1Cloning and expression profiles of 15 genes encoding WRKY transcription factor in wheat (Triticum aestivem L.)显示文摘WRKY proteins are involved in various physiological processes,including biotic and abiotic stress responses,hormone responses and development.However,no systematic identification,expression and function analysis of WRKY genes in wheat were reported.In this study,we isolated 15 wheat cDNAs with complete open reading frame(ORF)encoding putative WRKY proteins using in silico cloning.Phylogenetic analysis indicated that the 15 wheat WRKY genes belonged to three major WRKY groups.Expression analysis revealed that most genes expressed drastically in leaf,except TaWRKY10 which expressed in crown intensively.Four genes were strongly up-reg-ulated with the senescence of leaves.Eight genes were responsive to low temperature,high temperature,NaCl or PEG treatment.More-over,dierential expression patterns were also observed between wheat hybrid and its parents,and some genes were more responsive to PEG treatment in the hybrid.These results demonstrated that wheat WRKY genes are involved in leaf senescing and abiotic stresses.And the changed expression of these WRKY genes in hybrid might contribute to the heterosis by improving the stress tolerance in hybrids.Hualing Wu Zhongfu Ni Yingyin Yao Ganggang Guo Qixin Sun 2008Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2008,18,6:34
2Urban traffic congestion propagation and bottleneck identification显示文摘Bottlenecks in urban traffic network are sticking points in restricting network collectivity traffic efficiency. To identify network bottlenecks effectively is a foundational work for improving network traffic condition and preventing traffic congestion. In this paper, a congestion propagation model of urban network traffic is proposed based on the cell transmission model (CTM). The proposed model includes a link model, which describes flow propagation on links, and a node model, which represents link-to-link flow propagation. A new method of estimating average journey velocity (AJV) of both link and network is developed to identify network congestion bottlenecks. A numerical example is studied in Sioux Falls urban traffic network. The proposed model is employed in simulating network traffic propagation and congestion bottleneck identification under different traffic demands. The simulation results show that continual increase of traffic demand is an immediate factor in network congestion bottleneck emergence and increase as well as reducing network collectivity capability. 3Genome-wide association analysis identified molecular markers associated with important tea flavor-related metabolites显示文摘The characteristic secondary metabolites in tea(theanine,caffeine,and catechins)are important factors contributing to unique tea flavors.However,there has been relatively little research on molecular markers related to these metabolites.Thus,we conducted a genome-wide association analysis of the levels of these tea flavor-related metabolites in three seasons.The theanine,caffeine,and catechin levels in Population 1 comprising 191 tea plant germplasms were examined,which revealed that their heritability exceeded 0.5 in the analyzed seasons,with the following rank order(highest to lowest heritabilities):(+)-catechin>(−)-gallocatechin gallate>caffeine=(−)-epicatechin>(−)-epigallocatechin-3-gallate>theanine>(−)-epigallocatechin>(−)-epicatechin-3-gallate>catechin gallate>(+)-gallocatechin.The SNPs detected by amplified-fragment SNP and methylation sequencing divided Population 1 into three groups and seven subgroups.An association analysis yielded 307 SNP markers related to theanine,caffeine,and catechins that were common to all three seasons.Some of the markers were pleiotropic.The functional annotation of 180 key genes at the SNP loci revealed that FLS,UGT,MYB,and WD40 domain-containing proteins,as well as ATP-binding cassette transporters,may be important for catechin synthesis.KEGG and GO analyses indicated that these genes are associated with metabolic pathways and secondary metabolite biosynthesis.Moreover,in Population 2(98 tea plant germplasm resources),30 candidate SNPs were verified,including 17 SNPs that were significantly or extremely significantly associated with specific metabolite levels.These results will provide a foundation for future research on important flavor-related metabolites and may help accelerate the breeding of new tea varieties.Kaixing Fang Zhiqiang Xia Hongjian Li Xiaohui Jiang Dandan Qin Qiushuang Wang Qing Wang Chendong Pan Bo Li Hualing Wu 2021Horticulture Research2021,8,1:10
