| 1 | Chiral assembly of achiral pseudoisocyanine with D-and L-phenylalanine显示文摘Supramolecular chirality and molecular self-assembly are important and interesting phenomena in living and non-living systems.In this work,supramolecular chirality of achiral pseudoisocyanine(PIC) J-aggregates was successfully induced by D-,L-phenylalanine(Phe) and other amino acids in NaCl solution.The chiral J-aggregates showed a characteristic,induced circular dichroism(ICD) in the visible region of J-band chromophore which depends on the absolute configuration,concentration and side groups of α-amino acids,as well as temperature.The atomic force microscopy images indicated that the J-aggregates exist in large bundles of entangled nanofibers,and the observed ICD might result from the macroscopic helical arrangement of the assemblies. | ZENG LiXi HE YuJian DAI ZhiFeng WANG Jian WANG CaiQi YANG YongGang | 2009 | Science China Chemistry2009,52,8: | 2 |

| 3 | Distribution characteristics of holdups in a multi-stage bubble column using electrical resistance tomography显示文摘Based on the principle of chemical reaction engineering,the addition of perforated plates can improve the performance of conventional bubble column and decrease the backmixing behaviors.The distribution characteristics of gas holdup in a multi-stage bubble column embedded with five types of sieve plates and three types of tongue plates were studied using electrical resistance tomography(ERT).The effects of superficial gas velocity and the geometric design of perforated plates on the gas holdup and its radial distribution above and below the plates of the bubble column were discussed.Experimental results show ERT is suitable as an online monitoring tool to provide useful information on the hydrodynamic parameters of multi-stage bubble columns.With increasing superficial gas velocity,local gas holdup increases,and gas holdup below the plate increases with decrease of free area(%FA),hole diameters or angle of tongue plates.ERT technique facilitates noninvasive and nonintrusive visualization of cross-sectional distribution of gas holdup in a bubble column. | Haibo Jin Yicheng Lian Yujian Qin Suohe Yang Guangxiang He | 2013 | Particuology2013,11,2: | 1 |

| 9 | Migration mechanism and risk assessment of perand polyfluoroalkyl substances in the Ya'Er Lake oxidation pond area,China显示文摘The migration mechanisms,sources,and environmental risks of 29 legacy and emerging perfluorinated and polyfluoroalkyl species present in an oxidation pond(Ya'Er Lake)were investigated for treating sewage based on the analysis of their occurrence and distribution.The concentration of per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)in pond area was between0.30 and 63.2 ng/g dw(dry weight),with the overall average concentration of 8.00 ng/g dw.Notably,the PFAS concentrations in the surface sediments near the sewage outlet in Pond-1(50.2 ng/g dw)and Pond-5(average 15.1 ng/g dw)were 1–2 orders of magnitude higher than those in other areas.In general,the legacy PFAS,i.e.,perfluorooctane sulfonic acid was considered to be the major pollutant in the polluted area,on average,accounting for 73.0%of the total concentration of PFAS pollutants.By evaluating the regional distribution of different PFAS homologs,the short-chain PFAS pollutants with lower K_(ow)were found to migrate farther in both horizontal and vertical directions.The sewage outlets in Pond-1 and Pond-5are the main pollution sources in polluted area and the emerging PFAS pollutants in Pond-5have replaced the legacy PFAS pollutants as the main pollutants.Based on positive matrix factorization analysis,three main industrial sources of PFAS pollutants in the study area were identified:protective coating,fire-fighting,and food packaging sources.Moreover,the environmental risk assessment results showed that most study areas exhibited medium environmental risk(0.01≤Risk quotient(RQ)<1),indicating that the ecological environment risks in this area need further attention. | Chang Li Huifang Zhong Jing Wu Lingyi Meng Yingjun Wang Chunyang Liao Yawei Wang Yujian He | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,2: | 0 |

| 12 | Circular dichroism spectra of different structures formed by the oligonucleotides显示文摘Under different conditions, oligonucleotides can form several different DNA structures such as duplex, triplex and quadruplex. All these structures exhibit an obvious difference in their CD spectra. The common characteristic is that they show a negative band at 240 nm, while in the range of 260-300 nm, the spectra are different from each other. Many factors such as chain direction, sugar puckering mode, orientation of the glycosyl bond, base stacking and sequence can affect their conformation and then show diversity and complexity in their spectra. By studying and comparing these spectra, more information about their conformations can be obtained to help predict some new structures.
