| 2 | 2008年汶川地震同震滑移特征、最大滑移量及构造意义显示文摘2008年汶川地震(M_s8.0)形成了迄今为止空间上分布最为复杂、长度最大的逆冲型同震地表破裂带。沿约275km长的地表破裂带的同震滑移及其最大滑移量的确定,对认识和理解汶川地震地表破裂过程及其变形机制具有重要意义。我们沿地表破裂带进行了详细的滑移特征考察及其同震位移测量,发现沿映秀-北川破裂带分布南北两个滑移峰值区段,南段以深溪沟-虹口破裂段为中心,以逆冲为主伴随右旋走滑运动为特征,最大垂直位移量为6.0~6.7m,北段以北川破裂段为中心,以右旋走滑为主伴随逆冲运动为特征,最大垂直位移量为11~12m,南北两滑移峰值区段所代表的两次地表破裂事件与地震波数据反演结果一致。通过对北川段破裂带的精细地形剖面测量,以及地震前后对比,在北川县曲山镇沙坝村一组获得该破裂段的最大右旋水平位移为12~15m,最大垂直位移为11~12m,这是目前世界上一次地震产生的最大同震垂直位移,最大斜向滑移量为14~17m,为整个汶川地震地表破裂最大滑移量,是汶川地震的宏观震中。北川破裂段高角度的地震断裂、逆冲断裂面的倒转作用以及具最大滑移量的强烈变形作用是北川县城遭受到最强的地表破坏和地质灾害的主要原因。具有走滑量和逆冲量近一致(走滑水平位移/逆冲垂直位移比值为1)的斜向逆冲作用可能是山脉快速隆升的重要机制。 | 李海兵 司家亮 付小方 邱祝礼 李宁 J.Van der Woerd 裴军令 王宗秀 侯立玮 吴富峣 | 2009 | 第四纪研究2009,29,3: | 41 |
| 3 | 阿尔金断裂带康西瓦段晚第四纪以来的左旋滑移速率及其大地震复发周期的探讨显示文摘在高分辨率Ikonos卫星影像(1m分辨率)分析基础上,结合野外考察和定量测量,详细研究了阿尔金断裂带西段康西瓦段三十里营房地区晚第四纪以来的变形特征,在三十里营房东侧塔尔萨依吉勒尕河下游地区,断裂切割了一系列发育完好的冲积扇和阶地。6级不同阶地陡坎和邻近冲积扇面上冲沟的左旋位错量分别为251±4m,250±5m,198±4m,22±2m,12±Im和约6m。T2表面的放弃年龄约10.9±0.2ka(^10Be)所限定的位错量22~200m,得到左旋滑移速率为2—18mm/a;而T4阶地的最大累积位错可能达500m,暗示的左旋滑移速率约4—5mm/a。最近一次大地震造成的最新地貌左旋水平位错量约6m,该地震同震地表破裂带沿喀拉喀什河谷延伸长达100km,估算为Mw7.4地震,约12m的位错量可能是公元975—1020年(AMS^14C)以来最近两次大地震的累积同震地表位错,约6m的特征滑移量暗示该地段发生类似约Mw7.4地震的复发周期约370—500a。这些结果表明,在青藏高原北缘,阿尔金断裂带西段为大型的左旋走滑断裂,它吸收了印度/欧亚大陆碰撞产生的较大部分应变,并使高原西部物质向东运移。 | 李海兵 J.Van der Woerd 孙知明 A. -S. | 8 | 青藏高原西北部帕米尔东北缘构造地貌与活动构造研究显示文摘新生代以来,印度板块与欧亚大陆的碰撞和持续的汇聚在青藏高原西北部的帕米尔地区造成了强烈的陆内变形,形成一系列典型的构造地貌。文章在卫片解译、DEM数据处理的基础上,结合野外地质、地貌观察与测量,对帕米尔东北缘的构造地貌与活动构造特征进行了研究,取得以下认识:1)在英吉沙地区,通过测量地貌变形面计算出英吉沙背斜隆起高度约为230m,并利用面积平衡法估算出英吉沙背斜的最小构造缩短量约为110m,参考前人的年代学数据计算出英吉沙背斜在中更新世以来的最低隆升速率约为0.23mm/a,最小构造缩短速率约为0.11mm/a;2)在帕米尔前缘,乌泊尔断裂为一条伴随右旋走滑分量的逆冲断裂,该断裂的右旋走滑作用错断了古近纪地层及流过断裂的河流,通过测量单次地震造成的水系错断量并参考前人研究的该地区大震复发周期约为1000年,估算出该断裂的平均走滑速率为4.0~6.8mm/a,并推测断裂开始活动的时间大约在2.2~3.0Ma以前;3)对喀什地区构造地貌特征的观察与研究表明,明尧勒-喀什背斜和阿图什-踏浪河背斜可能分别为帕米尔东北缘西昆仑山山前冲断带和西南天山山前冲断带的前缘,该地区以西,帕米尔东北缘西昆仑山和西南天山两大构造系统已经发生了碰撞和拼贴。 | 潘家伟 李海兵 J.Van der Woerd 孙知明 裴军令 司家亮 邱祝礼 | 2009 | 第四纪研究2009,29,3: | 13 |

| 10 | 蛛网膜下腔出血的诊断和处理显示文摘蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)的年发病率稳定在6/10万左右,但在日本和芬兰较高。其发病率任何明显的下降都归因于较高的CT打描率,因为通过CT扫描可排除其他出血性疾病。大多数SAH患者的年龄在60岁以下。总体上SAH的危险因素与率中相似,遗传因素只起一小部分作用。总体病死率在50%左右(包括院前死亡),1/3的存活者生活不能自理。突发性爆裂样头痛在SAH诊断中是一个最重要,但并非特异性的特征:一般来说,如果这是惟一的症状,那么10例患者中有9例其病因是无害的。所有患者都必须行CT扫描,如结果阴性,再行腰穿,在SAH的病因中,动脉瘤破裂占85%,非动脉瘤性中脑周围出血(预后良好)占10%,各种罕见病因占5%。检测动脉瘤的导管血管造影正逐步被CT或MR血管造影所替代。入院时临床病情差可能是由原发或再发出血引起的可挽救的并发症,包括颅内血肿、急性脑积水或全脑缺血所致。闭塞动脉瘤能有效预防再出血,但还缺乏评估早期手术(3 d内)和晚期手术(10-12 d)相对益处的对照试验。如动脉瘤的部位和结构许可,血管内闭塞比手术治疗更好。降纤药可降低再出血的危险性,但不会改善总体转归。口服尼莫地平可降低迟发性脑缺血的危险,其他一些得到观察性研究支持的措施包括不限制液体输入和避免使用降压药。一旦出现缺血。 | J.van Gijn | 2004 | 国外医学(脑血管疾病分册)2004,12,3: | 10 |

| 13 | Primary sclerosing cholangitis: Updates in diagnosis and therapy显示文摘Primary sclerosing cholangitis (PSC) is a chronic cholestatic syndrome of unknown origin mostly found in males, and characterized by diffuse inflammation and fibrosis of both intra- and extra-hepatic bile ducts. So far, PSC is considered as an autoimmune hepatobiliary disease. In most cases the progression of PSC towards liver cirrhosis and liver failure is slow but irreversible, and liver transplantation is currently the only definitive treatment. In recent years,PSC has been an area of active research worldwide with great interest in etiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, and therapeutic options such as hydrophilic ursodeoxycholic acid and immunosuppressive agent tacrolimus. | 14 | Digital Earth in support of