1舟山近海水体和沉积物中多环芳烃分布特征显示文摘2012年,每两个月采集1次浙江省舟山近海水样及表层沉积物样品,检测16种多环芳烃(PAHs)含量.结果表明,舟山近海水体和沉积物中PAHs均存在显著的时空差异性,水体ΣPAHs浓度范围为382.3-816.9 ng·L^-1,平均值为552.5ng·L^-1;沉积物ΣPAHs含量范围为1017.9-3047.1 ng·g ^-1,平均值为2022.4 ng·g ^-1.空间分布上,水体ΣPAHs最大值和最小值分别出现在小洋山和燕窝山海域,而沉积物中分别出现在小洋山和朱家尖南沙海域.时间变化上,水体ΣPAHs最大值和最小值出现在10月和6月,而沉积物中分别出现在8月和6月.PAHs污染来源主要是油类排放和木柴、煤燃烧的共同叠加作用.结合PAHs的生物阈值,利用超标系数法评价舟山近海PAHs的生态风险,结果表明,ΣPAHs存在较低几率的潜在风险,但苊单体存在较高几率的潜在风险,二氢苊和芴可能存在生态风险.对水-沉积物界面PAHs的富集研究表明,舟山近海沉积物中富集了大量PAHs,富集系数(Kd值)岱山岛大于舟山本岛,并与沉积物的PAHs含量分布一致.江敏 Le Huy Tuan 梅卫平 阮慧慧 吴昊 2014环境科学2014,35,7:24

3直流阻容式电压互感器用于直流输电谐波电压测量的研究显示文摘谐波问题的分析与控制是保证高压直流输电系统正常运行的重要内容。为了寻找最适当的测量方法,需要对电压谐波测量进行深入研究。直流电压互感器(DCVT)是测量直流输电系统电压的重要设备。本文介绍与分析了阻容式直流电压互感器的主要组件的特性,如同轴电缆、A/D与D/A转换器、光耦合器,详细分析了分压器的对地杂散电容对电压互感器频率响应的影响,非理想状态下元器件对测量误差的影响。理论分析指出选择一个合适的并联电阻的电容可以减小分压器对地杂散电容的影响,并且可选择精密电阻和电容来减少测量误差。实验结果表明,阻容式直流电压互感器适合直流谐波电压测量,而且测量误差小于0.2%,可达到10k Hz的频率带宽。NGUYEN Phuc Huy 韩民晓 2015电工电能新技术2015,34,3:15

5Real-time in situ three-dimensional integral videography and surgical navigation using augmented reality: a pilot study显示文摘To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of a three-dimensional augmented reality system incorporating integral videography for imaging oral and maxillofacial regions, based on preoperative computed tomography data. Three-dimensional surface models of the jawbones, based on the computed tomography data, were used to create the integral videography images of a subject's maxillofacial area. The three-dimensional augmented reality system (integral videography display, computed tomography, a position tracker and a computer) was used to generate a three-dimensional overlay that was projected on the surgical site via a half-silvered mirror. Thereafter, a feasibility study was performed on a volunteer. The accuracy of this system was verified on a solid model while simulating bone resection. Positional registration was attained by identifying and tracking the patient/surgical instrument's position. Thus, integral videography images of jawbones, teeth and the surgical tool were superimposed in the correct position. Stereoscopic images viewed from various angles were accurately displayed. Change in the viewing angle did not negatively affect the surgeon's ability to simultaneously observe the three-dimensional images and the patient, without special glasses. The difference in three-dimensional position of each measuring point on the solid model and augmented reality navigation was almost negligible (<1 mm); this indicates that the system was highly accurate. 6滴水湖水系表层沉积物中多氯联苯残留与风险评价显示文摘于2012年,每2个月采集一次上海人工滩涂湖泊——滴水湖水系表层沉积物,对其多氯联苯(PCBs)的残留水平进行了检测和分析.结果表明,研究期间闸外引水河和闸内引水河沉积物中7种PCBs的总量各月间变化较大,且总体呈上升趋势,而滴水湖沉积物中其总量四季变化幅度不大;空间分布上,闸外引水河[(844.74±687.62)ng/g]>闸内引水河[(516.83±645.45)ng/g]>>滴水湖[(81.63±72.18)ng/g].研究区PCBs组成以六氯联苯和七氯联苯为主,其次为五氯联苯和三氯联苯.采用主成分分析法对PCBs进行源解析,结果显示:PCBs污染源中进口电容器中PCBs的迁移占43%,油漆添加剂污染占33%;国产电容器和变压器污染占11%.生态风险评估表明,闸外引水河和闸内引水河沉积物PCBs对生物体的暴露有严重威胁;滴水湖沉积物PCBs对生物体的暴露有一定的潜在威胁.与国内外研究相比,闸外引水河和闸内引水河属于严重污染水平,滴水湖属于中等污染水平,相关部门应加强污染监管.梅卫平 阮慧慧 吴昊 LE Huy Tuan 江敏 2014中国环境科学2014,34,8:8

8Cancer and age related colonic crypt deficiencies in cytochrome c oxidase Ⅰ显示文摘AIM: To investigate whether defi ciency of expressionof cytochrome c oxidase I (CcOI) in colonic crypts is associated with colon cancer.METHODS: The pattern and level of expression of CcOI in non-neoplastic colonic crypts,and in dysplastic tissues,was assessed using standard immunohis-tochemical methods.Biopsies were obtained from individuals undergoing colonoscopies for screening purposes or for a medically indicated reason.Tissue samples were also obtained from surgical colonic resections.Samples from resections were taken from colonic mucosa 1 and 10 cm from tumors and from the tumors themselves.Samples were evaluated for frequency of crypts with reduced or absent expression of CcOI.In most crypts the loss was apparent throughout the entire crypt,while in a