1咽喉反流症状指数量表中文版的信度及效度评价显示文摘目的探讨中文版咽喉反流症状指数(Reflux symtomindex,RSI)量表的信度、效度及临床价值。方法自行引进并将RSI量表翻译成中文。门诊接受中文版RSI量表评估患者107例,其中疑诊患咽喉反流性疾病(1aryngopharyngeal reflux disease,LPRD)者72例,非疑诊者35例,1周后均再次填写量表。疑诊患者中的41例和非疑诊患者中的13例(共54例)接受24h咽喉pH检测。经pH检测确诊LPRD患者34例,其中30例给予药物治疗,3个月后再次填写RSI量表。结果RSI量表内部一致性信度分析Cronbaeh’s0/.系数为0.715;重测信度采用Spearman相关分析,各条目及总分的相关系数为0.750—0.971。以pH检测作为诊断LPRD的金标准,RSI量表诊断符合率66.7%,阳性预测值80.8%;区分效度采用两个独立样本Wilcoxon检验,RSI总分比较Z=-3.266,P=0.001,差异有统计学意义。LPRD患者治疗前后自身对照符号秩和检验,各条目与总分的P值均〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论RSI量表中文版具有良好的信度和效度,可作为LPRD诊断的初筛,也可用于LPRD患者治疗后评估疗效的辅助工具。郑杰元 张立红 李晶兢 李进让 Chieh-Fu Jeff Cheng 2012中华耳鼻咽喉头颈外科杂志2012,47,11:96

3利用多尺度CT成像表征致密砂岩微观孔喉结构显示文摘为全面表征致密储集层微观孔喉分布及结构特征,对鄂尔多斯盆地上三叠统延长组致密砂岩储集层样品进行纳米—微米多尺度CT三维成像研究。首先利用低分辨率微米尺度X-CT扫描获取直径为2.54 cm岩心柱内部微米级别孔喉结构特征,然后根据微孔分布特征,制备多个直径为65μm的样品进行高分辨率纳米尺度扫描,重构纳米级微孔三维结构模型,最终计算出样品的孔隙度和渗透率。在微米尺度下,孔喉大小不一,直径为5.4~26.0μm,呈孤立状,局部呈条带状;在纳米尺度下,微孔直径主要为0.4~1.5μm,纳米级微孔数量增多,孔喉为管状、球状,分布于矿物颗粒(晶体)内部或表面。纳米级球状微孔连通性较差,三维空间呈孤立状,多仅作为储集空间,而纳米级短管状微孔具有一定的连通性,与微米级管状微孔和邻近孤立球状纳米微孔具有一定连通性,兼具喉道与孔隙的双重功能。数值计算样品渗透率为0.843×10 3μm2,孔隙度为10%。白斌 朱如凯 吴松涛 杨文静 Jeff Gelb Allen Gu 张响响 苏玲 2013石油勘探与开发2013,40,3:165

5The Open Quantum Materials Database (OQMD): assessing the accuracy of DFT formation energies显示文摘The Open Quantum Materials Database(OQMD)is a high-throughput database currently consisting of nearly 300,000 density functional theory(DFT)total energy calculations of compounds from the Inorganic Crystal Structure Database(ICSD)and decorations of commonly occurring crystal structures.To maximise the impact of these data,the entire database is being made available,without restrictions,at www.oqmd.org/download.In this paper,we outline the structure and contents of the database,and then use it to evaluate the accuracy of the calculations therein by comparing DFT predictions with experimental measurements for the stability of all elemental ground-state structures and 1,670 experimental formation energies of compounds.This represents the largest comparison between DFT and experimental formation energies to date.The apparent mean absolute error between experimental measurements and our calculations is 0.096 eV/atom.In order to estimate how much error to attribute to the DFT calculations,we also examine deviation between different experimental measurements themselves where multiple sources are available,and find a surprisingly large mean absolute error of 0.082 eV/atom.Hence,we suggest that a significant fraction of the error between DFT and experimental formation energies may be attributed to experimental uncertainties.Finally,we evaluate the stability of compounds in the OQMD(including compounds obtained from the ICSD as well as hypothetical structures),which allows us to predict the existence of~3,200 new compounds that have not been experimentally characterised and uncover trends in material discovery,based on historical data available within the ICSD.Scott Kirklin James E Saal Bryce Meredig Alex Thompson Jeff W Doak Muratahan Aykol Stephan Rühl Chris Wolverton 2015npj Computational Materials2015,,1:62

8Exercise guidelines for gestational diabetes mellitus显示文摘The prevalence of gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is increasing worldwide.This disease has many detrimental consequences for the woman,the unborn foetus and child.The management of GDM aims to mediate the effects of hyperglycaemia by controlling blood glucose levels.Along with pharmacology and dietary interventions,exercise has a powerful potential to assist with blood glucose control.Due to the uncertainty of risks and benefits of exercise during pregnancy,women tend to avoid exercise.However,under adequate supervision exercise is both safe and beneficial in the treatment of GDM.Therefore it is vital that exercise is incorporated into the continuum of care for women with GDM.Medical doctors should be able to refer to competently informed exercise professionals to aid in GDM treatment.It is important that exercise treatment is informed by research.Hence,the development of evidence-based guidelines is important to inform practice.Currently there are no guidelines for exercise in GDM.This review aims to assess the efficacy of exercise for the management of GDM in order to establish an exercise prescription guideline specific to the condition.It is recommended that women with GDM should do both aerobic and resistance exercise at a moderate intensity,a minimum of three times a week for 30-60min each time.Cliantha Padayachee Jeff S Coombes 2015World Journal of Diabetes2015,6,8:31

