| 1 | A Study of the Characteristics of Microorganisms for Effective Degradation of Marine Oil Spills显示文摘Four microorganism strains were isolated from coastal petroleum-polluted soil and sand samples of Bohai Sea oilfield; they were found to degrade marine oil spills effectively. The experimental results show that the degradation efficiency of crude oil with these four strains (XT-4, SZ-1-25, B-4-9, BS-3-12) is 95.97%, 96.01%, 97.99% and 98.99%, respectively, in their optimum conditions. The characteristics of bacterial biodegradation are investigated. The simulation biotreatment of oil-contaminated beach sand, with an initial oil content of 5,664mg/kg-dry-sand, shows that the residual oil content is 2,700 mg/kg-dry-sand and 2,679 mg/kg-dry-sand after 170 days’ treatment with two bacteria (B-4-9, BS-3-12), respectively. | Zhang Zhongzhi Wei Xiaofang Zong Chang Yu Hongwen Li Chengjian He Ruibing | 2006 | Petroleum Science2006,3,1: | 6 |
| 2 | Solvothermal-assisted liquid-phase exfoliation of large size and high quality black phosphorus显示文摘Black phosphorus(BP),especially for BP nanosheets,with unique layered structure among two dimensional(2D)materials has attracted much attention due to its outstanding physical properties,such as ultra-high mobility,in-plane anisotropic properties.However,the small horizontal-size of reported BP limits its applications in the integrated circuit or some functional devices.In this work,a solvothermalassisted liquid-phase exfoliation technique is firstly employed for preparing large size and high-quality BP nanosheets.In the high-polar acetonitrile solvent,solvothermal treatment weakens the Van der Waals forces of block BP.Together with the subsequently ultrasonic processing,effective exfoliation of large size and high-quality BP nanosheets are realized.The TEM,AFM and Raman results indicate that the prepared BP nanosheets are high quality with an average thickness of about 2 nm,and the horizontalsize is up to 10μm.This facile and effective method for exfoliated BP nanosheets provides a promising strategy for the exfoliation of other 2D materials. | Zhe Yan Xuexia He Liaona She Jie Sun Ruibing Jiang Hua Xu Feng Shi Zhibin Lei Zong-Huai Liu | 2018 | Journal of Materiomics2018,4,2: | 2 |
| 3 | Simultaneous determination of eight bioactive bakkenolides of Petasites tatewakianus Kitam by HPLC–UV显示文摘A high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with variable wavelength detection(HPLC–UV)was developed to evaluate the quality of Petasites tatewakianus Kitam through a simultaneous determination of eight bakkenolides:bakkenolide-L,bakkenolide-D,bakkenolide-B,bakkenolide-Ⅰa,bakkenolide-Ⅶa,bakkenolide-Ⅳa,bakkenolide-Ⅲa and homofukinolide.With a C18 analytical column,the eight analytes were efficiently separated using tetrahydrofuran–acetonitrile–water as the mobile phase in a constant program.The limits of detection and limits of quantitation of the method ranged 0.42–2.56μg/mL and 1.22–8.40μg/mL,respectively.The intra-and inter-day precisions of the method were all less than 1.83%.All the recoveries for the spiked analytes ranged 97.8%–102.4%.There were statistically significant differences among the contents of the eight bakkenolides in different parts and origins of P.tatewakianus(Po0.01).The content of total bakkenolides in rhizome was higher than that in other parts of the plant.The content of total bakkenolides in rhizome from Baishan was higher than those in other localities.The result suggested that rhizome may be the most valuable part of P.tatewakianus,and P.tatewakianus from Baishan may be the best plant resource.Our results might serve as a sound foundation for further study and application of this plant. | Jianming He Qin Wang Yan Wang Ruibing Chen Yuyang Zhang Meili Guo | 2013 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2013,3,5: | 1 |

| 5 | PGAM5-Mediated PHB2 Dephosphorylation Contributes to Diabetic Cardiomyopathy by Disrupting Mitochondrial Quality Surveillance显示文摘Disruption of the mitochondrial quality surveillance(MQS)system contributes to mitochondrial dysfunction in diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM).In this study,we observed that cardiac expression of phosphoglycerate mutase 5(PGAM5),a mitochondrial Ser/Thr protein phosphatase,is upregulated in mice with streptozotocin-induced DCM.Notably,DCM-related cardiac structural and functional deficits were negated in cardiomyocyte-specific Pgam5 knockout(Pgam5^(CKO))mice.Hyperglycemic stress impaired adenosine triphosphate production,reduced respiratory activity,and prolonged mitochondrial permeability transition pore opening in acutely isolated neonatal cardiomyocytes from control Pgam5^(f/f) mice,and these effects were markedly prevented in cardiomyocytes from Pgam5^(CKO) mice.Likewise,three main MQS-governed processes—namely,mitochondrial fission/fusion cycling,mitophagy,and biogenesis—were disrupted by hyperglycemia in Pgam5^(f/f),but not in Pgam5^(CKO),cardiomyocytes.On the basis of bioinformatics prediction of interaction between PGAM5 and prohibitin 2(PHB2),an inner mitochondrial membrane-associated scaffolding protein,co-immunoprecipitation,and immunoblot assays demonstrated that PGAM5 dephosphorylates PHB2 on Ser91.Transfection of cardiomyocytes with phosphodefective or phosphomimetic Ser91 mutants of PHB2 confirmed a critical role for PGAM5-mediated dephosphorylation of PHB2 in mitochondrial dysfunction associated with hyperglycemic stress.Furthermore,knockin mice expressing phosphomimetic PHB2^(S91D) were resistant to diabetes-induced cardiac dysfunction.Our findings highlight the PGAM-PHB2 axis as a novel and critical regulator of mitochondrial dysfunction in DCM. | Rongjun Zou Jun Tao Jie He Chaojie Wang Songtao Tan Yu Xia Xing Chang Ruibing Li Ge Wang Hao Zhou Xiaoping Fan | 2023 | Research2023,,3: | 0 |
