| 1 | Colorectal cancer:Current imaging methods and future perspectives for the diagnosis, staging and therapeutic response evaluation显示文摘In the last 10 years the mortality rate of colorectal cancer(CRC)has decreased by more than 20%due to the rising developments in diagnostic techniques and optimization of surgical,neoadjuvant and palliative therapies.Diagnostic methods currently used in the evaluation of CRC are heterogeneous and can vary within the countries and the institutions.This article aims to discuss in depth currently applied imaging modalities such as virtual computed tomography colonoscopy,endorectal ultrasound,computed tomography(CT)and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in the diagnosis of CRC.Special focus is put on the potential of recent diagnostic developments as diffusion weighted imaging MRI,MRI biomarkers(dynamic enhanced MRI),positron emission tomography with 2-(fluorine-18)-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose(FDG-PET)combined with computed tomography(PET/CT)and new hepatobiliary MRI contrast agents.The precise role,advantage and disadvantages of these modalities are evaluated controversially in local staging,metastatic spread and treatment monitoring of CRC.Finally,the authors will touch upon the future perspectives in functional imaging evaluating the role of integrated FDG-PET/CT with perfusion CT,MRI spectroscopy of primary CRC and hepatic transit time analysis using contrast enhanced ultrasound and MRI in the detection of liver metastases.Validation of these newer imaging techniques may lead to significant improvements in the management of patients with colorectal cancer. | Maka Kekelidze Luigia D'Errico Michele Pansini Anthony Tyndall Joachim Hohmann | 2013 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2013,19,46: | 28 |
| 2 | PRODUCTION METHODS AND APPLICATIONS FOR HIGH-QUALITY METAL POWDERS AND SPRAYFORMED PRODUCTS显示文摘Metal powders of superlative quality, i.e.high cleanliness, rapidly solidified and spherical shape, have seen an increasing demand in the market.The leading technology for the production of such powders is the inert gas atomization of metal alloy melts.To fulfill these requirements, the metal alloy is usually produced in a vacuum induction melting furnace (VIGA = vacuum induction melting/gas atomization) and poured by means of a preheated tundish system into a gas nozzle where the metal stream is disintegrated by a high kinetic energy inert gas jet.The produced micro-droplets solidify in a free fall inside the atomization tower.For special applications, super-clean and ceramic-free metal powders can be produced by using the EIGA (electrode induction melting/gas atomization) melting- and atomizing system.As an alternative to the metal powder route, the sprayforming technology allows to produce semi-finished products in one step.In this case, the metal droplets produced by the highenergy inert gas nozzle system are directly solidified on a substrate, allowing to form billets,rolls and tubes. | M. | 3 | Early osmotic adjustment responses in drought-resistant and drought-sensitive oilseed rape显示文摘The impact of osmotic stress on growth, physiology, and metabolism of winter oilseed rape(Brassica napus L.)was investigated by detailed analysis of biomass traits,hormone metabolites and osmolytes in two genetically unrelated drought-tolerant genotypes and two unrelated drought-sensitive genotypes. Seedlings were grown in vitro under controlled conditions and osmotic stress was simulated by applying a gradual treatment with polyethylene glycol(PEG6000), followed by hypo-osmotic treatment of variants used for metabolite determination. The results provide a basis for the identification of reliable selection criteria for drought resistance in oilseed rape. The in vitro cultivation system established during this study enabled effective discrimination of early osmotic stress responses between drought-resistant and -susceptible oilseed rape genotypes that also show large differences in relative seed yield under drought conditions in the field. Clear physiological and metabolic differences were observed between the drought-resistant and drought-sensitive genotypes, suggesting that osmotic adjustment is a key component of drought response in oilseed rape. | 8 | 青少年训练主体概念的重建显示文摘在原有的运动训练学的背景下,我们在此处描述的对运动训练质的研究设计肯定会被看作是在以自然科学中的量为主导的学科中的一个例外,我们的研究目的在于获得对青少年训练对象的理解。站在教练员的立场,与此项研究相关的方面是错综复杂的,换句话说,此项研究的重点不是研究者的视角,更多的是被研究者的立场观点。本项目的研究内容是青少年训练过程中运动员主观条件的重要性,研究重点是探讨无法进行标准化研究的知识所适用的研究形式。调研几乎涵盖了儿童及青少年训练阶段的全部时间节点,采取了部分标准化、主线鲜明的采访形式,使得调研目的得以完美实现:实事求是地凸显出青少年竞技类运动项目训练体系的内在特征,并且可以对这些特征的合理程度在各种运动项目的对照下进行比较分析。与量化研究方法相比,成功青少年训练的主体概念项目强调了质性研究方法的特征,其采用的调查分析方法体现了探索特性,重建或建设性的特性和形成理论的特性。然而在调查结论中得出了一个成功青少年教练主观理论的逻辑,完全颠覆了针对调研中心思想预先规定的主题结构,有必要通过实验进行更多以客观认知与调查分析为基础的干预性研究,以澄清青少年训练中一些尚不明确的细节问题。此外,在研究成功的青少年训练时,如不考虑教育学、心理学、社会学等方面的因素,我们无法单单从训练科学的角度出发就能足够系统化地分析儿童和青少年在'日常理论'中的训练过程。 | 袁鑫池 | 2016 | 体育科研2016,37,1: | 2 |
