| 2 | Fusion of machine vision technology and AlexNet-CNNs deep learning network for the detection of postharvest apple pesticide residues显示文摘Pesticide residue is an important factor that affects food safety.In order to achieve effective detection of pesticide residues in apples,a machine-vision-based segmentation algorithm and hyperspectral techniques were used to segment the foreground and background regions of the apple image.By calculating the roundness value and extracting the region with the highest roundness value in the connected region,a region of interest(ROI)maskwas created for the apple.Four pesticides(chlorpyrifos,carbendazimand two mixed pesticides)and an inactive control were used at the same concentration of 100 ppm(except for the control group),and the hyperspectral region of the corresponding sample image was extracted by obtaining the different types of pesticide residues in the ROI masks.To increase the diversity of the samples and to expand the dataset,Gaussianwhite noise with a varying signal-to-noise ratio was added to each of the hyperspectral images of the apple.The number of samples was increased from four types of 12 samples to four types of 72 samples,giving 4608 hyperspectral data images in each category.The structure and parameters of a convolutional neural network(CNN)were determined using theoretical analysis and experimental verification.All the extracted hyperspectral images of apples were normalized to 227×227×3 pixels as the input of the CNN network for pesticide residue detection.There were 18,432 sample data of four types for 72 samples.Of these,12,288 images were selected using a bootstrap sampling method as the training set,and 6144 as the test set,with no overlap.The test results showthatwhen the number of training epochswas 10,the accuracy of the test set detectionwas 99.09%,and the detection accuracy of the single-band average imagewas 95.35%.A comparison with traditional k-nearest neighbor(KNN)and support vectormachine classification algorithms showed that the detection accuracy for KNNwas 43.75%and the average time was 0.7645 s.These results demonstrate that our method is a small-sample,noncontact,fast,effective and low-cost technique that can provide effective pesticide residue detection in postharvest apples. | Bo Jiang Jinrong He Shuqin Yang Hongfei Fu Tong Li Huaibo Song Dongjian He | 2019 | Artificial Intelligence in Agriculture2019,,1: | 8 |

| 6 | Temperature Control System with Multi-closed Loops for Lithography Projection Lens显示文摘Image quality is one of the most important specifications of optical lithography tool and is affected notably by temperature, vibration, and contamination of projection lens(PL). Traditional method of local temperature control is easier to introduce vibration and contamination, so temperature control system with multi-closed loops is developed to control the temperature inside the PL, and to isolate the influence of vibration and contamination. A new remote indirect-temperature-control(RITC) method is proposed in which cooling water is circulated to perform indirect-temperature-control of the PL. Heater and cooler embedded temperature control unit(TCU) is used to condition the temperature of the cooling water, and the TCU must be kept away from the PL so that the influence of vibration and contamination can be avoided. A new multi-closed loops control structure incorporating an internal cascade control structure(CCS) and an external parallel cascade control structure(PCCS) is designed to prevent large inertia, multi-delay, and multi-disturbance of the RITC system. A nonlinear proportional-integral(PI) algorithm is applied to further enhance the convergence rate and precision of the control process. Contrast experiments of different control loops and algorithms were implemented to verify the impact on the control performance. It is shown that the temperature control system with multi-closed loops reaches a precision specification at ±0.006 ℃ with fast convergence rate, strong robustness, and self-adaptability. | 7 | 3D uniform nitrogen-doped carbon skeleton for ultra-stable sodium metal anode显示文摘Sodium metal batteries are arousing extensive interest owing to their high energy density,low cost and wide resource.However,the practical development of sodium metal batteries is inherently plagued by the severe volume expansion and the dendrite growth of sodium metal anode during long cycles under high current density.Herein,a simple electrospinning method is applied to construct the uniformly nitrogen-doped porous carbon fiber skeleton and used as three-dimensional(3D)current collector for sodium metal anode,which has high specific surface area(1,098 m^2/g)and strong binding to sodium metal.As a result,nitrogen-doped carbon fiber current collector shows a low sodium deposition overpotential and a highly stable cyclability for 3,500 h with a high coulombic effciency of 99.9%at 2 mA/cm^2 and 2 mAh/cm^2.Moreover,the full cells using carbon coated sodium vanadium phosphate as cathode and sodium pre-plated nitrogen-doped carbon fiber skeleton as hybrid anode can stably cycle for 300 times.These results illustrate an effective strategy to construct a 3D uniformly nitrogen-doped carbon skeleton based sodium metal hybrid anode without the formation of dendrites,which provide a prospect for further development and research of high performance sodium metal batteries. | Ben Liu Danni Lei Jin Wang Qingfei Zhang Yinggan Zhang Wei He Hongfei Zheng Baisheng Sa Qingshui Xie Dong-Liang Peng Baihua Qu | 2020 | Nano Research2020,13,8: | 3 |
| 8 | Normal Reference Value of Red Blood Cell Count of Chinese Presenile Men and Geographical Factors显示文摘This paper aims at providing a scientific basis for unifying the normal reference value standards of red blood cell count of Chinese presenile men. The paper, using microscopical counting method, studies the relationship between the normal reference values of 38,061 samples of red blood cell count of presenile men and eight geographical factors in 297 units in China. It is found that the correlation of geographical factors and the normal reference value of red blood cell count of presenile men is quite significant (F=303.00, P=0.000). By using the method of stepwise regression analysis, one regression equation is inferred. It is concluded that if geographical data are obtained in a certain area, the normal reference value of red blood cell count of presenile men in this area can be reckoned by using the regression analysis.
