| 1 | Research on resolution between multi-component LFM signals in the fractional Fourier domain显示文摘When the initial frequencies and chirp rates of multi-component linear frequency modulation (LFM or chirp) signals are close,the signals may not be distinguished in the fractional Fourier domain (FRFD).Consequently,some signals cannot be detected.In this paper,first,the spectral distribution characteristics of a continuous LFM signal in the FRFD are analyzed,and then the spectral distribution characteristics of a LFM signal in the discrete FRFD are analyzed.Second,the critical resolution distance between the peaks of two LFM signals in the FRFD is deduced,and the relationship between the dimensional normalization parameter and the distance between two LFM signals in the FRFD is also deduced.It is discovered that selecting a proper dimensional normalization parameter can increase the distance.Finally,a method to select the parameter is proposed,which can improve the resolution ability of the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT).Its effectiveness is verified by simulation results. | LIU Feng XU HuiFa TAO Ran WANG Yue | 2012 | Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,6: | 12 |
| 2 | Efficient polysulfide blocker from conductive niobium nitride@graphene for Li-S batteries显示文摘Lithium sulfur batteries are one of the most promising alternative electrochemical systems,but their practical applications are largely hindered by the serious shuttling problems and sluggish redox kinetics.Here,the conductive and polar niobium nitride(NbN)is in-situ introduced onto graphene with ultrasmall size and high dispersion,and their composite is used to construct an efficient lithium polysulfide blocking layer.The graphene helps to construct highly conductive pathways,and niobium nitride serves as the sulfiphilic sites to chemically adsorb the migrating lithium polysulfides and catalyze their redox conversion.Hence,the cells with the Nb N/G interlayers exhibit a long cycle life with a lower capacity decay of 0.096%/cycle at 1 C for 300 cycles and high rate capability of 937 m Ah g^-1 at 2 C.Further coupling with a sulfur/carbon nanofiber electrode,the cell with an ultra-high sulfur loading of 10.8 mg cm^-2 delivers an areal capacity of 12.5 m Ah cm^-2 at 0.1 C. | Huifa Shi Zhenhua Sun Wei Lv Shujie Xiao Huicong Yang Ying Shi Ke Chen Shaogang Wang Bingsen Zhang Quan-Hong Yang Feng Li | 2020 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2020,29,6: | 1 |

| 6 | Adenovirus-mediated tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-3 gene transfection inhibits rabbit intervertebral disc degeneration in vivo显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the inhibitory effects of recombinant adenovirus vector carrying tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-3(RAd-TIMP-3)against degeneration of rabbit intervertebral disc.Thirty Japanese white rabbits of 4 months old were randomly divided into 5 groups.Mild or moderate rabbit lumbar disc degeneration model was constructed with the controllable axial loading device by imposing 98 N pressure at the discs for 2 weeks.Various doses of virus were injected into the degenerated discs as follows:20μL of normal saline in group 1;20μL of RAd66(an empty adenovirus vector,1.0�1010 OPU/mL)in group 2;and 20,10,and 5μL of RAdTIMP-3(1.0�1010 OPU/mL)in groups 3,4,and 5,respectively.Two weeks after the injection,the discs were collected for investigations,including assessment of degeneration degrees according to the Thompson’s grading system,reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)assay for TIMP-3 gene,Safranin O-Fast green staining,and immunohisto-chemical staining for TIMP-3 and type II collagen.According to Thompson’s criteria,the degeneration of groups 3,4,and 5,especially group 3,was alleviated as compared with groups 1 and 2.RT-PCR revealed that the expression of TIMP-3 in groups 3,4,and 5,especially in group 3,was significantly enhanced as compared with group 1(P<0.01).Both Safranin O-Fast green staining and type II collagen staining demonstrated better reserved integrity of disc matrix in groups 3,4,and 5 than in groups 1 and 2.TIMP-3 staining exhibited an obvious increase of positive-staining rate in groups 3,4,and 5 as compared with group 1.The positive-staining rate in group 3(79.42%�1.35%)was about 3 times that of group 1(25.47%�5.46%,P<0.01).RAdTIMP-3 can effectively protect the matrix of rabbit intervertebral disc against overloading-induced degeneration in a dose-dependent manner,resulting in the alleviation of disc degeneration. | Xudong YU Zengwu SHAO Liming XIONG Weiwei XU Hezhong WANG Huifa XU | 2009 | Frontiers of Medicine2009,3,4: | 1 |
