2Research of Marine Sensor Web Based on SOA and EDA显示文摘A great deal of ocean sensor observation data exists, for a wide range of marine disciplines, derived from in situ and remote observing platforms, in real-time, near-real-time and delayed mode. Ocean monitoring is routinely completed using sensors and instruments. Standardization is the key requirement for exchanging information about ocean sensors and sensor data and for comparing and combining information from different sensor networks. One or more sensors are often physically integrated into a single ocean ‘instrument' device, which often brings in many challenges related to diverse sensor data formats, parameters units, different spatiotemporal resolution, application domains, data quality and sensors protocols. To face these challenges requires the standardization efforts aiming at facilitating the so-called Sensor Web, which making it easy to provide public access to sensor data and metadata information. In this paper, a Marine Sensor Web, based on SOA and EDA and integrating the MBARI's PUCK protocol, IEEE 1451 and OGC SWE 2.0, is illustrated with a five-layer architecture. The Web Service layer and Event Process layer are illustrated in detail with an actual example. The demo study has demonstrated that a standard-based system can be built to access sensors and marine instruments distributed globally using common Web browsers for monitoring the environment and oceanic conditions besides marine sensor data on the Web, this framework of Marine Sensor Web can also play an important role in many other domains' information integration.JIANG Yongguo DOU Jinfeng GUO Zhongwen HU Keyong 2015Journal of Ocean University of China2015,14,2:2
3Radiofrequency field enhanced chemical ionization with vacuum ultraviolet lamp for miniature time-of-flight mass spectrometer显示文摘It is difficult to rapidly and on-line detect trace volatile organic compounds for miniature mass spectrometry due to its limited sampling volume at slow pumping speed. In this paper, we developed a new radiofrequency field enhanced chemical ionization source(RF-ECI) with vacuum ultraviolet(VUV)lamp by coupling radiofrequency electric field and direct-current field together. The experiment results showed that the sensitivity of benzene, toluene, hydrogen sul fide and other compounds increased by 2–3 orders of magnitude under the introduction of RF-ECI comparing to traditional single photon ionization(SPI). At the same time, the reagent ion of O_2^+realized the charge transfer reaction chemical ionization,and the RF-ECI effectively expanded the detection range of the VUV lamp based SPI. The VUV lamp has inherent advantages in the on-site analytical instrument for its small size and low power consumption,and the VUV lamp based RF-ECI miniature time-offlight mass spectrometer(TOFMS) has a limit-ofdetection for H_2S as low as 0.0571 mg/m^3, and it is expected to be used widely in the field of on-site rapid analysis.Lijuan Zhou Jichun Jiang Kun Zhao Jinxu Li Chenxin Wu Haiyang Li Di Tian Keyong Hou 2018Chinese Chemical Letters2018,29,5:1

5Generation of oxygen vacancies in NiFe LDH electrocatalysts by ultrasound for enhancing the activity toward oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Introduction of vacancies is a promising route to enhance the performance of electrocatalysts by tuning the electronic structure and bonding energy.Here,the influence of ultrasound treatment on the O vacancies formation and interlayer spacing in NiFe layered double hydroxide(LDH)was investigated.It is found that the strong ultrasound treatment results in rich O vacancies on the surface of NiFe LDH,which affect the electrocatalysis performance.Besides,the ultrasound treated NiFe LDH electrocatalysts had a reduced thickness with a hexagonal nanosheet morphology and expanded interlayer distance,which could promote the diffusion of reactant and generated gas.When the obtained defect-rich NiFe LDH electrocatalyst prepared by a 10-min ultrasonic treatment was applied to catalyze oxygen evolution reaction(OER),only 194 mV of overpotential was needed to maintain a current density of 10 mA⋅cm^(-2).Xiumin Li Qianyu Hu Yazhou Xu Xiaoyang Liang Jiawei Feng Kunyan Zhao Guoqing Guan Yongchao Jiang Xiaogang Hao Keyong Tang 2021Carbon Resources Conversion2021,4,1:0
6DPOI: Distributed Software System Development Platform for Ocean Information Service显示文摘Ocean information management is of great importance as it has been employed in many areas of ocean science and technology. However, the developments of Ocean Information Systems(OISs) often suffer from low efficiency because of repetitive work and continuous modifications caused by dynamic requirements. In this paper, the basic requirements of OISs are analyzed first, and then a novel platform DPOI is proposed to improve development efficiency and enhance software quality of OISs by providing off-the-shelf resources. In the platform, the OIS is decomposed hierarchically into a set of modules, which can be reused in different system developments. These modules include the acquisition middleware and data loader that collect data from instruments and files respectively, the database that stores data consistently, the components that support fast application generation, the web services that make the data from distributed sources syntactical by use of predefined schemas and the configuration toolkit that enables software customization. With the assistance of the development platform, the software development needs no programming and the development procedure is thus accelerated greatly. We have applied the development platform in practical developments and evaluated its efficiency in several development practices and different development approaches. 7Purification and Identification of a Clotting Protein from the Hemolymph of Chinese Shrimp (Fenneropenaeus chinensis)显示文摘The clotting protein(CP) plays important and diverse roles in crustaceans,such as coagulation and lipid transportation.A clotting protein was purified from the hemolymph of Chinese shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis(named as Fc-CP) with Q sepharose HP anion-exchange chromatography and phenyl sepharose HP hydrophobic interaction chromatography.Fc-CP was able to form stable clots in vitro in the presence of hemocyte lysate and Ca2+,suggesting that the clotting reaction is catalyzed by a Ca2+-dependent transglutaminase in shrimp hemocytes.The molecular mass of Fc-CP was 380 kDa under non-reducing conditions and 190 kDa under reducing conditions as was determined with SDS-PAGE.CP exists as disulfide-linked homodimers and oligomers.The N-terminal amino acid sequence of Fc-CP was identical to that of shrimps including Penaeus monodon,Farfantepenaeus paulensis and Litopenaeus vannamei;and similar to that of other decapods.The purified Fc-CP was digested with trypsin and verified on an ABI 4700 matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization tandem time-of-flight(MALDI-TOF/TOF) mass spectrometry.Our results will aid to better understanding the coagulation mechanism of shrimp hemolymph.WANG Baojie PENG Hongni LIU Mei JIANG Keyong ZHANG Guofan WANG Lei 2013Journal of Ocean University of China2013,12,3:0