global change research显示文摘The Digital Earth concept as originally proposed by former US Vice president Al Gore is now well established and widely adopted internationally.Similarly,many researchers world-wide are studying the causes,effects and impacts of Global Change.The authors commence by describing a five-step approach to the development of Digital Earth technologies.This is followed by a detailed account of Digital Earth research and developments in China.The authors then present the research results of Global Change studies carried out in China,based on the Digital Earth approach.These research results are based on a classification of global change regions.This covers the following global change situations:Forest and grassland fires in Northern China,temperate region desertification and dust storms,underground coal fires,deforestation and carbon sequestration,protection and utilisation of wetlands,Avian Influenza and the spread of diseases,Tibet Plateau uplift and sub-tropical monsoon climate region,and sea-level rise.The research results show that the environment does not behave in a way easily understood by the traditional disciplinary approach.Although man is clearly a contributing factor to certain Global Change aspects,such as underground coal fires,desertification,land use changes etc.,many of the aspects of Global Change are naturally occurring phenomena which have been changing over centuries,and will continue to do so,no matter what actions we undertake to reverse these processes.Hence,in their conclusions,the authors propose that the communities involved in Digital Earth modelling and in Global Change research co-operate closer to overcome the limitations inherent in the current‘conventional’scientific approach,where scientists have very much stayed within their respective scientific boundaries.Such an integrated approach will enable us to build the next level of scientific infrastructure required to understand and predict naturally occurring environmental changes,as well as that of coupled humanenvironmental systems. | C.Shupeng J.van Genderen | 2008 | International Journal of Digital Earth2008,1,1: | 6 |

| 17 | Global climate damage in 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios based on BCC_SESM model in IAM framework显示文摘The quantitative functions for climate damages provide theoretical ground for the cost-benefit analysis in climate change economics,and they are also critical for linking climate module with economic module in the Integrated Assessment Models(IAMs).Nevertheless,it is necessary for IAMs to update sectoral climate impacts in order to catch up the advance in climate change studies.This study updates the sectoral climate damage function at global scale from climate Framework for Uncertainty,Negotiation and Distribution(FUND)model and develops the aggregate climate damage function in a bottom-up fashion.Besides conventional sectors such as agriculture,forestry,water resources,energy consumption and ecosystems,this study expands climate disaster types,assesses human health impacts caused by various air pollutants,and updates coastal damage by sea level rise.The Beijing Climate Center Simple Earth System Model(BCC_SESM)is used to project climate system based on Business-as-Usual(BAU)scenario,and the 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios based on RCPs and