1Renewable isosorbide-derived poly(phosphoester) for simultaneously enhanced flame-retardancy and mechanical property of polylactide显示文摘Incorporating flame retardant fillers is the most efficient way to improve the fire resistance of polylactide(PLA).However,most flame retardant fillers result in deterioration of the mechanical property of PLA so far.Therefore,to create high-performance PLA materials combining excellent flame retardancy with superior mechanical properties remains highly attractive and challenging.In this study,a novel isosorbide-derived poly(phosphoester)(PIDI)was synthesized and used as a bio-based flame-retardant for PLA.The addition of PIDI showed a marginal effect on the change of the glass transition temperature of the PLA composites,but the crystallinity degree of the PLA composites was improved by the inclusion of PIDI.Benefitting from the improved crystallinity,the tensile strength,flexural strength,and impact strength of PLA composite containing 15 wt%PIDI was enhanced by19.4%,14.1%,and 36.9%,respectively,compared to the virgin PLA.With the addition of 20 wt%PIDI,the PLA composite showed an LOI value of 25.5%and a UL-94 V-0 rating in the vertical burning test.The flame retardant effect of PIDI was also demonstrated by a notable reduction(-46%)in the peak heat release rate(PHRR)of PLA composite containing 20 wt%PIDI.Such a renewable isosorbide-derived poly(phosphoester)is one of the promising candidates for PLA bio-composites with an outstanding balance between flame retardancy and intrinsic physical properties.Xin Wang Haoxin Niu Wenwen Guo Lei Song Yuan Hu 2021Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2021,31,4:1
2Simulation of Ultrasonic Propagation in Transformers within Thermal Fields and Intelligent Methodology for Hot-spot Temperature Recognition显示文摘Hot-spot temperature of transformer windings is a crucial indicator of internal defects.However,current methods for measuring the hot-spot temperature of transformers do not apply to those already in operation and suffer from data lag.This study introduces a novel inversion method that combines ultrasonic sensing technology,multiphysics simulation,and the K-nearest neighbors algorithm.Leveraging the penetrative ability and temperature sensitivity of ultrasonic sensing,a detailed physical field simulation model was established.This study extensively investigates the characteristics of ultrasonic wave signals inside transformers.The investigation includes different temperature fields,ranging from 40℃ to 110℃ at 10℃ intervals,and various ultrasonic wave emitter conditions.By extracting the key features of the acoustic signals,such as the peak time,propagation time,and peak amplitude,an accurate inversion of the winding hot-spot temperature is successfully achieved.The results demonstrate that this method achieves a high accuracy rate(98.57%)in inverting the internal winding hot-spot temperatures of transformers,offering an efficient and reliable new approach for measuring winding hot-spot temperatures.Dongxin He Dechao Yang Xinhua Guo Jiefeng Liu Haoxin Guo Qingquan Li Gilbert Teyssedre 2024Chinese Journal of Electrical Engineering2024,10,1:0
3Discovery of novel exceptionally potent and orally active c-MET PROTACs for the treatment of tumors with MET alterations显示文摘Various c-mesenchymal-to-epithelial transition(c-MET) inhibitors are effective in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer;however, the inevitable drug resistance remains a challenge, limiting their clinical efficacy. Therefore, novel strategies targeting c-MET are urgently required. Herein, through rational structure optimization, we obtained novel exceptionally potent and orally active c-MET proteolysis targeting chimeras(PROTACs) namely D10 and D15 based on thalidomide and tepotinib. D10 and D15 inhibited cell growth with low nanomolar IC_(50) values and achieved picomolar DC_(50) values and>99% of maximum degradation(D_(max)) in EBC-1 and Hs746T cells. Mechanistically, D10 and D15dramatically induced cell apoptosis, G1 cell cycle arrest and inhibited cell migration and invasion.Notably, intraperitoneal administration of D10 and D15 significantly inhibited tumor growth in the EBC-1 xenograft model and oral administration of D15 induced approximately complete tumor suppression in the Hs746T xenograft model with well-tolerated dose-schedules. Furthermore, D10 and D15 exerted significant anti-tumor effect in cells with c-MET^(Y1230H) and c-MET^(D1228N) mutations, which are resistant to tepotinib in clinic.
