4Mn-based MXene with high lithium-ion storage capacity显示文摘3d-transition metal(Fe,Co,Ni,and Mn)-based MXene materials have been predicted to demonstrate exceptional electrochemical performance because of their good electrical conductivity and the presence of metallic atoms with multiple charge states.However,until now,there have been no reports on MXenes based on Fe,Co,Ni,and Mn,due to the lack of 3d-metal-layered precursors.Herein,we successfully synthesized the first 3d-transition metal-based MXenes,Mn_(2)CT_(x) by exfoliating a layered precursor derived from the anti-perovskite bulk Mn3GaC.The as-prepared Mn_(2)CT_(x) MXene nanosheets were employed as anode materials in lithium-ion batteries,which exhibited stable storage capacity of 764.7 mAh·g^(-1) at 0.5 C,placing its storage capacities at an upper-middle level compared with other reported MXene materials as well as other Mn-based anode materials.Overall,this study opens a new avenue for MXene research by synthesizing 3d-transition metal-based MXenes for electrochemical applications.Yanyan Wu Dongqing Liu Xiaonan Wang Usman Ghani Muhammad Asim Mushtaq Jinfeng Yang Huarui Sun Panagiotis Tsiakaras Xingke Cai 2024Nano Research2024,17,5:0
5Efficient thermal dissipation in wafer-scale heterogeneous integration of single-crystalline��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin film on SiC显示文摘The semiconductor,β-Ga_(2)O_(3)is attractive for applications in high power electronic devices with low conduction loss due to its ultra-wide bandgap(∼4.9 eV)and large Baliga’s figure of merit.However,the thermal conductivity of��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)is much lower than that of other wide/ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors,such as SiC and GaN,which results in the deterioration of��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based device performance and reliability due to self-heating.To overcome this problem,a scalable thermal management strategy was proposed by heterogeneously integrating wafer-scale single-crystalline��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films on a highly thermally conductive SiC substrate.Characterization of the transferred��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin film indicated a uniform thickness to within±2.01%,a smooth surface with a roughness of 0.2 nm,and good crystalline quality with an X-ray rocking curves(XRC)full width at half maximum of 80 arcsec.Transient thermoreflectance measurements were employed to investigate the thermal properties.The thermal performance of the fabricated��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/SiC heterostructure was effectively improved in comparison with that of the��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)bulk wafer,and the effective thermal boundary resistance could be further reduced to 7.5 m 2 K/GW by a post-annealing process.Schottky barrier diodes(SBDs)were fabricated on both a��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/SiC heterostructured material and a��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)bulk wafer.Infrared thermal imaging revealed the temperature increase of the SBDs on��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/SiC to be one quarter that on the��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)bulk wafer with the same applied power,which suggests that the combination of the��-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin film and SiC substrate with high thermal conductivity promotes heat dissipation in��β-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based devices.Wenhui Xu Tiangui You Yibo Wang Zhenghao Shen Kang Liu Lianghui Zhang Huarui Sun Ruijie Qian Zhenghua An Fengwen Mu Tadatomo Suga Genquan Han Xin Ou Yue Hao Xi Wang 2021Fundamental Research2021,1,6:0
