| 1 | Changes in T lymphocyte subsets after severe traumatic brain injury显示文摘BACKGROUND: Besides local changes of cranial parenchymal cells, hemorrhage, etc., severe traumatic brain injuries also cause the changes of total body fluid and various functions, and the changes of lymphocytes and T lymphocyte subsets should be paid more attention to. OBJECTIVE: To reveal the changing laws of T lymphocyte subsets after severe traumatic brain injury, and compare with mild to moderate brain injury. DESIGN: A comparative observation. SETTINGS: Department of Neurosurgery, Longgang District Buji People's Hospital of Shenzhen City; Central Laboratory of Shenzhen Hospital of Prevention and Cure for Chronic Disease. PARTICIPANTS: All the subjects were selected from the Department of Neurosurgery, Longgang District Buji People's Hospital of Shenzhen City from August 2002 to August 2005. Thirty patients with severe brain injury, whose Glasgow coma score (GCS) was ≤ 8 points, were taken as the experimental group, including 21 males and 9 females, aging 16–62 years. Meanwhile, 30 patients with mild traumatic brain injury were taken as the control group (GCS ranged 14–15 points), including 18 males and 12 females, aging 15–58 years. All the subjects were in admission at 6 hours after injury, without disease of major organs before injury. Informed consents were obtained from all the patients or their relatives. METHODS: ① The T lymphocytes and the subsets in peripheral blood were detected with immunofluorescent tricolor flow cytometry at 1, 3, 7 and 14 days after injury in both groups. ② The conditions of pulmonary infections were observed at 4 days after injury. The differences of measurement data were compared with the t test. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Changes of T lymphocytes subsets at 1–14 days after severe and mild or moderate traumatic injury. RESULTS: Finally, 28 and 25 patients with mild to moderate traumatic brain injury, whereas 25 and 21 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were analyzed at 7 and 14 days respectively, and the missed ones died due to the development of disease. ① Changes of T lymphocyte subsets: At 1 and 3 days after injury, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 began to decrease, whereas CD8 increased in the experimental group, which were very significantly different from those in the control group (t =2.77–3.26, P < 0.01), and began to recover at 7 days, which were significantly different from those in the control group (t = 2.06–2.24, P < 0.05), and generally recovered to the normal levels at 14 days (P > 0.05). ② Conditions of pulmonary infections: At 4 days after injury, the rate of pulmonary infection was significantly different between the experimental group and control group [73% (22/30), 0, χ2=37.29, P < 0.01]. CONCLUSION: Patients with severe traumatic brain injury suffer from damages of cellular immune function at early period (within 7 days), and they are easily to be accompanied by pulmonary infections. | Yulu Miao Mingxia Zhang Yulin Nie Wan Zhao Bin Huang Zhengming Jiang Shaoxiong Yu Zhibin Huang Hongjin Fu | 2007 | Neural Regeneration Research2007,2,2: | 7 |
| 2 | Mercury in soil, vegetable and human hair in a typical mining area in China:Implication for human exposure显示文摘Concentrations of total mercury(T-Hg) and methylmercury(MeHg) in soil, vegetables, and human hair were measured in a mercury mining area in central China. T-Hg and MeHg concentrations in soil ranged from 1.53 to 1054.97 mg/kg and 0.88 to 46.52 μg/kg, respectively.T-Hg concentrations was correlated with total organic carbon(TOC) content(R^2= 0.50, p<0.01)and pH values(R^2= 0.21, p<0.05). A significant linear relationship was observed between MeHg concentrations and the abundance of sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB)(R^2= 0.39, p<0.05) in soil.Soil incubation experiments amended with specific microbial stimulants and inhibitors showed that Hg methylation was derived from SRB activity. T-Hg and MeHg concentrations in vegetables were 24.79 – 781.02 μg/kg and 0.01 – 0.18 μg/kg, respectively; levels in the