1Distribution Characteristics and Metallogenic Regularity of Graphite Deposits in Qinling Orogen,China显示文摘Qinling orogen is one of the five main repository distribution provinces of large scale graphite resources. Graphite occurrence strata are multitudinous including Neo Archaean group to Neopaleozoic. Mineral deposit types are complete consisting of crystal flaky graphite deposit and aphanitic graphite deposit, ore types of the former are main graphite gneiss, graphite schist and graphitized marble, and ore types of the latter are main graphite layer metamorphosised from coal bed and graphitic carbargilite. At present, most graphite deposits with low research degree only implement preliminary investigations of the graphite resource, which has a good prospect. Based on the basic material of dozens of graphite deposits, spots and plays discovered in the Qinling orogen, this paper applied geologic multidisciplinary analysis method to disclose the graphite deposit types of the Qinling orogen, mainly through outdoors geologic survey and specimen examination with analysis of some typical deposits: regional metamorphism crystal graphite deposits and thermo-contact metamorphic aphanitic graphite deposits, with the control of latitudinally trending regional tectonic, graphite deposits of the Qinling orogen distribute sublatitudinally trending three large ore belts: I the Neoarchean–Proterozoic basement crystal graphite enrichment deposits zone along the south margin of North China plate; II the Carboniferous intermountain basin group aphanitic graphite enrichment deposits zone near the Shangdan suture of the West Qinling; III Paleozoic crystal graphite enrichment deposits zone in the Qinling paleomicroplate of the west part of the East Qinling.Conclusions are reached from multiple inquiries: Qinling multi-cycle complex continental collision orogen zone has experienced multiple tectonic framework transformation and polyphase tectonic thermal event from Neo Archean Erathem adjointing multiple graphite tectonic mineralization cycle. In the light of chief control of mineralization and ore types, each of the three large graphite deposits belts of the Qinling orogen has its own genesis: I graphite deposits enriched metallogenetic zone is that regional tectogenetic movement from Neo Archaean caused polyphase metapepsis, which superimposed up and reconstructed Neo Archean Erathem to Proterozoic basement, forming regional metamorphic big flake crystal graphite deposits; II graphite deposits enriched metallogenetic zone is that polyphase regional tectogenetic movement associated with multiple heating caused by multiphase igneous intrusion, which resulted in original coal layers emerging multiple thermo-contact metamorphisms and formed thermo-contact metamorphic aphanitic graphite deposits. III graphite deposits enriched metallogenetic zone is that Palaeozoic cap–rock experienced polyphase metapepsis, forming regional metamorphic finely flake crystal graphite deposits. 2In vivo evaluation of urokinase-loaded hollow nanogels for sonothrombolysis on suture embolization-induced acute ischemic stroke rat model显示文摘The urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA)loaded hollow nanogels(nUK)were synthesized by a one-step reaction of glycol chitosan and aldehyde capped poly(ethylene oxide).The resultant formulation is sensitive to diagnostic ultrasound(US)of 2 MHz.Herein,we evaluated the in vivo sonothrombolysis performance of the nUK on acute ischemic stroke rat model which was established by suture embolization of middle cerebral artery(MCA).Via intravenous(i.v.)administration,the experimental data prove a controlled release of the therapeutic protein around the clots under ultrasound stimulation,leading to enhanced thrombolysis efficiency of the nUK,evidenced from smaller infarct volume and better clinical scores when compared to the i.v.dose of free uPA no matter with or without US intervention.Meanwhile,the preservation ability of the nanogels not only prolonged the circulation duration of the protein,but also resulted in the better blood-brain barrier protection of the nUK formulation,showing no increased risk on the hemorrhagic transformation than the controls.This work suggests that the nUK is a safe sonothrombolytic formulation for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Yuming Teng Haiqiang Jin Ding Nan Mengnan Li Chenghe Fan Yuanyuan Liu Pu Lv Wei Cui Yongan Sun Hongjun Hao Xiaozhong Qu Zhenzhong Yang Yining Huang 2018Bioactive Materials2018,3,1:7