4The role of chloroplast NAD(P)H dehydrogenase in protection of tobacco plant against heat stress显示文摘After incubation at 42℃ for more than 48 h, brown damages occurred on the stems of tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) ndhC-ndhK-ndhJ deletion mutant (?ndhCKJ), followed by wilt of the leaves, while less the phenotype was found in its wild type (WT). Analysis of the kinetics of post-illumination rise in chlorophyll fluorescence indicated that the PSI cyclic electron flow and the chlororespiration mediated by NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (NDH) was significantly enhanced in WT under the high temperature. After leaf disks were treated with methyl viologen (MV), photosynthetic apparatus of ?ndhCKJ exhibited more severe photo-oxidative damage, even bleaching of chlorophyll. Analysis of P700 oxidation and reduction showed that the NDH mediated cyclic electron flow probably functioned as an electron competitor with Mehler reaction, to reduce the accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS). When leaf disks were heat stressed at 42℃ for 6 h, the photochemical activity declined more markedly in ?ndhCKJ than in WT, accompanied with more evident decrease in the amount of soluble Rubisco activase. In addition, the slow phase of millisecond-delayed light emission (ms-DLE) of chlorophyll fluorescence indicated that NDH was involved in the building-up of transthy-lakoid proton gradient (?pH), while the consumption of ?pH was highly inhibited in ?ndhCKJ after heat stress. 5Algal toxicity induced by effluents from textiledyeing wastewater treatment plants显示文摘This research aimed to evaluate the alga Scenedesmus obliquus toxicity induced by textiledyeing effluents(TDE).The toxicity indicator of TDE in alga at the physiological(algal growyth),biochemical(chlorophyll-a(Chl-a)synthesis and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity)and structural(cell membrane integrity)level were investigated.Then we further study the relationship among toxicity indicators at physiological and biochemical level,and supplemented by research on algal biomacromolecules.According to the analysis of various endpoints of the alga,the general sensitivity sequence of toxicity endpoints of Scenedesmus obliquus was:SOD activity>Chl-a synthesis>algal growth.The stimulation rate of SOD activity increased from day 3(57.25%~83.02%)to day 6(57.25%~103.81%),and then decreased on day 15(-4.23%^-32.96%),which indicated that the antioxidant balance system of the algal cells was destroyed.The rate of Chl-a synthesis inhibition increased gradually,reaching19.70%~79.39%on day 15,while the rate of growth inhibition increased from day 3(-12.90%~10.16%)to day 15(-21.27%~72.46%).Moreover,the algal growth inhibition rate was positively correlated with the inhibition rate of SOD activity or Chl-a synthesis,with the correlation coefficients were 0.6713 and 0.5217,respectively.Algal cells would be stimulating to produce excessive reactive oxygen species,which would cause peroxidation in the cells,thereby destroying chloroplasts,inhibiting chlorophyll synthesis and reducing photosynthesis.With increasing exposure time,irreversible damage to algae can lead to death.This study is expected to enhance our understanding of the ecological risks through algal tests caused by TDE.Hualing Cai Jieying Liang Xun-an Ning Xiaojun Lai Yang Li 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,5:6

8Low concentrations of NaHSO_3 enhance NAD(P)H dehydrogenasedependent cyclic photophosphorylation and alleviate the oxidative damage to improve photosynthesis in tobacco显示文摘Bisulfite at low concentrations(L-NaHSO3) increases cyclic electron transport around photosystem I(PSI) and photosynthesis.However,little is known regarding the detailed contribution of cyclic electron transport to the promoted photosynthesis by L-NaHSO3.In the present work,we used tobacco mutant defective in ndhC-ndhK-ndhJ(ndhCKJ) to investigate the role of NAD(P)H dehydrogenase(NDH)-dependent cyclic electron transport around PSI in an increase in photosynthesis by L-NaHSO3.After the treatment of tobacco leaves with L-NaHSO3(10 μmol L-1),the NDH-dependent cyclic electron transport,monitored by a transient post-illumination increase in Chl fluorescence and the amount of NDH,was notably up-regulated in wild type(WT).The NDH-dependent cyclic electron transport was severely impaired in ndhCKJ and was not significantly affected by treatment with L-NaHSO3.Accordingly,the