14Feedstock choice,pyrolysis temperature and type influence biochar characteristics:a comprehensive meta-data analysis review显示文摘Various studies have established that feedstock choice,pyrolysis temperature,and pyrolysis type influence final biochar physicochemical characteristics.However,overarching analyses of pre-biochar creation choices and correlations to biochar characteristics are severely lacking.Thus,the objective of this work was to help researchers,biochar-stakeholders,and practitioners make more well-informed choices in terms of how these three major parameters influence the final biochar product.Utilizing approximately 5400 peer-reviewed journal articles and over 50,800 individual data points,herein we elucidate the selections that influence final biochar physical and chemical properties,total nutrient content,and perhaps more importantly tools one can use to predict biochar’s nutrient availability.Based on the large dataset collected,it appears that pyrolysis type(fast or slow)plays a minor role in biochar physico-(inorganic)chemical characteristics;few differences were evident between production styles.Pyrolysis temperature,however,affects biochar’s longevity,with pyrolysis temperatures>500℃ generally leading to longer-term(i.e.,>1000 years)half-lives.Greater pyrolysis temperatures also led to biochars containing greater overall C and specific surface area(SSA),which could promote soil physico-chemical improvements.However,based on the collected data,it appears that feedstock selection has the largest influence on biochar properties.Specific surface area is greatest in wood-based biochars,which in combination with pyrolysis temperature could likely promote greater changes in soil physical characteristics over other feedstock-based biochars.Crop-and other grass-based biochars appear to have cation exchange capacities greater than other biochars,which in combination with pyrolysis temperature could potentially lead to longer-term changes in soil nutrient retention.The collected data also suggest that one can reasonably predict the availability of various biochar nutrients(e.g.,N,P,K,Ca,Mg,Fe,and Cu)based on feedstock choice and total nutrient content.Results can be used to create designer biochars to help solve environmental issues and supply a variety of plant-available nutrients for crop growth.James A.Ippolito Liqiang Cui Claudia Kammann Nicole Wrage‑Mönnig Jose MEstavillo Teresa Fuertes‑Mendizabal Maria Luz Cayuela Gilbert Sigua Jeff Novak Kurt Spokas Nils Borchard 2020Biochar2020,2,4:13

16Laparoscopic resection of gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors presenting as left adrenal tumors显示文摘Gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) are rare gastrointestinal malignancies. They are rarely seen near the urinary tract. In a literature review, only one case of GIST presenting as a left adrenal tumor was reported. We report two documented cases of gastric GISTs mimicking left adrenal tumors which were successfully treated with pure laparoscopic adrenalectomy and wedge resection of the stomach by excising the tumor from the stomach with serial fi ring of endoscopic gastrointestinal staplers. The surgical margins were clear, and the patients recovered smoothly. No adjuvant therapy with imatinib was prescribed. During the surveillance for 9 mo and 44 mo respectively, no tumor recurrence and metastasis were documented. 20Knowledge extraction from Chinese wiki encyclopedias显示文摘The vision of the Semantic Web is to build a 'Web of data' that enables machines to understand the semantics of information on the Web.The Linked Open Data(LOD) project encourages people and organizations to publish various open data sets as Resource Description Framework(RDF) on the Web,which promotes the development of the Semantic Web.Among various LOD datasets,DBpedia has proved a successful structured knowledge base,and has become the central interlinking-hub of the Web of data in English.However,in the Chinese language,there is little linked data published and linked to DBpedia.This hinders the structured knowledge sharing of both Chinese and cross-lingual resources.This paper deals with an approach for building a large-scale Chinese structured knowledge base from Chinese wiki resources,including Hudong and Baidu Baike.The proposed approach first builds an ontology based on the wiki category system and infoboxes,and then extracts instances from wiki articles.Using Hudong as our source,our approach builds an ontology containing 19 542 concepts and 2381 properties.802 593 instances are extracted and described using the concepts and properties in the extracted ontology and 62 679 of them are linked to equivalent instances in DBpedia.As from Baidu Baike,our approach builds an ontology containing 299 concepts,37 object properties,and 5590 data type properties.1 319 703 instances are extracted from Baidu Baike,and 84 343 of them are linked to instances in DBpedia.We provide RDF dumps and SPARQL endpoint to access the established Chinese knowledge bases.The knowledge bases built using our approach can be used not only in Chinese linked data building,but also in many useful applications of large-scale knowledge bases,such as question-answering and semantic search.Zhi-chun WANG Zhi-gang WANG Juan-zi LI Jeff Z.PAN 2012Journal of Zhejiang University-Science C(Computers and Electronics)2012,13,4:11