small minority the loss was segmental.The strong immunoreactivity using this monoclonal antibody makes the scoring unambiguous.The percent of crypts with reduced or absent expression of CcOI or (infrequent) segmented loss of expression was then calculated.Data analyses were performed using SPSS statistical package 17.0.RESULTS: The average frequency of CcOI deficient crypts (CcOI-DC) is low in individuals between 20 and 39 years of age,with 0.48% ± 0.40% CcOI-DC for women and 1.80% ± 0.35% for men.CcOI-DC increases after age 40 years,so that between the ages of 40 and 44 years the average frequency of CcOI- DC goes up to 5.89% ± 0.84% in women and 2.15% ± 1.27% in men.By 80-84 years of age,the average frequency of CcOI-DC goes up in women to 15.77% ± 0.97% and in men to 22.6% ± 0.65%.The increases in CcOI-DC from ages 40-44 years compared to 80-84 years in women and men are significantly different with P < 0.01.For women over age 60 years,deficiency of CcOI expression is greater in those women who have had a cancer in their colon.The frequency of CcOI-DC,measured in men,increased in tissues adjacent to colon cancer,being 4.03% ± 0.27% in individuals free of neoplasia in the age range 55-64 yearsand 14.13% ± 0.35% in resected histologically normal tissue of men with cancer in the same age range,P < 0.001.Similar signifi cant differences were noted in older age ranges.The frequency of CcOI-DC crypts in the cecum and sigmoid colon of an individual are signifi cantly correlated,with an R2 = 0.414 for women and R2 = 0.528 for men,P < 0.001.This suggests that the factors determining the level of CcOI deficiency act throughout the colon.Most defective crypts are in clusters of two or more,a likely consequence of crypt fission.In the non-neoplastic margins of cancers,crypts are frequently defi cient for CcOI,and such crypts may appear in large clusters,some containing more than 100 defi cient crypts.CcOI defi ciency is also apparent in colon cancers and sometimes involves a large section of the tumor.Overall,CcOI deficient cells can be visualized in segments of crypts,in whole crypts that increase in frequency with age,in crypts undergoing f ission,in clusters of crypts where the clusters increase in size with age,in increased frequency near tumors,in large clusters in the intimate margins of tumors,and in the tumors themselves.There is no clear dividing line between early stages that can be considered aspects of aging and later stages that can be considered aspects of the progression to cancer.This ambiguity may re ect a rather general situation leading to adult cancer where the early stages of cellular change appear to be relatively innocuous features of the aging process but over decades may evolve into malignancy.CONCLUSION: CcOI defi cient crypts increase in frequency with age,and clusters of defi cient crypts are associated with,and may give rise to,colon cancer.Carol Bernstein Alexander Facista Huy Nguyen Beryl Zaitlin Nadia Hassounah Cristy Loustaunau Claire Margaret Payne Bhaskar Banerjee Steve Goldschmid V Liana Tsikitis Robert Krouse Harris Bernstein 2010World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology2010,2,12:5
9Inactivation effect of pressurized carbon dioxide on bacteriophage Qβ and ΦX174 as a novel disinfectant for water treatment显示文摘The inactivation effects of pressurized CO2 against bacteriophage Qβ and ΦX174 were investigated under the pressure of 0.3–0.9 MPa, initial concentration of 107–109PFU/mL, and temperature of17.8°C–27.2°C. The optimum conditions were found to be 0.7 MPa and an exposure time of 25 min. Under identical treatment conditions, a greater than 3.3-log reduction in bacteriophage Qβ was achieved by CO2, while a nearly 3.0 log reduction was observed for phage ΦX174. The viricidal effects of N2O(an inactivation gas with similar characteristics to CO2), normal acid(HCl), and CO2 treatment with phosphate buffered saline affirmed the chemical nature of CO2 treatment. The pumping cycle, depressurization rate, and release of intracellular substances caused by CO2 were its viricidal mechanisms. 