| 1 | Middle Triassic post-orogenic extension on Hainan Island: Chronology and geochemistry constraints of bimodal intrusive rocks显示文摘This work studies new petrological and geochemical data and zircon U-Pb ages for bimodal intrusive rocks from Xinglong region, Hainan Island. Zircon U-Pb dating yields mean 238 U/ 206 Pb ages of 238 ± 2 Ma and 234 ± 2 Ma for diabasic and granitic phases, respectively, representing the Middle Triassic emplacement. The diabase and granite bodies were formed from discrete mafic and acidic magma sources that experienced local mechanical mixing at their mutual contacts. Although SiO 2 content of intrusions is bimodal, trace element ratios indicate that both were formed in a post-orogenic extensional setting. | 3 | LSTM-based argument recommendation for non-API methods显示文摘Automatic code completion is one of the most useful features provided by advanced IDEs.Argument recommendation,as a special kind of code completion,is widely used as well.While existing approaches focus on argument recommendation for popular APIs,a large number of non-API invocations are requesting for accurate argument recommendation as well.To this end,we propose an LSTM-based approach to recommending non-API arguments instantly when method calls are typed in.With data collected from a large corpus of open-source applications,we train an LSTM neural network to recommend actual arguments based on identifiers of the invoked method,the corresponding formal parameter,and a list of syntactically correct candidate arguments.To feed these identifiers into the LSTM neural network,we convert them into fixed-length vectors by Paragraph Vector,an unsupervised neural network based learning algorithm.With the resulting LSTM neural network trained on sample applications,for a given call site we can predict which of the candidate arguments is more likely to be the correct one.We evaluate the proposed approach with tenfold validation on 85 open-source C applications.Results suggest that the proposed approach outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches in recommending non-API arguments.It improves the precision significantly from 71.46%to 83.37%. | Guangjie LI Hui LIU Ge LI Sijie SHEN Hanlin TANG | 2020 | Science China(Information Sciences)2020,63,9: | 5 |

| 5 | Effects of Xuebijing Combined with Ulinastatin on Coagulation Function of Sepsis Patients显示文摘[Objectives] To study the effects of Xuebijing combined with ulinastatin on coagulation function of sepsis patients. [Methods]Fifty six patients conforming to the diagnosis criteria for sepsis and receiving the treatment from May 2015 to January 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of treatment. The two groups were treated according to the International Guidelines for Management of Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock( 2012),in which ulinastatin and Xuebijing were added to the treatment group. Before the treatment and on the seventh day after the treatment,both groups of patients were measured for the activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT),fibrinogen( Fi B),platelet( PLT),and prothrombin time( PT) were measured;the treatment status of the both groups was continuously observed for 7 d,and the mechanical ventilation time,ICU hospitalization time,and 30-day survival rate were recorded. [Results] Both FIB and PLT of the treatment group were significantly increased,and both APTT and PT were significantly shortened.Compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). The mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization time of the treatment group were significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the 30-day survival rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). | 6 | Hedgehog pathway orchestrates the interplay of histone modifications and tailors combination epigenetic therapies in breast cancer显示文摘Epigenetic therapies that cause genome-wide epigenetic alterations,could trigger local interplay between different histone marks,leading to a switch of transcriptional outcome and therapeutic responses of epigenetic treatment.However,in human cancers with diverse oncogenic activation,how oncogenic pathways cooperate with epigenetic modifiers to regulate the histone mark interplay is poorly understood.We herein discover that the hedgehog(Hh)pathway reprograms the histone methylation landscape in breast cancer,especially in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).This facilitates the histone acetylation caused by histone deacetylase(HDAC)inhibitors and gives rise to new therapeutic vulnerability of combination therapies.Specifically,overexpression of zinc finger protein of the cerebellum 1(ZIC1)in breast cancer promotes Hh activation,facilitating the switch of H3K27 methylation(H3K27me)to acetylation(H3K27ac).The mutually exclusive relationship of H3K27me and H3K27ac allows their functional interplay at oncogenic gene locus and switches therapeutic outcomes.Using multiple in vivo breast cancer models including patient-derived TNBC xenograft,we show that Hh signaling-orchestrated H3K27me and H3K27ac interplay tailors combination epigenetic drugs in treating breast cancer.Together,this study reveals the new role of Hh signaling-regulated histone modifications interplay in responding to HDAC inhibitors and suggests new epigenetically-targeted therapeutic solutions for treating TNBC. | Xiaomin Wang Jun Xu Yiming Sun Siyuwei Cao Hanlin Zeng Nan Jin Matthew Shou Shuai Tang Yi Chen Min Huang | 2023 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2023,13,6: | 1 |

