parameters of nano-structured iron catalyst in Fischer-Tropsch synthesis (FTS) were studied in a wide range of synthesis gas conversions and compared with conventional catalyst.The conventional Fe/Cu/La catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation of Fe and Cu nitrates in aqueous media and Fe/Cu/La nanostructure catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation in a water-in-oil micro-emulsion.Nano-structured iron catalyst shows higher FTS activity.Kinetic results indicated that in FTS rate expression,the rate constant (k) increased and adsorption parameter (b) decreased by decreasing the catalyst particle size from conventional to nano-structured.Since increasing in the rate constant and decreasing in the adsorption parameter affected the FTS rate in parallel direction,the particle size of catalyst showed complicated effects on kinetic parameters of FTS reaction.Ali Nakhaei Pour Mohammad Reza Housaindokht Sayyed Faramarz Tayyari Jamshid Zarkesh 2010Journal of Natural Gas Chemistry2010,19,4:2

13Comparison of accuracy and computational performance between the machine learning algorithms for rate of penetration in directional drilling well显示文摘Oil and gas reservoirs are of the main assets of countries possessing them.Production from these reservoirs is one of the main concerns of engineers,which can be achieved by drilling oil and gas reservoirs.Construction of hydrocarbon wells is one of the most expensive operations in the oil industry.One of the most important parameters affecting drilling cost is the rate of penetration(ROP).This paper predicts the rate of penetration using artificial intelligence and hybrid models on Kaboud oil field well#7 in the directional stage.In this study,different models were constructed through various approaches based on 1878 dataset obtained from drilling operation in the well#7.Then,the accuracy of the constructed models was compared with each other.It was found that the MLP-ABC algorithm predicts the rate of penetration more accurately,by far,as compared with other methods.The MLP-ABC algorithm achieves impressive ROP prediction accuracy(RMSE=0.007211 m/h;AAPD=0.1871%;R^(2)=1.000 for the testing subset).Consequently,it can be concluded that this method is applicable to predict the drilling rate in that oilfield.Omid Hazbeh Saeed Khezerloo-ye Aghdam Hamzeh Ghorbani Nima Mohamadian Mehdi Ahmadi Alvar Jamshid Moghadasi 2021Petroleum Research2021,6,3:2
14Effects of Boiled Dill Seed on Anxiety During Labor: A Randomized Controlled Trial显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the effect of boiled dill seed(Anethum graveolens)on anxiety during childbirth compared with oxytocin.Methods:This study was a randomized controlled trial with 100 pregnant women who were assigned to the oxytocin(50 cases)and the boiled dill seed(50 cases)group by a table of random number.In the boiled dill seed group,10 g of dill seed was boiled in 100 mL for 10 min and was given to women after filtration once orally at the beginning of active phase.In the oxytocin group,10 IU of oxytoci n in 1000 mL of Rin ger soluti on was prescribed accordi ng to the clinical routi ne.The State-Trait An xiety Inventory(STAI)in both groups before(at the beginning of the active phase)and after(6 h after the delivery)was completed.Meanwhile,pain intensity and duration of labor,dilatation and effacement scores,Apgar score of newborns,and FHR were measured and evaluated.Results:No statistically significant differences were shown in obvious anxiety scores between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05).After the delivery,in the boiled dill seed group,the number of women with severe[0 vs.8.0%(4/50)]and almost severe[0 vs.14.0%(7/50)]trait and almost severe[0 vs.14.0%(7/50)]state anxiety was lower than those in the control group(P=0.050,P=0.041,respectively).Moreover,labor was shorter in the 1st(P<0.01),2nd(P=0.78)and 3rd(P=0.10)stages in the boiled dill seed group compared to the control group.Conclusions:Dill seed could be used as an effective treatment to reduce anxiety during labor.Dill seed can be effective in reducing the length of labor.Due to lack of maternal and fetal complications,the boiled dill seed could also be used to reduce cesarean section rates in women who are fearful and anxious of delivery.(RCT Code:IRCT201607177065N2).Seyedeh-Fatemeh Hekmatzadeh Fatemeh Bazarganipour Helen Allan Shahintaj Aramesh Jamshid Mohammadi 2020Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2020,26,2:2