12STABILITY ANALYSIS OF A COMPUTER VIRUS PROPAGATION MODEL WITH ANTIDOTE IN VULNERABLE SYSTEM显示文摘We study a proposed model describing the propagation of computer virus in the network with antidote in vulnerable system. Mathematical analysis shows that dynamics of the spread of computer viruses is determined by the threshold R_0. If R_0 ≤ 1, the virusfree equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable, and if R_0 > 1, the endemic equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable. Lyapunov functional method as well as geometric approach are used for proving the global stability of equilibria. A numerical investigation is carried out to confirm the analytical results. 13Similar efficacy and safety of tenofovir in Asians and non-Asians with chronic hepatitis B显示文摘AIM:To compare the efficacy and safety of tenofovir disoproxil fumarate(TDF)in Asian and non-Asian chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients.METHODS:The efficacy and safety of the initial 48wk of treatment with TDF was compared in a posthoc analysis of combined data from 217 Asians and299 non-Asians included in Studies 102 and 103and a post-approval,open-label trial(Study 123).Patient groups were compared according to baseline hepatitis B e antigen(HBe Ag)status and viral load.The main outcome measures included the proportion of patients who achieved a hepatitis B virus(HBV)DNA level<400 copies/m L at Week 48 of treatment.Secondary measures included:HBV DNA and alanine aminotransaminase(ALT)levels over time;proportion of patients with normal ALT levels;proportion of patients with HBe Ag loss/seroconversion and proportion of patients with hepatitis B surface antigen loss/seroconversion;changes in liver histology.Safety and tolerability were evaluated by the occurrence of adverse events(AEs),serious AEs,laboratory abnormalities,discontinuation of the study drug due to AEs,or death.The primary efficacy and safety analysis set included all patients who were randomly assigned to treatment and received at least one dose of study drug.RESULTS:At week 48,similar proportions of Asians and non-Asians reached HBV DNA<400 copies/m L(96%of Asian and 97%of non-Asian patients with HBe Ag-negative CHB and 83%of Asian and 79%of non-Asian patients with HBe Ag-positive CHB had HBV DNA)and normal ALT(78%of Asian and 81%of nonAsian patients with HBe Ag-negative CHB and 71%of Asian and 74%of non-Asian patients with HBe Agpositive CHB had normal ALT).On-treatment HBV DNA decline rates were similar between Asians and nonAsians regardless of baseline HBe Ag status and viralload.HBV DNA decline during the first four weeks was2.9 log10 copies/m L in HBe Ag-negative Asians and nonAsians,and in HBe Ag-positive non-Asians,and 3.1log10 copies/m L in HBe Ag-positive Asians.HBe Ag loss and seroconversion was achieved in 14%of Asians vs 26%and 24%,respectively,in non-Asians.Liver histology improved in 77.2%of Asians and 71.5%of non-Asians.No resistance to TDF developed.No renal safety signals were observed.CONCLUSION:TDF demonstrated similar viral suppression,normalization of ALT,improvements in liver fibrosis,and no detectable resistance in Asian and non-Asian patients regardless of baseline HBe Ag status.Calvin Q Pan Sing Chan Huy Trinh Alan Yao Ho Bae Lillian Lou 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,18:4
