1A fast and effective method to perform paternity testing for Wolong giant pandas显示文摘Captive populations provide a precious genetic resource for endangered animals and a source of individuals for reintroduction to depleted habitats. Therefore, accuracy in determining paternity is of vital importance for managing captive populations and in selecting representative individuals of known genetic characteristics for release. In this study, we established a fast and effective method to conduct paternity testing for captive giant pandas in the Wolong population. This technique uses two highly polymor phic microsatellites initially, subsequent use of five less polymorphic markers and then paternity exclusion testing carried out using the giant panda paternity exclusion program we have developed. Our results revealed that (1) both sets of markers success- fully identified the real fathers in 25 cases of paternity testing and (2) the success rate of paternity exclusion varied with the degree of polymorphism of the markers used. Subsequently, we conducted correlation analysis between the success rates of paterni- ty identification with these markers, parameters of genetic diversity and tests of neutrality. We found that the paternity exclusion power of microsatellites was significantly correlated with the number of alleles (Na), expected heterozygosity (HE) and observed homozygosity statistic (FO) (all P < 0.05). From this, we developed a new variable, Na?HE/FO, showing a highly significant positive correlation with the resolution power of microsatellites (P = 0.001). Moreover, the first two highly polymorphic loci gave a 100% success rate of excluding non-paternal males because they yielded higher values of Na?HE/FO than the other five less pol- ymorphic markers. 2Vibration Performance Analysis of a Mining Vehicle with Bounce and Pitch Tuned Hydraulically Interconnected Suspension显示文摘The current investigations primarily focus on using advanced suspensions to overcome the tradeo design of ride comfort and handling performance for mining vehicles. It is generally realized by adjusting spring sti ness or damping parameters through active control methods. However, some drawbacks regarding control complexity and uncertain reliability are inevitable for these advanced suspensions. Herein, a novel passive hydraulically interconnected suspension(HIS) system is proposed to achieve an improved ride-handling compromise of mining vehicles. A lumped-mass vehicle model involved with a mechanical–hydraulic coupled system is developed by applying the free-body diagram method. The transfer matrix method is used to derive the impedance of the hydraulic system, and the impedance is integrated to form the equation of motions for a mechanical–hydraulic coupled system. The modal analysis method is employed to obtain the free vibration transmissibilities and force vibration responses under di erent road excitations. A series of frequency characteristic analyses are presented to evaluate the isolation vibration performance between the mining vehicles with the proposed HIS and the conventional suspension. The analysis results prove that the proposed HIS system can e ectively suppress the pitch motion of sprung mass to guarantee the handling performance, and favorably provide soft bounce sti ness to improve the ride comfort. The distribution of dynamic forces between the front and rear wheels is more reasonable, and the vibration decay rate of sprung mass is increased e ectively. 3GyrA and ParC Gene Mutation of Clinically Isolated Fluoroquinolones-resistant Strain of Salmonella显示文摘Nine strains resistant to five fluoroquinolones (Ciprofloxacin, Ofloxacin, Enrofloxacin, Danofloxacin, Sarafloxacin) were isolated from clinical samples and extracted the chromosomal DNA of these strains. Designed primers to amplify the Quinolone-resistance-determining region (QRDR) of gyrA and parC, then the PCR products were sequenced and analyzed. In comparision with NCTC5776, a single mutation was found at base 371 in gyrA of strain 38 which changed from C to T, and a single mutation was found at base 350 in gyrA of strain 60 which changed from A to C. No mutation was found in gyrA of the rest. The mutation of strain 38 led to an amino acid substitution of Arg99Cys and the mutation of 60 led to an amino acid substitution of Met 92 Leu. No mutation was found in parC QRDR of all the isolates. 5Modeling diameter distribution of the broadleaved-Korean pine mixed forest on Changbai Mountains of China显示文摘The broadleaved-Korean pine mixed forest is a native vegetation in the Changbai Mountains, northeast China. The probability density functions including the normal, negative exponential, Weibull and finite mixture distribution, were used to describe the diameter distributions of the species groups and entire forest stand. There is a strong correlation between parameters and mean DBH except the shape parameters in the mixture distribution. The diameter classes of species and entire forest stand showed not negative exponential but normal and 'S' distribution. The mixture function was better than normal and Weibull to describe the model distribution. 