| 1 | Development and validation of a questionnaire-based risk scoring system to identify individuals at high risk for gastric cancer in Chinese populations显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to develop and validate a risk scoring system to identify high-risk individuals carrying malignant lesions in stomach for tailored gastric cancer screening.Methods:A gastric cancer risk scoring system(GC-RSS)was developed based on questionnaire-based predictors for gastric cancer derived from systematic literature review.To assess the capability of this system for discrimination,risk scores for 8,214 and 7,235 outpatient subjects accepting endoscopic examination in two endoscopy centers,and 32,630 participants in a community-based cohort in China were calculated to plot receiver operating characteristic curves and generate area under the curve(AUC).To evaluate the performance of GC-RSS,the screening proportion,sensitivity and detection rate ratio compared to universal screening were used under different risk score cutoff values.Results:GC-RSS comprised nine predictors including advanced age,male gender,low body mass index(<18.5 kg/m^(2)),family history of gastric cancer,cigarette smoking,consumption of alcohol,preference for salty food,irregularity of meals and consumption of preserved food.This tool performed well in determining the risk of malignant gastric lesions with AUCs of 0.763,0.706 and 0.696 in three validation sets.When subjects with risk scores≥5 were evaluated with endoscopy,nearly 50%of these endoscopies could be saved with a detection rate of over 1.5 times achieved.When the cutoff was set at 8,only about 10%of subjects with the highest risk would be offered endoscopy,and detection rates for gastric cancer could be increased 2-4 fold compared to universal screening.Conclusions:An effective questionnaire-based GC-RSS was developed and validated.This tool may play an important role in establishing a tailored screening strategy for gastric cancer in China. | Ren Zhou Hongchen Zheng Mengfei Liu Zhen Liu Chuanhai Guo Hongrui Tian Fangfang Liu Ying Liu Yaqi Pan Huanyu Chen Zhe Hu Hong Cai Zhonghu He Yang Ke | 2021 | Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2021,33,6: | 3 |
| 2 | Methane formation route in the conversion of methanol to hydrocarbons显示文摘The influence factors and paths of methane formation during methanol to hydrocarbons(MTH) reaction were studied experimentally and thermodynamically. The fixed-bed reaction results show that the formation of methane was favored by not only high temperature, but also high feed velocity, low pressure, as well as weak acid sites dominated on deactivated catalyst. The thermodynamic analysis results indicate that methane would be formed via the decomposition reactions of methanol and DME, and the hydrogenolysis reactions of methanol and DME. The decomposition reactions are thermal chemistry processes and easily occurred at high temperature. However, they are influenced by catalyst and reaction conditions through DME intermediate. By contrast, the hydrogenolysis reactions belong to catalytic processes. Parallel experiments suggest that, in real MTH reactions, the hydrogenolysis reactions should be mainly enabled by surface active H atom which might come from hydrogen transfer reactions such as aromatization. | 3 | Facile preparation of bi-functional iron doped mesoporous materials and their application in the cycloaddition of CO2显示文摘Two kinds of bi-functional transition metal doped mesoporous materials(Fe-HMS and Fe-MCM-41) are prepared using one-step hydrothermal method and then treated with hydrochloric acid ethanol solution.The N2 adsorption and HRTEM results show that both of Fe-HMS and Fe-MCM-41 possess mesoporous structure. The UV–vis results suggest that the Fe species are mainly located within the framework. The basicity of as-prepared samples was studied by temperature programmed desorption using CO2 as probe molecule(CO2-TPD). The catalytic performance of Fe-HMS and Fe-MCM-41 in CO2 cycloaddition largely depends on the amount of the accessible basic sites. The acid–base active sites, framework Fe and PDDA species cooperatively catalyze the CO2 cycloaddition for the production of cyclic carbonates under the condition without any co-catalyst. The conversion of epichlorohydrin(ECH) is 97.4% and the selectivity of chloropropene carbonate is 92.9% under optimal conditions. The approximate rate constant of cycloaddition reaction of CO2 with ECH under optimum reaction temperature is calculated. It is worth noting that the Fe-HMS material shows superior reusability than Fe-MCM-41. | 6 | Pt supported on Zn modified silicalite-1 zeolite as a catalyst for n-hexane aromatization显示文摘Platinum(Pt)supported on Zinc(Zn)modified silicalite-1(S-1)zeolite(denoted as Pt-Zn/S-1)was prepared by using a wetness-impregnation method and applied in the n-hexane aromatization reaction for the first time.Both Lewis and Bronsted acid sites were detected in Pt-Zn/S-1 catalyst by means of FT-IR adsorption of NH3 experiment,which were identified as mostly weak and medium ones.Besides,Pt and Zn species showed strong interaction,as revealed by the TPR(Temperature-programmed reduction)and XPS(X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy)experiments.Pt-Zn/S-1 catalyst exhibited excellent aromatization function rather than isomerization and cracking side reactions in the conversion of n-hexane.Pulse experimental study showed that 75.6%of n-hexane conversion and 76.8%of benzene selectivity were obtained over Pt0.1-Zn60/S-l catalyst at 550℃ and under atmospheric pressure.By spectroscopy tests and pulse experimental results,it was concluded that the n-hexane aromatization over Pt-Zn/S-1 catalyst follows a metal-acid bifunctional mechanism.Furthermore,with the assistance of Zn,the electron-deficient Pt species in Pt-Zn/S-1 showed good sulfur tolerance performance. | Guodong Liu Jiaxu Liu Ning He Shishan Sheng Guiru Wang Hongchen Guo | 2019 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,7: | 1 |