3Petroleum Geology in Deepwater Settings in a Passive Continental Margin of a Marginal Sea:A Case Study from the South China Sea显示文摘Deepwater oil and gas exploration has become a global hotspot in recent years and the study of the deep waters of marginal seas is an important frontier research area.The South China Sea(SCS)is a typical marginal sea that includes Paleo SCS and New SCS tectonic cycles.The latter includes continental marginal rifting,intercontinental oceanic expansion and oceanic shrinking,which controlled the evolution of basins,and the generation,migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons in the deepwater basins on the continental margin of the northern SCS.In the Paleogene,the basins rifted along the margin of the continent and were filled mainly with sediments in marine-continental transitional environments.In the Neogene–Quaternary,due to thermal subsidence,neritic-abyssal facies sediments from the passive continental margin of the SCS mainly filled the basins.The source rocks include mainly Oligocene coal-bearing deltaic and marine mudstones,which were heated by multiple events with high geothermal temperature and terrestrial heat flow,resulting in the generation of gas and oil.The faults,diapirs and sandstones controlled the migration of hydrocarbons that accumulated principally in a large canyon channel,a continental deepwater fan,and a shelf-margin delta.ZHANG Gongcheng FENG Congjun YAO Xingzong JI Mo YANG Haizhang QU Hongjun ZENG Qingbo ZHAO Zhao SUN Rui 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1:6
4Immunodiagnostic efficacy of detection of Schistosoma japonicum human infections in China:a meta analysis显示文摘Objective:To assess the diagnostic efficacy of the currently most widely used indirect hemagglutination assay(IHA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for detection of Schistosoma japonicum human infections.Methods:A comprehensive search was undertaken from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database.VIP Database,PubMed. Cochrane Library,Science Citation Index Expanded.Proquest,and the inclusion and exclusion criteria were strictly settled.The funnel plot was used to assess the publication bias.Cochran’s Q test was employed to measure the homogeneity between studies,a summary receiver operating characteristic(SROC) curve was used to compare the diagnostic accuracy between the IHA and ELISA qualitatively by means of the Weighted Least Square method,the Ordinary Least Square method and the Robust regression method,and the diagnostic odds ratio(DOR) was drawn to compare the accuracy quantitatively.Results:Out of 785 publications,19 papers were eventually selected for analysis.Literature finality assessment indicated that minor publication bias existed in studies pertaining IHA test,but no bias was found in literatures regarding ELISA test.The heterogeneity test showed a heterogeneity between studies was present(χ~2 =466.07 and 34.67. both P values<0.0001).The areas under the SROC curves of IHA were all higher than that of ELISA test using the three methods(Weighted Least Square method:0.766 vs.0.695.Ordinary Least Square method:0.826 vs.0.741.Robust regression:0.815 vs.0.715).The TPR* values for IHA and EUSA were 0.710.0.759.0.749.and 0.650.0.686 and 0.666.respectively,and OR values were 5.997.9.937.8.893.and 3.432.4.784 and 3.959.respectively.The DOR of IHA was 9.41(95% CI:4.88-18.18).and 4.78(95%CI:3.21-7.13) for ELISA.Conclusions:All above results revealed that the diagnostic performance of IHA is better than that of ELISA.However,taking into account their unsatisfactory diagnostic value in areas with low infection intensity,a search for a better diagnostic test that can be applied in field situations in China should be given high priority.Wei Wang Youzi Li Hongjun Li Yuntian Xing Guoli Qu Jianrong Dai Yousheng Liang 2012Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2012,5,1:4
