1Investigations on Discharge and Decomposition Characteristics of SF6 Under Various Experimental Conditions显示文摘Detection of gas decomposition products is widely used for condition diagnosis of SF6-insulated equipment because of its an- ti-electromagnetic-interference ability and high sensitivity. Previous investigations show that the volume of gas chamber influences the types and concentrations of SF6 decomposition products. Therefore using a newly developed dual gas chromatography (GC) detection sys- tem we investigated the discharge and decomposition of SF6 in a discharge chamber with its volume close to that of the real chambers in GIS. Tests in the chamber were performed with different applied voltage, different electrode arrangements, and different defect types. For discharge between needle-to-plane electrodes, the typical gas decomposition products are SO2F2, SO2 and S2OF10. A near linear growth with the increase of voltage duration is found in the concentration of SO2F2, whereas the growth rates of SO2 and S2OF10 concentration decrease with time. Concentrations of SO2F2, SO2 and S2OF10 at the same voltage duration decrease with the decrease of the voltage amplitude and the increase of the needle-to-plane distance. Change of the gas chamber volume affects the generation rates of SO2F2 and SO2, however not S2OF10. For insulator surface defects, the typical gas decomposition products are CF4, CS2 and SO2. Among which, the concentrations of CF4 and SO2 increase with the voltage duration almost linearly. Moreover, a new parameter that represents the degree of SF6 degradation, the SF6 deterioration ratio, is proposed. In the needle-to-plane case, SF6 deterioration ratio is positively correlated to the fitting value of an averaged discharge capacity. 2Functional analysis of a novel C-glycosyltransferase in the orchid Dendrobium catenatum显示文摘Flavonoids,which are a diverse class of phytonutrients,are used by organisms to respond to nearly all abiotic stresses and are beneficial for human health.Glycosyltransferase,used during the last step of flavonoid biosynthesis,is important in flavonoid enrichment.However,little is known about glycosyltransferase in the orchid Dendrobium catenatum(D.officinale).In this study,we isolated a novel C-glycosyltransferase(designated DcaCGT)from the orchid D.catenatum by identifying and analyzing 82 putative genes in the GT1 family.DcaCGT could specifically catalyze not only di-C-glycosylation but also O-glycosylation.Apart from the normal function of catalyzing 2-hydroxynaringenin and phloretin to the respective di-C-glycosides,DcaCGT also catalyzes apigenin to cosmosiin.Targeted metabolic profiling of the substrates(2-hydroxynaringenin,phloretin,and apigenin)and products(vitexin,isovitexin,vicenin-2,nothofagin,3’,5’-di-C-glucosylphloretin,and cosmosiin)in different tissues showed that vicenin-2 was the most abundant product of this novel enzyme.Cosmosiin was detected in flowers and flower buds.We also established that DcaCGT functions expanded throughout the evolution of D.catenatum.Residual OGT activity may help D.catenatum resist drought stress.Our study illustrates the function,origin,and differentiation of DcaCGT and provides insights into glycosylation and molecular propagation processes,which can be used to improve the production of flavonoids by the cultivated medicinal plant D.catenatum.Zhiyao Ren Xiaoyu Ji Zhenbin Jiao Yingyi Luo Guo-Qiang Zhang Shengchang Tao Zhouxi Lei Jing Zhang Yuchen Wang Zhong-Jian Liu Gang Wei 2020Horticulture Research2020,7,1:5
3Study on the Detection Methods of DC Series Arc Fault显示文摘It is difficult to detect and extinguish direct current(DC)arc in power electronics systems,and the arc could easily lead to a fire and cause great damage to surrounding equipment.A DC arc generation simulation unit is established,in which DC series arcs are generated by dragging the moving electrode away from the fixed one with the help of the stepper motor.In addition,a ferrite rod antenna is used to receive the electromagnetic radiation signals induced by the arcs.Based on experiments using the unit,the general characteristics of DC arc,including the pulse characteristics of arc current and source output in corresponding time window,and the frequency-domain characteristics of arc current,are studied.With discussion on three detection methods,it is concluded that the variation of current and voltage of arc,the spectrum of the arc current during the discontinuous intervals and the radiating electromagnetic signal are all features that can be adopted for detecting DC series arc.Therefore,a synthetic judgment method is suggested for further study.JI Shengchang LIU Yuan ZHU Yeye ZHU Lingyu 2013高电压技术2013,39,9:3

20Ginsenoside Rb1 alleviates chronic intermittent hypoxia-induced diabetic cardiomyopathy in db/db mice by regulating the adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase/Nrf2/heme oxygenase-1 signaling pathway显示文摘OBJECTIVE:To examine the protective effect of ginsenoside Rb1(Rb1),the main component of Renshen(Radix Ginseng),on cardiomyopathy in db/db mice exposed to chronic intermittent hypoxia(CIH)and explore the potential underlying mechanism of Rb1 in treating diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM).METHODS:The db/db mice were randomly separated into five groups:normal control group,model group,Rb120 mg/kg group,Rb140 mg/kg group,and glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)group.Mice were exposed to aircondition or CIH for 8 weeks,and Rb1 and GLP-1 were administrated before CIH exposure every day.Oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),intraperitoneal insulin tolerance test(IPITT),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were detected to evaluate glycolipid metabolism.The level of insulin was detected by a mouse enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Cardiac function was detected by echocardiography,and myocardial pathology was observed by hematoxylin-eosin and Masson staining.The expression of collagenⅠand collagenⅢwas detected by immunohistochemistry.Adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase(AMPK)/Nrf2/heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)signaling pathway was detected by Western blot and immunofluorescence.RESULTS:Rb1 treatment could improve glucose tolerance and the level of cardiac function indexes,and inhibit the level of oxidative stress indexes and the expression of collagenⅠand collagenⅢ.Moreover,Rb1 treatment enhanced AMPK phosphorylation and increased Nrf2 and HO-1 expression.CONCLUSION:Rb1 treatment alleviated CIH-induced diabetic cardiomyopathy and glycolipid metabolism disorders in db/db mice by inhibiting oxidative stress and regulating the AMPK/Nrf2/HO-1 signaling pathway.LIU Bingbing LI Jieru SI Jianchao CHEN Qi YANG Shengchang JI Ensheng 2023Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2023,43,5:0
