1结构改革与中国工业增长显示文摘1978年以来,中国工业在持续的结构改革中经历了强劲的增长和生产率水平的不断提高。本文估算了工业分行业随机前沿生产函数,发现1992年后,TFP增长超过了要素投入增长,但是TFP对工业增长的贡献在2001年后出现了下降。进一步对TFP增长分解后发现,由工业结构改革引致的行业间要素重置显然对改革开放期间中国工业生产率的提高乃至工业增长起到了实际推动作用,即结构红利是显著存在的,而2001年后要素配置效率的下降也成为同期TFP增长贡献份额下降的主要原因。因素回归分析显示,中国要素市场的改革和工业行业的结构调整主导了要素配置效率变化的总体走势,并造成了不同行业要素配置效率的显著差异。张军 陈诗一 Gary H. 5Percutaneous nephrolithotomy for staghorn calculi: Troubleshooting and managing complications显示文摘Staghorn calculi comprise a unique subset of complex kidney stone disease. Percutaneousnephrolithotomy (PCNL) is the gold standard treatment for staghorn stones. Despitecontinuous refinements to the technique and instrumentation of PCNL, these stones remaina troublesome challenge for endourologists and are associated with a higher rate of perioperativecomplications than that for non-staghorn stones. Common and notable intraoperativecomplications include bleeding, renal collecting system injury, injury of visceral organs, pulmonarycomplications, thromboembolic complications, extrarenal stone migration, andmisplacement of the nephrostomy tube. Postoperative complications include infection and urosepsis,bleeding, persistent nephrocutaneous urine leakage, infundibular stenosis, and death.In this review, we report recommendations regarding troubleshooting measures that can beused to identify and characterize these complications. 8Effect of microwave pre-treatment on physical quality,bioactive compounds,safety risk factor,and storage stability of peanut butter显示文摘Microwave,as a new heat treatment technology,has the characteristics of uniform and fast heating speed.It is an energy-saving technology known for improving oilseed product quality.Its efficiency mainly depends on the roasting power and time.However,the production of high-quality peanut butter using short-time roasting con-ditions are limited.Herein,we determined an appropriate microwave roasting power and time for peanuts and evaluated its impacts on the quality of peanut butter.Different roasting powers(400 W,800 W and 1200 W)and times(4,4.5,5,and 5.5 min)were preliminarily tested.Among them,800 W at 5 min was the most suitable.The roasting efficiency was further evaluated using color,sensory,bioactive compounds,storage stability,and safety risk factors of peanut butter produced from four peanut cultivars(Silihong,Baisha-1016,Yuanza-9102,and Yuhua-9414).The pre-treated butter obtained from three cultivars(Silihong,Yuanza-9102,and Yuhua-9414)with moisture content between 5%and 7.2%had a similar sensory score(6-7)as the commercial on a 9-point hedonic scale compare to the other.The color of the pre-treated peanut butter varies statistically with the commercial but remained in the recommended range of Hunter L*values of 51-52,respectively,for high initial moisture peanut cultivars.The total polyphenol(35.20-31.59±0.59μmol GAE/g)and tocopherol(19.05±0.35 mg/100 g)content in the butter obtained from three cultivars(Yuahua-9102,Yuhua,and Baisha-1016)and Silihong respectively,were significantly(P<0.05)higher than those in the commercial butter.The induction times of all pre-treated butter(19.80±0.99-7.84±0.07 h)were significantly(P<0.05)longer during storage at accelerated temperature than commercial samples.In addition,no benzo[a]pyrene was found in the pre-treated samples.Collectively,the microwave pretreated peanut butter was superior to the commercial one.These findings provided data support and a reference basis to promote microwave use for peanut butter production.Jefferson G.Degon Chang Zheng Abdeen Elkhedir Bo Yang Qi Zhou Wenlin Li 2021Oil Crop Science2021,6,3:6
9铜绿微囊藻胞内物消毒副产物生成:氯化和溴化比较显示文摘为了研究蓝藻水华期间释放的有机物给原水水质及给水处理过程带来的影响,选取优势藻种铜绿微囊藻的胞内物质(IOM)作为前驱体,分析了其结构特征.此外,分别研究了IOM在pH6.5、7.1及8.4条件下与氯及溴反应后性质的变化及消毒副产物的生成,并进行了相关性分析.结果表明,IOM中以相对分子质量较大的组分(〉30×10^3)为主,其溶解性有机碳(DOC)含量占总量的68.8%.三维荧光光谱(EEM)的结果表明IOM的成分主要以芳香蛋白类物质为主,其单位DOC的荧光强度为92.6AU·L·mg-1.与氯或溴反应后,芳香蛋白类EEM峰值下降了76.6%~93.3%,且其降低值与三卤甲烷(THMs,R2=0.81)和卤乙酸(HAAs,R2=0.77)的生成量正相关.ION与氯或溴反应生成的THMs和HAAs浓度均随着pH的增加而增加.溴相比氯与IOM反应可以生成更多的THMs和HAAs,且HAAs的卤代程度更高,但是氯及溴与IOM反应能力的差异随着pH的升高而逐渐减小,即kOBr·IOM/kOCl·IOM〈kHOBr·IOM/kHOCl·IOM.田川 郭婷婷 刘锐平 William Jefferson 刘会娟 曲久辉 2013环境科学2013,34,11:5