edible parts were significantly higher than in the roots(T-Hg: p<0.05; MeHg: p<0.01). Hg species concentrations in rhizosphere soil were positively correlated to those in vegetables(p<0.01), indicating that soil was an important source of Hg in vegetables. Risk assessment indicated that the consumption of vegetables could result in higher probable daily intake(PDI) of T-Hg than the provisional tolerable daily intake(PTDI) for both adults and children. In contrast, the PDI of MeHg was lower than the reference dose. T-Hg and MeHg concentrations in hair samples ranged from 1.57 to 12.61 mg/kg and 0.04 to 0.94 mg/kg, respectively, and MeHg concentration in hair positively related to PDI of MeHg via vegetable consumption(R^2= 0.39, p<0.05), suggesting that vegetable may pose health risk to local residents. | Qin Jia Xuemei Zhu Yaqiong Hao Ziliang Yang Qi Wang Haihui Fu Hongjin Yu | 2018 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2018,30,6: | 3 |

| 4 | Polyoxometalate-organic cage with{Ni_(4)SiW_(9)}node for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution显示文摘The design and syntheses of metal-organic cages(MOCs)based on polyoxometalates(POMs)building blocks have attracted increasing attention due to their intriguing molecular architectures and physicochemical properties. In this work,we have successfully synthesized and systematically characterized a tetrahedral polyoxometalate-based organic cage(POC),K_(3)Na_(17)H_(12)[(C_(4)H_(6)O_(6))_(6)[Ni_(4)(OH)_(3)(A-α-SiW_(9)O_(34))]_(4)]·96H_(2)O(Ni_(16)L_(6)(SiW_(9))_(4)),using tritopic Ni_(4)-substituted Keggin cluster(Ni_(4)SiW_(9))as nodes and flexible L-(+)-tartaric acid ligands as linkers. The resulting POC tetrahedron has been firstly investigated as efficient catalyst for visible-light-driven hydrogen production, achieving a turnover number of 15,500 after 96-h photocatalysis.Such high catalytic performance of Ni_(16)L_(6)(SiW_(9))_(4)POC catalyst could be attributed to its unique cage structure, thereby offering more efficient catalytic component accessibility. In addition, spectroscopic analyses illustrated the photocatalytic mechanism and the structural stability of the TBA-Ni_(16)L_(6)(SiW_(9))_(4)catalyst during the photocatalytic process. | Jing Li Yeqin Feng Fangyu Fu Xing Xin Guoyu Yang Hongjin Lv | 2024 | Chinese Chemical Letters2024,35,3: | 0 |
| 5 | A High Gain, Noise Cancelling 2515-4900 MHz CMOS LNA for China Mobile 5G Communication Application显示文摘With the development of the times, people’s requirements for communication technology are becoming higher and higher.4G communication technology has been unable to meet development needs, and 5G communication technology has emerged as the times require. This article proposes the design of a low-noise amplifier(LNA)that will be used in the 5G band of China Mobile Communications.A low noise amplifier for mobile 5G communication is designed based on Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company(TSMC)0.13μm Radio Frequency(RF)Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor(CMOS)process. The LNA employs self-cascode devices in current-reuse configuration to enable lower supply voltage operation without compromising the gain. This design uses an active feedback amplifier to achieve input impedance matching, avoiding the introduction of resistive negative feedback to reduce gain.A common source(CS)amplifier is used as the input of the low noise amplifier. In order to achieve the low power consumption of LNA,current reuse technology is used to reduce power consumption.Noise cancellation techniques are used to eliminate noise. The simulation results in a maximum power gain of 22.783,the reverse isolation(S12)less than-48.092 dB,noise figure(NF)less than 1.878 dB,minimum noise figure(NFmin)=1.203 dB,input return loss(S11)and output return loss(S22)are both less than-14.933 dB in the frequency range of 2515-4900 MHz.The proposed Ultra-wideband(UWB)LNA consumed 1.424 mW without buffer from a 1.2 V power supply. | Xiaorong Zhao Weili Cheng Hongjin Zhu Chunpeng Ge Gengyuan Zhou Zhongjun Fu | 2020 | Computers, Materials & Continua2020,,8: | 0 |
