| 1 | Study on multi-size seed-metering device for vertical plate soybean precision planter显示文摘Aiming to solve the problem of small range of the appropriately sowing seeds existing in a vertical disc seed-metering device,the planter plate series with four sizes were developed according to the variety and size distribution of all soybeans in China.The structure and working principle of the vertical disc soybean seed-metering device were detailed,and the influence of the diameter of soybean on the working performance of the seed-metering device was analyzed through the software EDEM virtual simulation,so as to achieve the goal of covering the soybean seeds with all sizes by the minimum planter plate series as well as to obtain the most appropriate operating speed of each planter plate by optimization.For the planter plates with the hole diameter of 7,9,12,16 mm,the appropriate size ranges of sowing seeds are 4.5-6.0,6.0-8.0,8.0-10.5,10.5-13.0 mm,respectively,and the appropriate operating speeds are 9,8,7,6 km/h,respectively.The results show that this planter plate series can meet the requirements of seeding with all sizes of soybeans at the range of the most appropriate operating speed.The study method can provide a reference for design and optimization of precision planters. | Liu Hongxin Guo Lifeng Fu Lulu Tang Shifa | 2015 | International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2015,8,1: | 13 |
| 2 | Signaling pathways and targeted therapy for myocardial infarction显示文摘Although the treatment of myocardial infarction(MI)has improved considerably,it is still a worldwide disease with high morbidity and high mortality.Whilst there is still a long way to go for discovering ideal treatments,therapeutic strategies committed to cardioprotection and cardiac repair following cardiac ischemia are emerging.Evidence of pathological characteristics in MI illustrates cell signaling pathways that participate in the survival,proliferation,apoptosis,autophagy of cardiomyocytes,endothelial cells,fibroblasts,monocytes,and stem cells.These signaling pathways include the key players in inflammation response,e.g.,NLRP3/caspase-1 and TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB;the crucial mediators in oxidative stress and apoptosis,for instance,Notch,Hippo/YAP,RhoA/ROCK,Nrf2/HO-1,and Sonic hedgehog;the controller of myocardial fibrosis such as TGF-β/SMADs and Wnt/β-catenin;and the main regulator of angiogenesis,PI3K/Akt,MAPK,JAK/STAT,Sonic hedgehog,etc.Since signaling pathways play an important role in administering the process of MI,aiming at targeting these aberrant signaling pathways and improving the pathological manifestations in MI is indispensable and promising.Hence,drug therapy,gene therapy,protein therapy,cell therapy,and exosome therapy have been emerging and are known as novel therapies.In this review,we summarize the therapeutic strategies for MI by regulating these associated pathways,which contribute to inhibiting cardiomyocytes death,attenuating inflammation,enhancing angiogenesis,etc.so as to repair and re-functionalize damaged hearts. | Qing Zhang Lu Wang Shiqi Wang Hongxin Cheng Lin Xu Gaiqin Pei Yang Wang Chenying Fu Yangfu Jiang Chengqi He Quan Wei | 2022 | Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2022,7,4: | 11 |
| 3 | Effective and simple recovery of 1,3-propanediol from a fermented medium by liquid–liquid extraction system with ethanol and K_3PO_4显示文摘1,3-Propanediol,traditionally obtained from fossils,has numerous industrial applications,including use in the production of high performance polymers.The microbial production of 1,3-propanediol presents several opportunities,and the final purity grade determines its price and commercial viability.The development of novel separation technology could improve the economic viability of the bioproduction of 1,3-propanediol.Thus,we investigated salting-out extraction as a novel process for 1,3-propanediol recovery from fermentation broth.Initially,a screening for the best salt/solvent combination was conducted and then optimized using the response surface methodology.The solvents studied were methanol,ethanol,isopropanol and acetone,and the salts examined were K_2HPO_4,Na_2CO_3,K_2CO_3,(NH_4)_2SO_4,NaHPO_4,K_3PO_4 and C_6H_5NaO_7.The optimal extraction system consisted of 34 wt%K_3PO_4,28 wt% ethanol,and 38 wt% fermentation broth containing 23.0 g·L^(-1)1,3-propanediol,which gave the highest partition coefficient of 33 and recovery yield of 97%.The results demonstrated that salting-out extraction was a promising method for 1,3-propanediol recovery from fermentation broth. | Daiana Wischral Hongxin Fu Fernando L.Pellegrini Pessoa Nei Pereira Jr Shang-Tian Yang | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,1: | 2 |
| 4 | Legionella pneumophila temporally regulates the activity of ADP/ATP translocases by reversible ADP-ribosylation显示文摘The mitochondrion is an important signaling hub that governs diverse cellular functions,including metabolism,energy production,and immunity.Among the hundreds of effectors translocated into host cells by the Dot/Icm system of Legionella pneumophila,several are targeted to mitochondria but the function of most of them remains elusive.Our recent study found that the effector Ceg3 inhibits the activity of ADP/ATP translocases(ANTs)by ADP-ribosylation(ADPR).Here,we show that the effect of Ceg3 is antagonized by Larg1,an effector encoded by lpg0081,a gene that is situated next to ceg3.Larg1 functions to reverse Ceg3-mediated ADPR of ANTs by cleaving the N-glycosidic bond between the ADPR moiety and the modified arginine residues in ANTs,leading to restoration of their activity in ADP/ATP exchange.Structural analysis of Larg1 and its complex with ADPR reveals that this ADPR glycohydrolase harbors a unique macrodomain that catalyzes the removal of ADPR modification on ANTs.Our results also demonstrate that together with Ceg3,Larg1 imposes temporal regulation of the activity of ANTs by reversible ADPR during L.pneumophila infection. | Jiaqi Fu Pengwei Li Hongxin Guan Dan Huang Lei Song Songying Ouyang Zhao-Qing Luo | 2022 | mLife2022,1,1: | 1 |
| 5 | Partial Discharge Characteristics in the Course of Aging within XLPE Insulation显示文摘This paper deals with the experimental study on the correlation between partial discharge (PD) characteristic parameters and corresponding aging degree of insulation in the course of the aging within cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulation. The aging tests were performed on a section of 10 kV transmission cable by means of water needle method. The PD macroscopic characteristic parameters were found to be significantly dependent on the corresponding aging degree of insulation in the course of aging of XLPE, and different kind of aging stage has different characteristics. Beside, there are similar regularity but different PD amplitude in the course of aging of XLPE insulation in different electrolyte, and their insulation life is different.