17A GIS-BASED GLACIER INVENTORY FOR THE ANTARCTIC PENINSULA AND THE SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS——A FIRST CASE STUDY ON KING GEORGE ISLAND显示文摘The aim of the international project “Global Land Ice Measurements from Space (GLIMS)' headed by the US Geological Survey is to establish a world wide glacier inventory based on satellite imagery.This data set will form a first digital baseline study for future glacier monitoring.The presented GIS_based glacier inventory for King George Island is a case study for the area of the Antarctic Peninsula.In the database of the glacier inventory topographic information,specific glaciological parameters as well as metadata will be included.The topographic data consists of drainage basin limits,basin areas,altitudinal ranges,perimeters and mean lengths.Glaciological data sets should comprise information on glacier retreat in different periods,glacier velocities,ice thickness and bedrock topography as well as derived parameters.Modelled and measured mass balance parameters could be included as additional data layers.In particular,these metadata records must comprise background information on data accuracy and data sources and should be compatible with a future data model for the King George Island GIS (KGIS).Three examples illustrate that the GLIMS database will not only contain information valuable for glaciological applications,but also other environmental studies on the island will benefit from this standardised remote sensing data sets.Therefore,a very close link between the data models of KGIS and GLIMS has to be established to enable these synergisms.Finally,better access to historic aerial photography would enable a continuous record of glacier retreat from the beginning of the 1950’s onward.Matthias Braun F.Rau Jefferson Cardia Si'非汉字字符'mes 2001Geo-Spatial Information Science2001,4,2:3

19Acaricidal activity of Derris floribunda essential oil and its main constituent显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the acaricidal activity of the essential oil obtained from roots of Derris floribunda(D. floribunda)(Miq.) Benth, and its main constituent nerolidol against the Mexican mite Tetranychus mexicanus(T. mexicanus)(Mc Gregor).Methods: The essential oil from the roots of D. floribunda collected in the Amazon region(Brazil) was obtained by hydrodistillation. Its chemical composition was determined by GC–MS analysis. The acaricidal activities of this essential oil and nerolidol,were evaluated by recording the number of dead females(mortality) and eggs(fertility).Results: The essential oil showed sesquiterpenes as major volatile components. Nerolidol, the main component, represented 68.5% of the total composition of the essential oil. D. floribunda essential oil and nerolidol showed acaricidal activity, with LC_(50) of9.61 mg/m L air and 9.2 mg/m L air, respectively, over a 72 h period. In addition, both the essential oil and nerolidol significantly reduced the fecundity of T. mexicanus.Conclusions: Due to the economic importance of T. mexicanus and the lack of new pesticides, our data are very promising in the search for efficient and safer acaricidal products. 20The 4700 aB.P. volcanic signal detected in Vostok BH8 ice core, Antarctica显示文摘The detailed electrical conductivity measure- ment (ECM), trace chemical compositions and microparti- cles concentration analysis are performed for BH8 ice core from the depth of 126.0m to 130.0m at Vostok Station. At depth 128.7m, a volcanic signal 4726 a B.P. is detected. The volcanic sulphate flux is 95.8 kg·km?2, sulphate peak concen- tration 1352.8 ng·g?1, duration time about 10.1 years, com- parable with some well-known volcanic events.
