1RNA-Seq Study Reveals AP2-Domain-Containing Signalling Regulators Involved in Initial Imbibition of Seed Germination in Rice显示文摘A number of internal signals are required for seed germination.However,the precise signalling responses in the initial imbibition of seed germination are not yet fully understood in rice.In this study,the RNA sequencing(RNA-Seq)approach was conducted in 8 h imbibed seeds to understand the signalling responses in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination.A total of 563 differentially expressed genes(DEGs)with at least 4-fold change were identified in 8 h imbibed seeds compared to dry seeds.MapMan analysis revealed that the majority of signalling response-related DEGs were hormone-and transcription factor-related genes,in which the largest number of DEGs belong to the AP2-domain-containing regulators,and their expressions were significantly induced in the initial imbibition of seed germination in rice.Moreover,at least five AP2-domain-containing transcription factor OsDREBs were identified in the initial imbibition of rice seed germination,and the expressions of 251 DEGs were putatively regulated by OsDREBs through the dehydration-responsive element(DRE)cis-element assay.It suggested that the OsDREBs might play important roles in the regulation of initial seed imbibition in rice.The identified genes provide a valuable resource to study the signalling regulation of seed germination in the future.HE Yongqi ZHAO Jia FENG Defeng HUANG Zhibo LIANG Jiaming ZHENG Yufei CHENG Jinping YING Jifeng WANG Zhoufei 2020Rice science2020,27,4:2

10A hypothesis of 3D rainfall tomography using satellite signals显示文摘The attenuation of microwave signals due to rainfall,known as rain attenuation,can be used to measure rain.Similar to using X-ray to carry out human-body CT scans,the microwave signals of low earth and/or medium earth orbit satellites are proposed for carrying out 3D(Three Dimensional)rainfall tomography in this paper.The proposed method will not only complement the three major rain measurement methods in use today(i.e.rain gauge,weather radar,and weather satellite)but also potentially achieve 3D rainfall measurements with precision and coverage unachievable before.Along with the deployment of low earth orbit satellite constellations(e.g.the OneWeb constellation)for global broadband Internet services,small satellite receivers of the size of a pizza box may be used to achieve 3D rainfall tomography anywhere on the Earth,thereby paving the way for many practical applications and atmospheric research that are associated with rainfall.HUANG Defeng(David) XU Lu FENG Xuxiang WANG Wanyu 2016Journal of Communications and Information Networks2016,1,1:1

13An Emulating Environment for Network Management of Space Network显示文摘An emulating environment for network management of the space network was presented . The emulating environment was developed with node-link model. The nodes of the satellite entities were controlled by the controlling network, which consist of sets of HLA/RTI based federates. These federates described the different aspect of the attributes of the satellites, such as orbit coordinate, routing table and the chain budget. We described the architecture of the emulation environment and the software design of federates. We measured the response time of the protocol data units and verified the detecting of the network topology in the environment. 16Precise orbit determination for TH02-02 satellites based on BDS3 and GPS observations显示文摘The Tianhui-202(TH02-02)satellite formation,as a supplement to the microwave mapping satellite system Tianhui-201(TH02-01),is the first Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(InSAR)satellite formation-flying system that supports the tracking of BeiDou global navigation Satellite system(BDS3)new B1C and B2a signals.Meanwhile,the twin TH02-02 satellites also support the tracking of Global Positioning System(GPS)L1&L2 and BDS B1I&B3I signals.As the spaceborne receiver employs two independent boards to track the Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)satellites,we design an orbit determination strategy by estimating independent receiver clock offsets epoch by epoch for each GNSS to realize the multi-GNSS data fusion from different boards.The performance of the spaceborne receiver is evaluated and the contribution of BDS3 to the kinematic and reduced-dynamic Precise Orbit Determination(POD)of TH02-02 satellites is investigated.The tracking data onboard shows that the average number of available BDS3 and GPS satellites are 8.7 and 9.1,respectively.The carrier-to-noise ratio and carrier phase noise of BDS3 B1C and B2a signals are comparable to those of GPS.However,strong azimuth-related systematic biases are recognized in the pseudorange multipath errors of B1C and B3I.The pseudorange noise of BDS3 signals is better than that of GPS after eliminating the multipath errors from specific signals.Taking the GPS-based reduced-dynamic orbit with single-receiver ambiguity fixing technique as a reference,the results of BDS3-only and BDS3+GPS combined POD are assessed.The Root Mean Square(RMS)of orbit comparison of BDS3-based kinematic and reduced-dynamic POD with reference orbit are better than 7 cm and 3 cm in three-Dimensional direction(3D).The POD performance based on B1C&B2a data is comparable to that based on B1I&B3I.The precision of BDS3+GPS combined kinematic orbit can reach up to 3 cm(3D RMS),which has a more than 25%improvement relative to the GPS-only solution.In addition,the consistency between the BDS3+GPS combined reduced-dynamic orbit and the GPS-based ambiguity-fixed orbit is better than 1.5 cm(3D RMS).Houzhe ZHANG Bing JU Defeng GU Ying LIU Kai SHAO Xiaojun DUAN Zhiyong HUANG 2023Chinese Journal of Aeronautics2023,36,5:0

18Discovery of novel triple targeting G–quadruplex and topoisomerase 1/2 ligands from natural products evodiamine and rutaecarpine显示文摘Inspired by the indolopyridoquinazoline scaffold of natural products evodiamine and rutaecarpine, novel triple G4 and Top1/2 ligands were rationally designed and synthesized. Systematic structure–activity relationship(SAR) studies led to the discovery of compound 15g, which effectively induced and stabilized G4 and inhibited Top1/2 with potent antitumor activity. Compound 15g represents a valuable chemical tool or lead compound for antitumor drug discovery.
