| 1 | SARS病房内护士心理应激状况调查分析显示文摘目的 :了解在SARS病房直接抢救、治疗SARS患者的护士们的心理应激状况。方法 :采用Beck抑郁问卷 (BDI)、状态 -特质焦虑问卷 (STAI)和SCL -90于 2 0 0 3年 5月 5日——— 12日对工作在SARS病房内的护士和社区 /大学健康志愿者进行了调查。结果 :出现抑郁情绪的护士占所有受试者的 5 2 % ( 5 3 /10 1) ;其中 17% ( 17/ 10 1)达到中度至严重抑郁 ,显著高于志愿者 (P <0 0 1)。护士组SCL -90总分和各因子分显著或极显著高于志愿者 (P <0 0 1)。两组的状态焦虑和特质焦虑无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :SARS一线护理人员在SARS应激事件下其焦虑体验与处于外部环境中的正常人群在SARS应激下的焦虑体验不存在差别 ,该样本中护理人员的人格特质性焦虑倾向与一般人群间亦没有差别。SARS一线护理人员出现的抑郁的比例显著增高 ,出现精神病性症状的风险显著增高。 | 柳学华 马莉 孟凡强 王秀娟 刘建成 陈征 贾双平 田建华 杨秀芹 Uriel Halbreich | 2003 | 中国心理卫生杂志2003，17，8： | 25 |
| 2 | SARS一线医护人员SCL-90调查分析显示文摘目的 :了解非典型肺炎对一线医护人员的心理影响。方法 :对在隔离病房工作的医护人员进行了SCL -90量表评定 ,并将结果与正常人群进行对照分析。结果 :发现医护组SCL -90总分和阳性项目数都显著高于对照组。阳性症状痛苦水平医护组也显著高于对照组 ,SCL -90的所有 9个因子医护组的评分都显著高于对照组评分。显示在一线隔离病房的医护人员与社会其它群体相比 ,有着较高的心理痛苦水平。结论 :提示在关注医护人员的隔离防护状况的同时 ,也应该关注他们的心理健康状况。 | 于欣 刘建成 柳学华 丛中 孟凡强 陈征 田建华 杨秀琴 Uriel Halbreich | 2003 | 中国心理卫生杂志2003，17，8： | 21 |
