1海口市海岸带生态系统服务及其时空变异显示文摘海岸带位于陆地、海洋交汇地带,有着重要的生态价值,但也是生态环境较为脆弱的地区。以海口市为研究区,研究海口市海岸带生态系统服务及其时空变异。基于1990、1995、2004和2012年4期Landsat TM影像得到土地利用覆盖数据;采用基于当量因子的生态系统服务价值评价方法,结合海口市实际情况,构建了海口市海岸带生态系统服务价值动态评估模型;借助GIS空间分析技术,应用局部空间自相关模型,定量研究了生态系统服务价值(ESV)的时空变异特征。研究结果表明:(1)在生态系统服务的总值方面,过去20多年的ESV整体变化不大,但近年来ESV有所降低,生态环境出现退化趋势。(2)在生态系统服务的时空变异方面,海口市海岸带ESV的空间正相关性显著,空间集聚程度较高,高值区主要集中于中心城区西部和东寨港周围,低值区主要集中于中心城区;近来,在发展城市经济和保护生态环境的双重作用下,位于中心城区的低值区和位于东寨港红树林自然保护区的高值区都有所辐射扩张。喻露露 张晓祥 李杨帆 赵杏杏 马生全 Huhua Cao 曹均阔 2016生态学报2016,36,8:33
2Studying the urban hierarchical pattern and spatial structure of China using a synthesized gravity model显示文摘The Gravity Model(GM), one of the most classic models adopted by the domain of social sciences from physics, has been widely used to study the interactions between social identities. Previous research that has used the Gravity Model to study the interactions among cities have mostly used a single variable, such as population or GDP, to represent a city, which does not provide a comprehensive depiction of a city's influence. This paper develops a Synthesized Gravity Model(SGM) based on the traditional Gravity Model to study the evolution of the hierarchy of the Chinese urban system since the mid-1990 s. Under this model, socioeconomic variables are synthesized and are represented by the Influential Factor, while the Function Distance is derived from a Network Analysis that is based on multiple transportation methods. As an improvement on the GM, the SGM is used to accurately establish and represent the nodal structure of China's urban system, the evolution of its hierarchical structure,and the relationships that exist between the nodal structure and socioeconomic factors. The results based on the SGM indicate that China's national urban system is characterized by the emergence of urban clusters with stronger inter-city interactions since the 1990 s. However, the development among cities within certain urban clusters is not even, although the general pattern indicates a lessening inequality amongst cities. Spatially, while most cities at the top of the hierarchy are located in Eastern China, cities in the center and the west of the country are also gaining higher positions in the hierarchy over time. 4Genetic dissection of husk number and length across multiple environments and fine-mapping of a major-effect QTL for husk number in maize(Zea mays L.)显示文摘Husk number(HN)and husk length(HL)influence the mechanical harvesting of maize grain.We investigated the genetic basis of HN and HL using a population of 204 recombinant inbred lines phenotypically evaluated in five environments.The two husk traits showed broad phenotypic variation and high heritability.Nine stable quantitative trait loci(QTL)were identified by single-environment mapping,comprising four QTL for HN and five for HL,and three QTL explained>10%of the phenotypic variation.Joint mapping revealed 22 additive QTL and 46 epistatic QTL.Both additive and epistatic(additive×additive)effects as well as a few large-effect QTL and some minor-effect QTL appeared to contribute to the genetic architecture of HN and HL.The QTL for HN located on chromosome 7,q HN7,which accounted for^20%of phenotypic variation,was detected in all five environments.q HN7 was fine-mapped to a 721.1 kb physical region based on the maize B73 Ref Gen_v3 genome assembly.Within this interval,four genes associated with plant growth and development were selected as candidate genes.The results will be useful for improvement of maize husk traits by molecular breeding and provide a basis for the cloning of q HN7.Guangfei Zhou Yuxiang Mao Lin Xue Guoqing Chen Huhua Lu Mingliang Shi Zhenliang Zhang Xiaolan Huang Xudong Song Derong Hao 2020The Crop Journal2020,8,6:2

11Urbanization in Western China显示文摘China has experienced considerable urbanization in the past 60 years,especially since the implementation of the Economic Reform and Opening-up Policy in 1978.In 1949,there were only 132 cities with an urban population of 27.4 million,while in 2008 China had 652 cities with a total urban population of 606 million.Such urbanization is attributed to the boost in the number of cities and the urban population.Urban expansion enhanced geographic inequality between the three major regions in China.Compared with the eastern and central regions,western China only has 19%of the total cities and 18%of the urban population.The urbanization rate was 37.2%for the western region in 2008,while it reached 53.3%for the eastern regions and 45.3%for central China.Using a geographic information system(GIS)and statistical analyses,this study aims at explaining the structure and spatial development of urbanization,and highlighting the current issues of urban inequality in western China during the past two decades.The paper drew following conclusions:(1)Urbanization disparities between eastern and western China have become increasingly obvious,but seem to be evolving slowly since the establishment of the government's Western Development Priority Policy in 2000.(2)Cities of various sizes were expanded in western China,and the main factors affecting the urbanization are population numbers and density,government investment and geographic conditions.(3)Current patterns of urbanization in the western region are distributed unevenly between provinces.Anwaer Maimaitiming Zhang Xiaolei Cao Huhua 2013Chinese Journal of Population,Resources and Environment2013,11,1:0