5Hydrocarbon accumulation in the deep waters of South China Sea controlled by the tectonic cycles of marginal sea basins显示文摘The tectonic cycle of the marginal sea basins in South China Sea(SCS)includes two cycles,i.e.,the formation and contraction of Palaeo-SCS and Neo-SCS.The northern part of SCS is a rift basin on a passive continental margin,while the the Nansha Block is a drifting rift basin.The southern part is a compound compressional basin on an active continental margin;the western part is a shear-extensional basin on a transform continental margin;the eastern part is an accretionary wedge basin on a subduction continental margin.The deep-water basins are mainly distributed on the continental slope and the the Nansha Block.There are three sets of source rocks in the deep-water areas of the northern continental margin in SCS,i.e.,Eocene terrestrial facies,early Oligocene transitional facies and late Oligocene marine facies.A set of Late Cretaceous-Early Oligocene terrestrial marine facies source rocks are developed in the drift-rift basin of SCS.Three sets of Oligocene,early Miocene and Mid-Miocene marine-terrestrial transitional facies source rocks are developed in the deep-water areas of both the southern and western continental margins of SCS.Four sets of reservoirs developed in the northern deep waters of SCS are dominated by deep sea fans.Two sets of reservoirs developed in the the Nansha Block are dominated by delta and biogenic reef.The southern part of SCS is dominated by deep sea fan and biogenic reef.Reservoirs of large channels and other clastic facies were developed in front of the estuaries,while biogenic reef bank was formed in the uplift zone.The hydrocarbon accumulation assemblages are mainly presented as Oligocene-Pliocene in the deep waters on the northern continental margin of SCS,Eocene-Lower Oligocene in the the Nansha Block,Oligocene-Pliocene and Oligocene-Miocene in the deep waters on the southern and western continental margin of SCS,respectively.The major hydrocarbon reservoir types in the deep waters of SCS are related to structural traps,deep water fans and biogenic reefs.The formation of basin,hydrocarbon and reservoir in the deep waters of SCS are controlled by the tectonic cycles of the marginal sea basins,revealing a great potential for hydrocarbon exploration.Gongcheng Zhang Hongjun Qu Shixiang Liu Xiaojun Xie Zhao Zhao Huailei Shen 2016Petroleum Research2016,1,1:3
6Controlling Effects of Tight Reservoir Micropore Structures on Seepage Ability: A Case Study of the Upper Paleozoic of the Eastern Ordos Basin, China显示文摘In this study, the types of micropores in a reservoir are analyzed using casting thin section(CTS) observation and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) experiments. The high-pressure mercury injection(HPMI) and constant-rate mercury injection(CRMI) experiments are performed to study the micropore structure of the reservoir. Nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR), gas-water relative seepage, and gas-water two-phase displacement studies are performed to examine the seepage ability and parameters of the reservoir, and further analyses are done to confirm the controlling effects of reservoir micropore structures on seepage ability. The experimental results show that Benxi, Taiyuan, Shanxi, and Shihezi formations in the study area are typical ultra-low porosity and ultra-low permeability reservoirs. Owing to compaction and later diagenetic transformation, they contain few primary pores. Secondary pores are the main pore types of reservoirs in the study area. Six main types of secondary pores are: intergranular dissolved pores, intragranular dissolved pores, lithic dissolved pores, intercrystalline dissolved pores, micropores, and microfracture. The results show that reservoirs with small pore-throat radius, medium displacement pressure, and large differences in pore-throat structures are present in the study area. The four types of micropore structures observed are: lower displacement pressure and fine pores with medium-fine throats, low displacement pressure and fine micropores with fine throats, medium displacement pressure and micropores with micro-fine throats, and high displacement pressure and micropores with micro throats. The micropore structure is complex, and the reservoir seepage ability is poor in the study areas. The movable fluid saturation, range of the gas-water two-phase seepage zone, and displacement types are the three parameters that well represent the reservoir seepage ability. According to the characteristic parameters of microscopic pore structure and seepage characteristics, the reservoirs in the study area are classified into four types(Ⅰ–Ⅳ), and types Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ are the main types observed. 