| 13 | Federated Learning Model for Auto Insurance Rate Setting Based on Tweedie Distribution显示文摘In the assessment of car insurance claims,the claim rate for car insurance presents a highly skewed probability distribution,which is typically modeled using Tweedie distribution.The traditional approach to obtaining the Tweedie regression model involves training on a centralized dataset,when the data is provided by multiple parties,training a privacy-preserving Tweedie regression model without exchanging raw data becomes a challenge.To address this issue,this study introduces a novel vertical federated learning-based Tweedie regression algorithm for multi-party auto insurance rate setting in data silos.The algorithm can keep sensitive data locally and uses privacy-preserving techniques to achieve intersection operations between the two parties holding the data.After determining which entities are shared,the participants train the model locally using the shared entity data to obtain the local generalized linear model intermediate parameters.The homomorphic encryption algorithms are introduced to interact with and update the model intermediate parameters to collaboratively complete the joint training of the car insurance rate-setting model.Performance tests on two publicly available datasets show that the proposed federated Tweedie regression algorithm can effectively generate Tweedie regression models that leverage the value of data fromboth partieswithout exchanging data.The assessment results of the scheme approach those of the Tweedie regressionmodel learned fromcentralized data,and outperformthe Tweedie regressionmodel learned independently by a single party. | Tao Yin Changgen Peng Weijie Tan Dequan Xu Hanlin Tang | 2024 | Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,138,1: | 0 |

| 15 | Two bicistronic DNA vaccines against Vibrio anguillarum and the immune eff ects on flounder Paralichthys olivaceus显示文摘Chemokines are cytokines that can promote the activation and migration of immune cells,and increase the recognition of antigen by antigen-presenting cells(APC).Previous studies showed that a DNA vaccine can induce humoral and cellular immune responses of flounder after immunization.To explore the improvement of chemokines on the efficiency of OmpK vaccine,two bicistronic DNA candidate vaccines were constructed and the immune responses they induced in the flounder were investigated by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),indirect immunofl uorescent assay(IFA),H&E staining,fl ow cytometry(FCM),and quantifi cational real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).pBudCE4.1 plasmid as an expression vector,bicistronic DNA vaccines encoding OmpK gene and CC-motif ligand 4 gene(p-OmpK-CCL4),or Ompk gene and CC-motif ligand 19 gene(p-OmpK-CCL19)were successfully constructed.The results showed that two bicistronic DNA vaccines expressed Ompk protein of Vibrio anguillarum and CCL4/CCL19 proteins of fl ounder both in vitro and in vivo.After immunization,a large number of leucocytes in muscle were recruited at the injection site in treatment groups.The constructed vaccines induced signifi cant increases in CD4-1^(+) and CD4-2^(+) T lymphocytes,and sIgM^(+) B lymphocytes in peripheral blood,spleen,and head kidney.The percentage of T lymphocytes peaked on the 14^(th) post-vaccination day whereas that of B lymphocytes peaked in the 6^(th) post-vaccination week.Moreover,the expression profi les of 10 immune-related genes increased in muscles around the injection site,spleen,and head kidney.After the challenge,p-OmpK-CCL4 and p-OmpK-CCL19 conferred a relative percentage survival(RPS)of 74.1%and 63.3%,respectively,higher than p-OmpK alone(40.8%).In conclusion,both CCL4 and CCL19 can improve the protection of p-OmpK via evoking local immune response and then humoral and cellular immunity.CCL4 and CCL19 will be potential molecular adjuvants for use in DNA vaccines. | Hanlin LI Jing XING Xiaoqian TANG Xiuzhen SHENG Heng CHI Wenbin ZHAN | 2022 | Journal of Oceanology and Limnology2022,40,2: | 0 |