NDH-dependent transthylakoid membrane proton gradient(pH),as reflected by the slow phase of millisecond-delayed light emission(ms-DLE),was increased by L-NaHSO3 in WT,but not in ndhCKJ;the enhancement of cyclic photophosphorylation(PSP) activity by L-NaHSO3 was more obvious in WT than ndhCKJ.The accumulation of both superoxide and hydrogen peroxide was reduced in WT when subjected to L-NaHSO3 treatment,but not in ndhCKJ.Furthermore,the increase of photosynthetic O 2 evolution rate by L-NaHSO3 was more significant in WT than in ndhCKJ.We therefore conclude that L-NaHSO3 alleviates the photo-oxidative damage by the enhancement of NDH-dependent cyclic PSP,thereby improving photosynthesis.WU YanXia HE Wei MA WeiMin SHEN YunKang MI HuaLing 2012Chinese Science Bulletin2012,57,30:5
9Incident-based traffic congestion control strategy显示文摘Traffic incident happens frequently in urban traffic network and it affects normal operation of traffic system seriously so that study on incident-based congestion control strategies is very important. This study addresses the problem of the temporary vehicle movement bans design under incident-based traffic congestion situation. A bi-level programming model is proposed to formulate this problem. The upper level problem is to minimize the total travel cost in the view of traffic management agencies, and the lower level problem is to present travelers’ dynamic route choice behavior under temporary vehicle movement bans using the simulation of cell transmission model, then a genetic algorithm is employed to solve the proposed bi-level programming model. 11ATPG is required for the accumulation and function of chloroplast ATP synthase in Arabidopsis显示文摘The subunit Ⅱ of chloroplast ATP synthase is one of the two peripheral stalks, which associates the catalytic CF1 with mem-brane-spanning CFo . Although the structural and functional roles of chloroplast ATP synthase have been extensively examined, the physiological significance of subunit Ⅱ in vivo is still unclear. In this work, we identified one Arabidopsis T-DNA insertion mutant of atpG gene encoding the subunit Ⅱ of chloroplast ATP synthase. The atpg null mutant displayed an albino lethal pheno-type, as it could not grow photoautotrophically. Transmission electron microscopy analysis showed that chloroplasts of atpg lacked the organized thylakoid membranes. Loss of subunit Ⅱ affected the accumulation of CF1-CFo complex, however, it did not seem to have an effect on the CF1 assembly. The light induced ATP formation of atpg was significantly reduced compared with the wild type. 13Enhancement of Ti-Cr-V BCC alloys on the dehydrogenation kinetics of Li-Mg-N-H hydrogen storage materials显示文摘The hydrogen storage properties of a Li-Mg-N-H material doped by a 4 mol.% Ti3Cr3V4 body centre cubic(BCC) alloy hydride and prepared with a ball-milling method were investigated by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and Sievert's technology test.The results show that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride/Li-Mg-N-H composite has good reversible hydrogen storage properties.The dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system can be greatly improved by doping the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy hydride.The composite desorbed 4.1 wt.% hydrogen in the first 60 min at 473 K under 0.1 MPa pressure,but when without the BCC alloy addition,only 3.0 wt.% hydrogen was desorbed under the same dehydrogenation condition.It can be deduced that the Ti3Cr3V4 BCC alloy uniformly distributed in the Li-Mg-N-H substrate could decrease the activating energy of hydrogen molecules to H atoms and increase H diffusion paths in the composite,enhancing the dehydrogenation kinetics of the Li-Mg-N-H system.WANG Jingchuan,LI Zhinian,LI Hualing,MI Jing,Lü Fang,WANG Shumao,LIU Xiaopeng,and JIANG Lijun General Research Institute for Nonferrous Metals,Beijing 100088,China 2010Rare Metals2010,29,6:3