8Carbon Isotopic Evolution Characteristics and the Geological Significance of the Permian Carbonate Stratotype Section in the Northern Upper-Yangtze Region, Southern China显示文摘The Permian global mass extinction events and the eruption of the Emeishan flood basalts in the Upper Yangtze region should display certain responses during the evolution of carbon isotope. In this paper, the Permian carbon isotopic evolution in the Upper Yangtze region is examined through systematic stratotype section sampling and determination of 13 C in the northern Upper-Yangtze regions and Southern China. Additionally, the carbon isotopic evolution response characteristics of the geological events in the region are evaluated, comparing the sea-level changes in the Upper Yangtze region and the global sea-level change curves. Results of this study indicated that the carbon isotopic curves of the Permian in the Upper Yangtze region are characterized by higher background carbonisotope baseline values, with three distinct negative excursions, which are located at the Middle–Late Permian boundary and the late period and end of the Late Permian. The three distinct negative excursions provide an insightful record of the global Permian mass extinction events and the eruption of the Emeishan flood basalts in the Upper Yangtze region. The first negative excursion at the Middle–Late Permian boundary reflected the eruption of the Emeishan flood basalts, a decrease in sea level, and biological extinction events of different genera in varying degrees. The second negative excursion in the Late Permian included a decrease in sea level and large-scale biological replacement events. 9Carrier-free nanoprodrug for p53-mutated tumor therapy via concurrent delivery of zinc-manganese dual ions and ROS显示文摘Human cancers typically express a high level of tumor-promoting mutant p53 protein(Mutp53)with a minimal level of tumor-suppressing wild-type p53 protein(WTp53).In this regard,inducing Mutp53 degradation while activating WTp53 is a viable strategy for precise anti-tumor therapy.Herein,a new carrier-free nanoprodrug(i.e.,Mn-ZnO_(2)nanoparticles)was developed for concurrent delivery of dual Zn-Mn ions and reactive oxygen species(ROS)within tumor to regulate the p53 protein for high anti-tumor efficacy.In response to the mild tumor acidic environment,the released Zn^(2+)and H_(2)O_(2)from Mn-ZnO_(2)NPs induced ubiquitination-mediated proteasomal degradation of Mutp53,while the liberative Mn^(2+)and increased ROS level activated the ATM-p53-Bax pathway to elevate WTp53 level.Both in vitro and in vivo results demonstrated that pH-responsive decomposition of Mn-ZnO2 NPs could effectively elevate the intracellular dual Zn-Mn ions and ROS level and subsequently generate the cytotoxic hydroxyl radical(·OH)through the Fenton-like reaction.With the integration of multiple functions(i.e.,carrier-free ion and ROS delivery,tumor accumulation,p53 protein modulation,toxic·OH generation,and pH-activated MRI contrast)in a single nanosystem,Mn-ZnO_(2)NPs demonstrate its superiority as a promising nanotherapeutics for p53-mutated tumor therapy.Jinping Wang Chang Qu Xinyue Shao Guoqiang Song Jingyu Sun Donghong Shi Ran Jia Hailong An Hongjun Wang 2023Bioactive Materials2023,,2:1
10Seismic analysis of early-mid Miocene carbonate platform in the southern Qiongdongnan Basin, South China Sea显示文摘The southern uplift of the Qiongdongnan Basin is a deepwater area in which no wells have beens drilled. The Miocene-Quaternary strata in the Xisha Islands, which are located 40–100 km to the south, are composed of carbonate reef formations. Paleotectonic and paleogeographic analyses of the basin suggest that the southern uplift experienced favorable geological conditions for the development of carbonate reefs during the Miocene.The high-impedance carbonates have high amplitudes and low frequencies on seismic profiles. The reefs are distributed on paleotectonic highs and are thicker than the contemporaneous formations. A forward model of the variation in carbonate thickness based on lithological and velocity information from wells in nearby regions can simulate the seismic response of carbonates with different thicknesses. We identified several important controlling points for determining the thickness of carbonates from seismic profiles, including the pinchout point,the λ/4 thickness point, and the λ/2 thickness point. We depict a carbonate thickness map in the deepwater area of the southern Qiongdongnan Basin based on this model. The carbonate thickness map, the paleotectonic and paleogeographic background, and the seismic response characteristics of reefs suggest that the carbonates that developed on the southern uplift of the Qiongdongnan Basin during the Miocene were mainly an isolated carbonate platform peninsula and ramp deposits. 