| 1 | 细胞连接对组织冷冻损伤的作用显示文摘目的 了解在无保护剂条件下细胞连接在组织冷冻损伤中的作用。 方法 采用细胞单层中可形成细胞连接的犬上皮细胞系 (MDCK)细胞和不形成细胞连接的中国仓鼠成纤维细胞系(V79)细胞 ,分为细胞悬液组、贴壁组和单层细胞组分别进行 0~ 40℃之间的梯度冷冻实验 ,然后采用新型的四氮唑盐法和脂溶性细胞活化剂法测定细胞的活力并进行比较。 结果 两种方法测定的结果一致 ,均显示两种细胞的细胞悬液冷冻后活力高于贴壁组和单层细胞组 ;MDCK细胞贴壁组活力高于单层细胞组 ,V79细胞则无明显差异 ;MDCK单层细胞组活力却明显低于V79单层细胞组。 结论 组织细胞间的连接以及细胞与细胞基质的连接对组织冷冻的损伤有重要的作用 ,它们的存在直接影响组织细胞的活力 ,其原因可能与构成细胞连接的细胞骨架系统有关。 | 贾晓明 纪晓峰 Yang Hongyou Ebertz Stacey McGann LocksleZHWK200112000y | 2001 | 中华外科杂志2001,39,12: | 11 |

| 4 | Investigation on very large scale motions(VLSMs) and their influence in a dust storm显示文摘Based on the real-time synchronous measurements of the wind velocity,temperature,the PM10 concentration at 16 m and 47 m during a dust storm event,in which Reynolds number Re exceeds 6×106,this study reveals the existence of the very large scale motions(VLSMs) during the stable stage both in the stream velocity and the temperature field at the two heights,whose streamwise scales reach up to 10 times the thickness of the boundary layer.The streamwise velocity and the PM10 concentration display a similar frequency corresponding to the peaks of their energy spectra,which implies that the VLSMs of streamwise flow have a significant role in dust transportation.In contrast,the salient deviations of the PM10 concentration at 47 m from the Gaussian distribution are revealed,which means that 47 m is not in the dust transportation layer,but is a region where the dust transportation layer and the outer flow intersect each other.Analysis demonstrates that the energy spectra of the PM10 concentrations at 16 m and 47 m display the '-1' scaling law feature,which has the same frequency range(0.001-0.1 Hz) as that of the wind velocity.This provides a new paradigm for the existence of the self-similarity scaling region in turbulent flow. | ZHENG XiaoJing ZHANG JingHong WANG GuoHua LIU HongYou ZHU Wei | 2013 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2013,56,2: | 7 |
| 5 | Preparation and activity evaluation of NiMoB/-Al_2O_3 catalyst by liquid-phase furfural hydrogenation显示文摘Amorphous MoNiB/ -Al 2 O 3 alloy catalysts were prepared by reducing NiCl 2 ·6H 2 O and (NH 4 ) 6 Mo 7 O 24 ·4H 2 O supported on -Al 2 O 3 with NaBH 4 as reducing agent. Using liquid-phase hydro-genation of furfural (FFR) as a probe reaction, the activity of MoNiB/ -Al 2 O 3 was examined. Compared to NiB and NiMoB, NiMoB/ -Al 2 O 3 exhibited excellent activity and selectivity towards furfuryl alcohol (FFA). After reaction for 3.0 h at 80 ℃ and 5.0 MPa in methanol, FFR conversion reached 99% with FFA yield of 91%. The effects of doping amount of Mo and calcination temperature before NaBH 4 reduction on hydrogenation activity were also investigated. The optimum Mo/Ni atom ratio and calcination temperature were found to be 1:7 and 300 ℃, respectively. | 7 | Relationship between physicochemical properties and dewaterability of hydrothermal sludge derived from different source显示文摘Sewage sludge(SS) and deinking sludge(DS) were used to comparatively study the hydrothermal dewatering of sludge with different components. For a better overview, an insight into the relationship between physicochemical properties and dewaterability of hydrothermal sludge was provided. Results found that not all kinds of sludge were suitably conditioned by hydrothermal treatment(HT) in term of the elevation of dewaterability.Higher hydrothermal temperature tended to enhance the dewaterability of SS rather than DS, which was supported by the variation of their physicochemical properties(including water distribution, bonding energy, extracellular polymeric substance(EPS), particles size,acid functional groups and zeta potential in this study). In addition, the changes in surface morphology suggested that the reverse effect of HT on sludge dewaterability was mainly due to their dewatering behavior. For SS, the destruction of EPS structure leaded to the release of bound water, thereby strengthening sludge dewatering. It is found that the prepared carbon materials still maintain the typical spherical shapes after the activation, and have highly developed ultra-microporosity with uniform pore size, indicating that almost the activation takes place in the interior of the polymer spheres. The narrow-distributed ultra-micropores are attributed to the 'in-situ homogeneous activation'effect produced by the mono-dispersed potassium ions as a form of -OK groups in the bulk of polymer spheres. The CS-1 sample prepared under a KOH/resins weight ratio of 1 shows a very high CO_2 capture capacity of 4.83 mmol/g and good CO_2/N_2 selectivity of ~17-45. | 14 | Cyclin G2,a novel target of sulindac to inhibit cell cycle progression in colorectal cancer显示文摘Sulindac has shown significant clinical benefit in preventing colorectal cancer pro-gression,but its mechanism of action has not been fully elucidated.We have found that sulin-dac sulfide(SS)is able to inhibit cell cycle progression in human colorectal cancer cells,particularly through G1 arrest.To understand the underlying mechanisms of sulindac inhibitory activity,we have demonstrated that Cyclin G2 up-regulation upon SS treatment can substan-tially delay cell cycle progression by enhancing the transcriptional activity of FOXO3a in human colorectal tumor cells.MiR-182,an oncogenic microRNA known to inhibit FOXO3a gene expres-sion,is also involved in the suppressive effect of SS on cell cycle progression.This process be-gins with the down-regulation of miR-182,followed by the enhancement of FOXO3a transcriptional activity and the up-regulation of Cyclin G2.To further determine the clinical utility of this axis,we analyzed the expression of miR-182/FOXO3a/Cyclin G2 in human colo-rectal tumor samples.Our results show not only that there are significant dfferences in miR-182/FOXO3a/Cyclin G2 between tumors and normal tissues,but also that the synergetic effect of miR-182 and FOXO3a is associated with predicting tumor progression.Our study dem-onstrates a novel mechanistic axis consisting of miR-182/FOXO3a/Cyclin G2 that mediates su-lindac inhibition of cell cycle progression. | Hongyou Zhao Bin Yi Zhipin Liang Ches’Nique Phillips Hui-Yi Lin Adam I.Riker Yaguang Xi | 2021 | Genes & Diseases2021,8,3: | 2 |