SSP2 databases.Sectoral results show that the agricultural sector is projected to suffer 63% of the total damage,followed by water resources(16%)and human health(12%)sectors in 2100.The regression results indicate that the aggregate climate damage function is in positive quadratic form for zero discounting.Under BAU scenario,the aggregate climate damage is projected to be 517.7 trillion USD during 2011-2100.Compared to that,the 2℃ and 1.5℃ scenarios are projected to respectively reduce climate damages by 215.6 trillion USD(approximately 41.6%)and 263.5 trillion USD(50.9%)in 2011-2100. | ZHAO Zi-Jian CHEN Xiao-Tong LIU Chang-Yi YANG Fang TAN Xin ZHAO Yang HUANG Han WEI Chao SHI Xue-Li ZHAI Wen GUO Fei Bas J.VAN RUIJVEN | 2020 | Advances in Climate Change Research2020,11,3: | 4 |

| 19 | Utilizing the ultrasensitive Schistosoma up-converting phosphor lateral flow circulating anodic antigen(UCP-LF CAA)assay for sample pooling-strategies显示文摘Background:Methodological applications of the high sensitivity genus-specific Schistosoma CAA strip test,allowing detection of single worm active infections(ultimate sensitivity),are discussed for efficient utilization in sample pooling strategies.Besides relevant cost reduction,pooling of samples rather than individual testing can provide valuable data for large scale mapping,surveillance,and monitoring.Method:The laboratory-based CAA strip test utilizes luminescent quantitative up-converting phosphor(UCP)reporter particles and a rapid user-friendly lateral flow(LF)assay format.The test includes a sample preparation step that permits virtually unlimited sample concentration with urine,reaching ultimate sensitivity(single worm detection)at 100%specificity.This facilitates testing large urine pools from many individuals with minimal loss of sensitivity and specificity.The test determines the average CAA level of the individuals in the pool thus indicating overall worm burden and prevalence.When requiring test results at the individual level,smaller pools need to be analysed with the pool-size based on expected prevalence or when unknown,on the average CAA level of a larger group;CAA negative pools do not require individual test results and thus reduce the number of tests.Results:Straightforward pooling strategies indicate that at sub-population level the CAA strip test is an efficient assay for general mapping,identification of hotspots,determination of stratified infection levels,and accurate monitoring of mass drug administrations(MDA).At the individual level,the number of tests can be reduced i.e.in low endemic settings as the pool size can be increased as opposed to prevalence decrease.Conclusions:At the sub-population level,average CAA concentrations determined in urine pools can be an appropriate measure indicating worm burden.Pooling strategies allowing this type of large scale testing are feasible with the various CAA strip test formats and do not affect sensitivity and specificity.It allows cost efficient stratified testing and monitoring of worm burden at the sub-population level,ideally for large-scale surveillance generating hard data for performance of MDA programs and strategic planning when moving towards transmission-stop and elimination. | Paul L.A.M.Corstjens Pytsje T.Hoekstra Claudia J.de Dood Govert J.van Dam | 2017 | Infectious Diseases of Poverty2017,6,1: | 2 |