12Application of Strontium Isotopic Stratigraphy to Dating Marine Sedimentary Units:A Case Study from the Permian Stratotype Section in Southern China显示文摘The calibration of sedimentary rock absolute dates is one of the difficulties in sedimentological and stratigraphic research.Since strontium(Sr)resides in seawater much longer(≈10^(6) a)than the seawater intermixing time(≈10^(3) a),the Sr isotopic composition of global seawater is uniform at any time and results in a stable system throughout geological history,based on which a global Sr isotope composition dating database has been established for age-calibration of marine strata.The Permian stratigraphic sections in the northern part of the Upper Yangtze block,southern China,record continuous marine sediments with clear stratigraphic boundaries and is suitable for stratigraphic dating of Sr isotopes.Based on sampling and Sr isotopic compositions of Permian carbonate strata in the northern part of the Upper Yangtze,a Permian Sr isotope evolution curve was established.According to the basic principles of Sr isotope stratigraphy,the global Strontium isotope age database can be used to calibrate the Permian stratigraphic dates in the northern Upper Yangtze.The results show that the Sr isotope evolution curves for the marine carbonate rocks in the Permian stratigraphic section of the Upper Yangtze present a decreasing trend from the mid-Qixia stage(P_(2))to the mid-Wujiaping stage(P_(3)),and then rise from the middle Wujiaping stage to the end of Changxing stage(P_(3)).When the Permian Sr-isotope evolution curve is compared with the global Sr isotope evolution curve in the northern Upper Yangtze,the two are consistent in their long-term evolutionary trend,indicating that Permian global geological events are important controlling factors for the composition and evolution of Sr isotopes.The 87 Sr/86 Sr value decreased gradually in the background of large-scale regressions at the turn of middle to late Permian period,revealing that the Emeishan basalt eruption occurred near the Maokou/Wujiaping boundary(GLB).Srisotope stratigraphy dating was performed on the boundaries of the Qixia Formation/Maokou Formation,Maokou Formation/Wujiaping Formation(GLB),Wujiaping Formation/Changxing Formation(WCB)and the Permian/Triassic(PTB)using the Global Strontium Isotope Age Database.The results are 270.4 Ma,261.2 Ma,254.5 Ma and 249.7 Ma,respectively.Based on this,the eruption age of the Emeishan basalts is defined at about 261.2 Ma.,which is more coincident with that acquired from other previous dating methods on the eruption age of the Emeishan basalts,and therefore proves that the application of Sr isotopic stratigraphy to dating marine sedimentary units is an effective method.QU Hongjun CHEN Shuo HAN Xing WANG Li GUAN Liqun FAN Yuhai 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,2:0
13Distribution characteristics of delta reservoirs reshaped by bottom currents:A case study from the second member of the Yinggehai Formation in the DF1-1 gas field,Yinggehai Basin,South China Sea显示文摘The Dongfang1-1 gas field(DF1-1)in the Yinggehai Basin is currently the largest offshore self-developed gas field in China and is rich in oil and gas resources.The second member of the Pliocene Yinggehai Formation(YGHF)is the main gas-producing formation and is composed of various sedimentary types;however,a clear understanding of the sedimentary types and development patterns is lacking.Here,typical lithofacies,logging facies and seismic facies types and characteristics of the YGHF are identified based on high-precision 3D seismic data combined with drilling,logging,analysis and testing data.Based on 3D seismic interpretation and attribute analysis,the origin of high-amplitude reflections is clarified,and the main types and evolution characteristics of sedimentary