14Real-time dynamics of soliton triplets in fiber lasers显示文摘The evolution of soliton molecules emphasizes the complex soliton dynamics akin to matter molecules.Beyond the simplest soliton molecule-a soliton pair constituted by two bound pulses-soliton molecules with more constituents have more degrees of freedom because of the temporal pulse separations and relative phases.Here we detailedly characterize the transient dynamics of soliton triplets in fiber lasers by using the dispersive Fourier transform measurement.A particular form of leading,central,and tailing pulses is constructed to shed new light on more intriguing scenarios and fuel the molecular analogy.Especially the vibrating dynamics of the central and tailing pulses are captured near the regime of equally spaced soliton triplets,which is reminiscent of the recurrent timing jitters within multi-pulse structures.Further insights enable acess into a universal form of unequally spaced soliton triplets interpreted as 2+1 soliton molecules.Different binding strengths of intramo-lecular and intermolecular bonds are validated with respect to the diverse internal motions involved in this soliton triplet molcule.All these findings unveil the transient dynamics with more degrees of freedom as well as highlight the possible application for all-optical bit storage.YIYANG LUO RAN XIA PERRY PING SHUM WENJUN NI YUSONG LIU HUY QUOC LAM QIZHEN SUN XIAHUI TANG LUMING ZHAO 2020Photonics Research2020,8,6:3
15Graphene transfer methods: A review显示文摘Graphene is a material with unique properties that can be exploited in electronics, catalysis, energy, and bio-related fields. Although, for maximal utilization of this material, high-quality graphene is required at both the growth process and after transfer of the graphene film to the application-compatible substrate. Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) is an important method for growing high-quality graphene on non-technological substrates (as, metal substrates, e.g., copper foil). Thus, there are also considerable efforts toward the efficient and non-damaging transfer of quality of graphene on to technologically relevant materials and systems. In this review article, a range of graphene current transfer techniques are reviewed from the standpoint of their impact on contamination control and structural integrity preservation of the as-produced graphene. In addition, their scalability, cost- and time-effectiveness are discussed. 17Orange G degradation by heterogeneous peroxymonosulfate activation based on magnetic MnFe_(2)O_(4)/α-MnO_(2) hybrid显示文摘Wastewater containing an azo dye Orange G(OG)causes massive environmental pollution,thus it is critical to develop a highly effective,environmental-friendly,and reusable catalyst in peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation for OG degradation.In this work,we successfully applied a magnetic MnFe_(2)O_(4)/α-MnO_(2) hybrid fabricated by a simple hydrothermal method for OG removal in water.The characteristics of the hybrid were investigated by Xray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,Brunauer–Emmett–Teller method,vibrating sample magnetometry,electron paramagnetic resonance,thermogravimetric analysis,and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The effects of operational parameters(i.e.,catalytic system,catalytic dose,solution pH,and temperature)were investigated.The results exhibited that 96.8% of OG degradation was obtained with MnFe_(2)O_(4)/α-MnO2(1:9)/PMS system in 30 min regardless of solution pH changes.Furthermore,the possible reaction mechanism of the coupling system was proposed,and the degradation intermediates of OG were identified by mass spectroscopy.The radical quenching experiments and EPR tests demonstrated that SO_(4)•̶,O_(2)•̶,and 1O2 were the primary reactive oxygen species responsible for the OG degradation.The hybrid also displayed unusual stability with less than 30%loss in the OG removal after four sequential cycles.Overall,magnetic MnFe2O4/α-MnO2 hybrid could be used as a high potential activator of PMS to remove orange G and maybe other dyes from wastewater.Le Thi Thao To Van Nguyen Van Quy Nguyen Ngoc Man Phan Ki Jae Kim Nguyen Nhat Huy Nguyen Trung Dung 2023Journal of Environmental Sciences2023,,2:3