14Extraction mechanism of rare earths from chloride acidic solution with ammonium-bifunctionalized ionic liquid extractants显示文摘A series of ammonium-bifunctionalized ionic liquid extractants(ammonium-Bif-ILEs) combined with a number of anions, including carboxylic acids and 1,3-diketonates, have been prepared and studied in this report. Their extraction behavior and properties toward rare earth ions(REs(Ⅲ)) are systematically investigated in chloride media as a function of important parameters such as aqueous phase p H, salting-out agent concentrations, and extraction temperature. The separation performance of ammonium-Bif-ILEs toward REs(Ⅲ) are systematically discussed. The results demonstrate that ammonium-Bif-ILEs have a synergistic effect between the cation and anions in separation of REs(Ⅲ). The influences of different anions on separation factor(b) values are further studied. 15Unraveling the size distributions of surface properties for purple soil and yellow soil显示文摘Soils contain diverse colloidal particles whose properties are pertinent to ecological and human health, whereas few investigations systematically analyze the surface properties of these particles. The objective of this study was to elucidate the surface properties of particles within targeted size ranges(i.e. > 10, 1–10, 0.5–1, 0.2–0.5 and < 0.2 μm) for a purple soil(Entisol) and a yellow soil(Ultisol) using the combined determination method. The mineralogy of corresponding particle-size fractions was determined by X-ray diffraction.We found that up to 80% of the specific surface area and 85% of the surface charge of the entire soil came from colloidal-sized particles(< 1 μm), and almost half of the specific surface area and surface charge came from the smallest particles(< 0.2 μm). Vermiculite,illite, montmorillonite and mica dominated in the colloidal-sized particles, of which the smallest particles had the highest proportion of vermiculite and montmorillonite. For a given size fraction, the purple soil had a larger specific surface area, stronger electrostatic field, and higher surface charge than the yellow soil due to differences in mineralogy.Likewise, the differences in surface properties among the various particle-size fractions can also be ascribed to mineralogy. Our results indicated that soil surface properties were essentially determined by the colloidal-sized particles, and the < 0.2 μm nanoparticles made the largest contribution to soil properties. 17Adaptive adjustment of iterative learning control gain matrix in harsh noise environment显示文摘For the robustness problem of open-loop P-type iterative learning control under the influence of measurement noise which is inevitable in actual systems,an adaptive adjustment algorithm of iterative learning nonlinear gain matrix based on error amplitude is proposed and two nonlinear gain functions are given. Then with the help of Bellman-Gronwall lemma,the robustness proof is derived.At last,an example is simulated and analyzed. 19Temperature‑Arousing Self‑Powered Fire Warning E‑Textile Based on p-n Segment Coaxial Aerogel Fibers for Active Fire Protection in Firefighting Clothing显示文摘Firefighting protective clothing is a crucial protective equipment for firefighters to minimize skin burn and ensure safety firefighting operation and rescue mission.A recent increasing concern is to develop self-powered fire warning materials that can be incorporated into the firefighting clothing to achieve active fire protection for firefighters before the protective clothing catches fire on fireground.However,it is still a challenge to facilely design and manufacture thermoelectric(TE)textile(TET)-based fire warning electronics with dynamic surface conformability and breathability.Here,we develop an alternate coaxial wet-spinning strategy to continuously produce alternating p/n-type TE aerogel fibers involving n-type Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)MXene and p-type MXene/SWCNT-COOH as core materials,and tough aramid nanofiber as protective shell,which simultaneously ensure the flexibility and high-efficiency TE power generation.With such alternating p/n-type TE fibers,TET-based self-powered fire warning sensors with high mechanical stability and wearability are successfully fabricated through stitching the alternating p-n segment TE fibers into aramid fabric.The results indicate that TET-based fire warning electronics containing 50 p-n pairs produce the open-circuit voltage of 7.5 mV with a power density of 119.79 nW cm-2 at a temperature difference of 300℃.The output voltage signal is then calculated as corresponding surface temperature of firefighting clothing based on a linear relationship between TE voltage and temperature.The fire alarm response time and flame-retardant properties are further displayed.Such self-powered fire warning electronics are true textiles that offer breathability and compatibility with body movement,demonstrating their potential application in firefighting clothing.Hualing He Yi Qin Zhenyu Zhu Qing Jiang Shengnan Ouyang Yuhang Wan Xueru Qu Jie Xu Zhicai Yu 2023Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,12:1