facies are identified.Taking gas formation upper II(IIU)as an example,the plane distribution of the delta front and bottom current channel is determined;finally,a comprehensive sedimentary model of the YGHF second member is established.This second member is a shallowly buried“bright spot”gas reservoir with weak compaction.The velocity of sandstone is slightly lower than that of mudstone,and the reflection has medium amplitude when there is no gas.The velocity of sandstone decreases considerably after gas accumulation,resulting in an increase in the wave impedance difference and high-amplitude(bright spot)reflection between sandstone and mudstone;the range of high amplitudes is consistent with that of gas-bearing traps.The distribution of gas reservoirs is obviously controlled by dome-shaped diapir structural traps,and diapir faults are channels through which natural gas from underlying Miocene source rocks can enter traps.The study area is a delta front deposit developed on a shallow sea shelf.The lithologies of the reservoir are mainly composed of very fine sand and coarse silt,and a variety of sedimentary structural types reflect a shallow sea delta environment;upward thickening funnel type,strong toothed bell type and toothed funnel type logging facies are developed.In total,4 stages of delta front sand bodies(corresponding to progradational reflection seismic facies)derived from the Red River and Blue River in Vietnam have developed in the second member of the YGHF;these sand bodies are dated to 1.5 Ma and correspond to four gas formations.During sedimentation,many bottom current channels(corresponding to channel fill seismic facies)formed,which interacted with the superposed progradational reflections.When the provenance supply was strong in the northwest,the area was dominated by a large set of delta front deposits.In the period of relative sea level rise,surface bottom currents parallel to the coastline were dominant,and undercutting erosion was obvious,forming multistage superimposed erosion troughs.Three large bottom current channels that developed in the late sedimentary period of gas formation IIU are the most typical.Shuo Chen Renhai Pu Huiqiong Li Hongjun Qu Tianyu Ji Siyu Su Yunwen Guan Hui Zhang 2022Acta Oceanologica Sinica2022,41,9:0
14Hydrocarbon Enrichment and Main Controlling Factors in Offshore Rift Basins of China:A Case Study in the Beibuwan Basin显示文摘Beibuwan B asin is an important offshore oil and gas bearing basin of China.However,the distribution of oil and gas in different sags is uneven,and the rule of hydrocarbon accumulation and main controlling factors have not been clearly understood in this basin.Based on abundant seismic,well and analytical data,the differences and main controlling of tectonic evolution,sedimentary filling and source rock quality in sags are analyzed,and combined with the study of geothermal filed,the main controlling factors of differential hydrocarbon generation in sags of the Beibuwan Basin are clarified.On the basis of the research above,the hydrocarbon enrichment of the basin is clarified through the systematic analysis of reservoir-caprock assemblage and accumulation characteristics of different structural units.The results show that there are four NE-trending sag zones in the basin,and under the influence of fault activity,the scale of sags is regularly distributed.The scale of rifts in different sag zones decreases gradually from northwest to southeast and the scale of rifts in the middle of a single sag zone is normally larger than that at two ends.Under the control of the sag-controlling faults activity,paleoproductivity and organic matter preservation conditions,the quality of source rocks in sags of the Beibuwan Basin decreases from northwest to southeast.The hydrocarbon-rich sags in the Beibuwan Basin were formed under the control of source rocks and geothermal field,and the distribution of large-medium scale fields is controlled by the favorable structural traps in the rift strata of inner gentle slope zone.The understanding of the hydrocarbon enrichment and main controlling factors in the Beibuwan Basin also provides a significant guidance for the oil and gas exploration in other rift basins.ZHANG Gongcheng WU Aijun LI Hongyi QU Hongjun LI Youchuan XIAO Lingli ZHANG Zhenyu SHEN Jiao 2021Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2021,95,1:0