7Design of clamping-pot-type planetary gear train transplanting mechanism for rice wide-narrow-row planting显示文摘To design a clamping-pot-type wide-narrow-row pot seedling transplanting(WPST)mechanism with desired spatial beak-shaped trajectory and working posture,a new design method of planetary gear train transplanting mechanism(PGTM)with non-circular gears based on several key spatial poses(position and posture)was proposed.The PGTM was simplified to a spatial open-loop chain with two-revolute(2R)joints.The geometric constraint equations containing only the structural parameters of the chain were then established on the basis of the three key spatial poses,and the homotopy algorithm was used to obtain all the required parameters of the mechanism.In accordance with the parameters obtained,the relative angular displacement relation between the planet carrier and the transplanting arm was optimized,the trajectory of the mechanism was replayed,and the total transmission ratio was determined.The degree of freedom of the spatial 2R mechanism was reduced by attaching to the unequal gear pair,and the transmission ratio was distributed in accordance with the gear type to realize the design of a non-circular gear pitch curve.Lastly,a clamping-pot-type PGTM for rice WPST driven by the combination of planar non-circular and non-conical gears was designed,and virtual simulation and prototype test were conducted.Results showed that the simulation and prototype test trajectories were consistent with the desired trajectory.Under the operating speeds of 50 r/min and 90 r/min,the success rates of seedling picking were 95.32%and 90.15%,respectively,which verified the feasibility of the theoretical method.This method could provide a reference for the design of a spatial PGTM with nonuniform transmission.Lei Wang Liang Sun Hengmin Huang Yaxin Yu Gaohong Yu 2021International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2021,14,2:1

12Effects of Chinese Herbal Compound on the Blood Physiological Indices and Cytokines of Myelosuppressive Mice显示文摘[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of Chinese herbal compound on the blood physiological indices and cytokines of myelosuppressive mice. [Method] Myelosuppressive mice model was established by intraperitoneal injection of 80 mg / kg cyclophosphamide. Chinese herbal compound was composed of Houttuynia cordata,Taraxacum mongolicum,Citrus reticulata peel,Atractylodes chinensis,Paeonia sterniana,Atractylodes macrocephala and Angelica sinensis. The effects of Chinese herbal compound and Astragalus polysaccharide at different doses on the blood physiological indices and hematopoietic growth factors of myelosuppressive mice were discussed. [Result] Myelosuppressive mice model was successfully established. The total white blood cell count,total neutrophile granulocyte count,total lymphocyte count,total platelet count and the contents of serum interleukin-6 and erythropoietin in myelosuppressive mice were significantly decreased. The total erythrocyte count,the contents of hemoglobin and interleukin-3 were decreased,without significant difference. The blood physiological indices and the contents of interleukin-3 and erythropoietin in myelosuppressive mice could be improved by intragastric administration of Astragalus polysaccharide and Chinese herbal compound at different doses for 3 days or 7 days. The effect of 20 g / kg Chinese herbal compound was the best after administration for 3 days,and the effect of 10 g / kg Chinese herbal compound was the best after administration for 7 days. The total white blood cell count,total neutrophile granulocyte count,percentage of neutrophile granulocyte,total lymphocyte count,total count of middle cells,percentage of middle cells,total platelet count,contents of interleukin-3 and erythropoietin in myelosuppressive mice could be extremely significantly improved by intragastric administration of 10 g / kg Chinese herbal compound for 7 days( P <0. 01),and the reduction of red blood cell count,hematocrit,the contents of hemoglobin and interleukin-6 induced by cyclophosphamide could be inhibited( P <0. 01). 13Phosphorus Deficiency in Ducklings显示文摘20 one-day-old Tianfu ducklings were fed on a natural diet deficient in phosphorus (Ca 0.80%, P 0.366%) for three weeks and examined for signs and lesions. Signs began to appear at the age of one week, and became serious at two weeks. 13 ducklings died during the experiment. Morbidity was 100% and mortality was 65%. The affected ducklings mainly showed leg weakness, severe lameness, depression, lack of appetite and stunted growth. The serum alkaline phosphatasc activities increased markedly. The scrum phosphorus concentration, tibial ash, ash calcium and phosphorus content decreased obviously. At necropsy, maxillae and ribs were soft, and the latter was crooked. Long bones were soft and broke easily. The hypcrtrophic zone of the growth- plate in the epiphysis of long bones was lengthened and ostcoid tissue increased in the mctaphyseal spongiosa histopathologically. The above mentioned symptoms and lesions could be prevented by adding phosphorus to the natural deficient diet (up to 0.65%). 14Simulation research on cable-laying scheme of HIAF dipole power supply显示文摘Background A strong electromagnetic force is the major cause of vibration in dipole power supply cables.Moreover,the long-term operation of cables under vibration conditions leads to structural fatigue failure.Purpose and methods To investigate the cable-laying scheme of a dipole power supply,a finite element model for the electromagnetic–structural coupling between cables and cleats was established.The electrodynamic forces were simulated for fixed-length cables in the horizontal,vertical,and bent models under pulse-current excitation.Subsequently,based on the optimized arrangement mode,the deformation of the cables and the stresses of the cleats were obtained.Results A small cable electrodynamic force was observed in the positive–negative interlace arrangement,and the cable deformation was caused by electrodynamic forces.The maximum cleat deformation occurred at the position with the largest electrodynamic force,where the cleats were reinforced.Moreover,the mechanical characteristics of the cables and cleats under pulse-current excitation are described intuitively and quantitatively,providing theoretical support for the cable-laying scheme of the dipole power supply.Runzu Zhang Anhui Feng Ye Liu Zhongzu Zhou Yongbo Zhang Pengfei Liu Jiancheng Yang Daqing Gao Shuang Ruan Guodong Shen Hengmin Liu 2023Radiation Detection Technology and Methods2023,7,1:0