6Enriched electrophilic oxygen species facilitate acidic oxygen evolution on Ru-Mo binary oxide catalysts显示文摘The polymer electrolyte membrane(PEM)electrolyzers are burdened with costly iridium(Ir)-based catalysts and high operation overpotentials for the oxygen evolution reaction(OER).The development of earth-abundant,highly active,and durable electrocatalysts to replace Ir is a critical step in reducing the cost of green hydrogen production.Here we develop a Ru5Mo4Ox binary oxide catalyst that exhibits high activity and stability in acidic OER.The electron-withdrawing property of Mo enriches the electrophilic surface oxygen species,which promotes acidic OER to proceed via the adsorbate evolution pathway.As a result,we achieve a 189 mV overpotential at 10 mA·cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 48.8 mV·dec^(-1).Our catalyst demonstrates a substantial 18-fold increase in intrinsic activity,as evaluated by turnover frequency,compared to commercially available RuO_(2) and IrO_(2) catalysts.Moreover,we report a stable OER operation at 10 mA·cm^(-2) for 100 h with a low degradation rate of 2.05 mV·h^(-1).Yaya Wang Yunzhou Wen Yumeng Cheng Xinhong Chen Mengjiao Zhuansun Tongbao Wang Jun Li Debora Meira Huarui Sun Jun Wei Jia Zhou Yuhang Wang Sisi He 2024Nano Research2024,17,3:0
7miRNA sequencing analysis of healthy and atretic follicles of chickens revealed that miR-30a-5p inhibits granulosa cell death via targeting Beclin1显示文摘Background:The egg production performance of chickens is affected by many factors,including genetics,nutrition and environmental conditions.These factors all play a role in egg production by affecting the development of follicles.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are important non-coding RNAs that regulate biological processes by targeting genes or other non-coding RNAs after transcription.In the animal reproduction process,miRNA is known to affect the development and atresia of follicles by regulating apoptosis and autophagy of granulosa cells(GCs).Results:In this study,we identified potential miRNAs in the atretic follicles of broody chickens and unatretic follicles of healthy chickens.We identified gga-miR-30a-5p in 50 differentially expressed miRNAs and found that gga-miR-30a-5p played a regulatory role in the development of chicken follicles.The function of miR-30a-5p was explored through the transfection test of miR-30a-5p inhibitor and miR-30a-5p mimics.In the study,we used qPCR,western blot and flow cytometry to detect granulosa cell apoptosis,autophagy and steroid hormone synthesis.Confocal microscopy and transmission electron microscopy are used for the observation of autophagolysosomes.The levels of estradiol(E2),progesterone(P4),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were detected by ELISA.The results showed that miR-30a-5p showed a negative effect on autophagy and apoptosis of granulosa cells,and also contributed in steroid hormones and reactive oxygen species(ROS)production.In addition,the results obtained from the biosynthesis and dual luciferase experiments showed that Beclin1 was the target gene of miR-30a-5p.The rescue experiment conducted further confirmed that Beclin1 belongs to the miR-30a-5p regulatory pathway.Conclusions:In summary,after deep miRNA sequencing on healthy and atretic follicles,the results indicated that miR-30a-5p inhibits granulosa cell death by inhibiting Beclin1.Haorong He Dongmei Li Yongtong Tian Qinyao Wei Felix Kwame Amevor Congjiao Sun Chunlin Yu Chaowu Yang Huarui Du Xiaosong Jiang Menggen Ma Can Cui Zhichao Zhang Kai Tian Yao Zhang Qing Zhu Huadong Yin 2022Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2022,13,5:0
8Reliable and broad-range layer identification of Au-assisted exfoliated large area MoS_(2)and WS_(2)using reflection spectroscopic fingerprints显示文摘The emerging Au-assisted exfoliation technique enables the production of a wealth of large-area and high-quality ultrathin two dimensional(2D)crystals.Fast,damage-free,and reliable determination of the layer number of such 2D films can greatly promote layer-dependent physical studies and device applications.Here,an optical method has been developed for simple,high throughput,and accurate determination of the layer number for Au-assisted exfoliated MoS_(2)and WS_(2)films in a broad thickness range.The method is based on quantitative analysis of layer-dependent white light reflection spectra(WLRS),revealing that the intensity of exciton-induced reflection peaks can be used as a clear indicator for identifying the layer number.The simple yet robust method will facilitate fundamental studies on layer-dependent optical,electrical,and thermal properties and device applications of 2D materials.The technique can also be readily combined with photoluminescence(PL)and Raman spectroscopies to study other layer-dependent physical properties of 2D materials.Bo Zou Yu Zhou Yan Zhou Yanyan Wu Yang He Xiaonan Wang Jinfeng Yang Lianghui Zhang Yuxiang Chen Shi Zhou Huaixin Guo Huarui Sun 2022Nano Research2022,15,9:0
